I’ve been seeing Dr. Ig for a while and he’s a genuinely good guy—professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with. The testosterone pellets they use are high quality, which is what matters most.
The office runs smoothly too. Scheduling and billing are handled by a great team (Drew and Dagna) who are organized and responsive. Overall a solid operation if you’re looking for this kind of care.

En las vegas muchas de las veces los negocios te tratan así tal cual y te ven como una cifra un número. Pero me quedé extremadamente sorprendido al igual que muy satisfecho con el cuidado de la oficina del Dr Iggy. No cabe duda que la gente con modales todavía existe. Desde que llegué fui recibido como si había llegado a la casa de un familiar. Las sonrisas nunca hacían falta y eso era de mucho agarrado. Aunque solo son ellos 3 con ellos es más que suficiente. Ni que se compara con otros lugares que pueden tener 20 empleados y esperas más del tiempo indicado y aparte todos con la cara de que están oliendo algo feo. Y ni de diga del cuidado del mero mero. El doctor no solo es eficaz si no también es amable. Eso si te dice las cosas tal y como son. No te anda con rodeos. Y solamente tuve el corto placer de ser atendido por ellos antes de mi cirugía. en esas pocas visitas que tuve con ellos, elevaron la guia de expectativa para todas las demas oficinas de doctores que se cruce en mi camino. The moment you walk in you feel as if you’re walking into a spa with a very spacious lobby and spa like music playing in the back ground that offers you peace & tranquility

Dr Ig made me feel comfortable walking me step by step of the test that was going to be completed.
His staff was thorough with my exam and very professional.
After the exam the Dr went over my results and gave me the comfort and clearance I needed for my upcoming surgery.

When I first started going here I absolutely love them but gradually over time they care more about themselves than you do anybody else. They sent me to a cancer center and not one single time have they called me to see how I'm doing I haven't talked to them in months My wife sent him a message a few weeks ago wanting to make an appointment for me and we have yet to hear from them. I am going to be looking for a new doctor because I will not waste one minute on these people not ever again.

IG Medical, with Dr. Ig and Drew, is such a breath of fresh air for we jaded Las Vegans. Our wait wasn't... we arrived 20 minutes early and we were in the exam room well before the appointed time. Can't say enough great things about this office. It's a boutique office with a great staff. Dr. Ig, Dagna and Drew are on their game. You email or text them, you get an answer. Dr. Ig, is all about fixing what's wrong, not just writing a prescription and sending you on your way. They really care about you, the patient. Our whole family goes here. I have just started with IG, and quite frankly, so far the experience has been excellent. Dealing with Dagna*, Drew*, Dr Igli... I feel like I'm treated like a real person instead of cattle with an asset/ear tag. It is so refreshing, especially in this Las Vegas/Henderson area where most primary care offices just pile as many patients into their practices as possible, often only seeing PAs, and office staff that is frankly worse than atrocious.

*I have previously never known or cared to know the names of ANY primary care office staff in Nevada. This office is definitely different from anywhere else I have been in Vegas!

I feel being taken care of very professionally. Medical condition and treatment is very well explained!. One of the few doctors which actually listens and explains what’s going to happen in a really understandable way. Unlike other doctors I’m seeing, I feel I can trust his judgement and his diagnosis!
