Thanks to Center Administrator, Alex Hill, I was able to see nurse practitioner, Susan Shields today. I was checked in promptly and Jennifer, the medical assistant, welcomed me and got me prepared for my appointment. Susan Shields was friendly, warm and engaging. She asked a lot of good questions, thoroughly answered my questions, and got me set up for some important health screenings. The experience was very positive and couldn’t have been better! Thank you all at CenterWell Green Valley for taking such good care of me today!!

Green Valley staff is excellent. Couldn’t get a better staff. My KAY and Giselle are my girls and always take care of me. Kay always walks me out and makes sure I have snack to go. Jocelyn is so kind and is my personal phlebotomist, very gentle. Justin the MA is such a sweet boy and remembers me. Jennifer I met once but is always smiling and friendly. I love the team and will not change anything.

Centerwell takes great care of my parents they are patient and always find a a way to put my parents in when needed, I love how Kay is always smiling, gizzelle is nice, sony is always happy when you walk in and the supervisor Alex always gets things done when needed. I love Susan's staff and the whole center. We are staying long and forever. Stephanie and Jocelyn did an amazing job tag teaming for my mom's blood draw.

This is the best CenterWell! Kay is very lovely, Sonye always welcomes me with a warm smile, Giselle always got me when scheduling my ride for my appointments which I appreciate so much. This center is amazing and very professional. Last week I needed a form that needed to be signed and Alex took care of it right away. Kay is beyond words, she treats us like family and has always took care of my wife Rosita since her current health situations. We were greatly impressed with the Medical Staff at the CenterWell office on E Windmill. Starting at the front desk, everyone was helpful, kind, courteous and very welcoming. Our nurse, Justin was thorough, efficient and he listened very well. Our Physicians Assistant, Susan was amazing! She was very caring, professional, took her time to get to know us, and asked great questions to get to the root of the issue. She had excellent suggestions and referrals, also. It was a wonderful experience!
