My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Integrated Pain Relief Center – Blue Diamond after my accident. From the doctors and nurses to the front desk staff, everyone was amazing, caring, and genuinely helpful throughout our treatment. They always took the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly so we understood our care and what to expect. We also really appreciated how accommodating they were with my work schedule and how they always worked with us to make sure I could get the treatment I needed. The entire staff made a difficult situation much easier, and we’re truly grateful for the care we received. I was seen at their clinic on Blue Diamond the last 4 months. They’re all amazing people, from the staff to the doctors. I was able to meet a lot of them and it’s just too bad I’m not good in remembering names. They always accommodated my schedule which is rare in this profession. I would highly recommend them for some chiropractic treatments. You won’t find any better! Too bad five stars is all I could give.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with this office and want to recognize several exceptional people. Mirsada has been incredibly supportive and took the time to address my concerns. Grace has also been very accommodating in helping schedule appointments around my changing work hours. I’m now seeing Dr. Liu, who has been wonderful—he listens, takes his time, and has made my care feel much more individualized. Dr. Bruce, who handles the injection-based treatments such as PRP and stem cell therapies, there’s only one word for Dr. Bruce: phenomenal! Because of them, I chose to continue treatment here.

My only concern involved a scheduling change with Dr. Petrick. My case involves severe scar tissue from a surgery nearly 20 years ago, so it’s more complex than a typical case. I had been seeing Dr. Petrick because he specializes in ATR and other therapies, and his treatments were helping me feel I was making progress. When my work schedule changed, I needed later appointments and was able to see him twice under that arrangement. However, my next visit was then canceled, and I was informed that he would no longer be seeing patients after 3 PM.

While I understand that schedules can change, what was disappointing was the lack of advance notice—especially since I had recently agreed to PRP injections with the understanding that he would continue overseeing my care afterward. Given the complexity of my case, it would have been helpful to have some notice so I could discuss next steps, determine which provider would be the best fit moving forward, or create a clear plan for continuing care.

My feedback is simply that clearer communication about scheduling changes would really help patients who rely on specific provide.

The doctors and assistants take their time to really ask how symptoms are going and adjusting treatments as needed. You get out feelin much better after each session. Wait time is never bad and everyone is so nice and accommodating with schedule changes if I get in a bind time-wise. The consistent treatment sessions really helped with pain relief.
