Was referred by our disability case worker for an evaluation for my son and we had a really good experience! I forgot the doc's name but he was very friendly, reassuring, and nice. We came at a perfect time were hardly anyone else was there, there wasn't even a receptionist present when we were there.

I've been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Wood for about a year now and have had an excellent experience with this office. Dr. Wood is compassionate and knowledge about mental health care and is available via telehealth. Likewise, the front office manager Ashlee has been amazing! She's always available to help me schedule a new appointment if life comes up. She's also been super knowledgeable about the ins and outs of getting my care covered by insurance (a must nowadays!). Together the people at this office have helped me during a difficult time. Thanks again for everything!

Receptionist Ashley very rude.
Client asked," is this 108."
Ashley replied ," That's what it says on the door" In a aggressive, rude tone of voice.
That's not a calm or proper way to communicate with clients.
Ashley replied, "we're very firm here.
Dr. Office should be a kind friendly environment. With care and concern for other's mentally and physically as emotionally.
This woman is just getting a paycheck.
Know's nothing about,
LOVE AND CARE.
HORRIBLE PERSONALITY.
REFUSED TO CHANGE HER TONE OF VOICE.
Her body language and her eyes 👀.
She has KNOW business working with mentally ill or anyone

I just called to see if they were accepting new patients and the receptionist told me that she would "Take down my information and if someone is interested" they'll give me a call back. I didn't like how she reiterated if they're interested!!
