I will stop my treatment in this clinic .on may 2024 they took a blood sample from me in said the clinic for blood exam .after a few weeks I got a bill for $723 from Quest lab
I called the clinic they said talk to your insurance I talked to my insurance they told me because I got the exam in out of network lab they are not covering it but I can appeal it with written letter got denied 3 times
I am keep calling the clinic several times a lady answering the phone and telling me ok I will let them know and someone should contact you shortly but this never happened I am waiting hopefully someone call me back but no one called.
Today 1/2/25 I called the clinic again the same lady answered the phone she is telling me that I myself went to out of network lab they can't do anything about it THIS IS A JOKE
I keep telling her I didn't go to any lab you took my blood at your office I didn't know where you guys doing the blood test no body told me anything I thought the blood test get done in the same place and they already checked. Y healthinsurance.
I want this office get my appointment on month of May of 2024 at quest lab or any proof that I myself entered any Quest lab !!!
Someone made a mistake sent my blood samples to wrong lab that wasn't in the network. Why they take the health insurance card first you step in to any clinic??
I will go farther with this case.

Although it was my first visit my husband and I were very impressed. We have both made Dr Sharon our primary doctor. They are very professional and attentive to what your telling them.
