I came to see the Anderson family for my posterior tibial tendon pain and flat foot. They helped me out with a laser device that was able to get me better in just three rounds. I’m very pleased with the treatment modality and that they have advanced therapies available for us. The orthotics worked well and the therapy plan worked well. Dr. Jeremy Anderson was AMAZING! Two of my boys got injured within a couple days of each other. He treated my son’s sprained ankle and followed up several times to ensure he healed perfectly. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the care I received from this practitioner. While the individual was personally pleasant, their approach to clinical practice appears to be fundamentally misaligned with the standards of patient care. During two separate consultations in their office, the focus was not on addressing my medical concerns, but rather on high-pressure sales pitches for vitamins and footwear products.

When I sought treatment for an open wound on my foot, the practitioner prescribed an ointment that proved entirely ineffective over a two-and-a-half-month period of consistent use. Throughout these visits, the practitioner prioritized commercial interests over clinical assessment, failing to provide the necessary medical attention for my condition. Consequently, I feel that I paid for professional services that were never rendered. I cannot recommend this practitioner, as their primary focus appears to be sales rather than patient health. I strongly advise others to seek care from a qualified medical professional who prioritizes evidence-based treatment and patient well-being.

I was treated by Dr. Jeremy Anderson for a fracture of my second metatarsal. I feel like his office staff was very kind, they got me in fast and helped me heal the fracture with class four laser therapy and a boot. Dr Jeremy took care of my mother for a tough stress fracture thst was missed by the urgent care. So glad he diagnosed the stress fracture properly and got her treated in a cam boot and did several rounds of laser therapy to help with the pain and increase her healing! Probably the most straight forward medical experience I've ever had. I have random flare-ups in my foot. This time was a little more severe than usual. I called them, and they saw me the very next morning. Intake, X Ray, and Doctor visit, all done within maybe an hour. They give me some laser therapy for my foot, which helped a lot.

But here is where they get even extra credit (if I could give 6 stars I would). The next day, I guess my flareup was too severe for the laser therapy, and the pain was even worse. I drive to their office with no appointment. The doctor saw me right away, and gives me a steroid shot. Almost instant pain relief. They are all incredible. 100% recommend.

I've been coming to Belmont Anderson and Associates Podiatry for about a year. I see the youngest son Dr. Jeremy. I received two injections and another one today with some options for orthotics and sneakers! The pain relief was immediate. I have plantar fasciitis which I continue to fight. The doctors here are so kind and so informative that they have now given me other options to use instead of the shot. I'm going to be going out and getting sneakers to match the orthotics that I purchased in the office. they had custom orthotic options and over-the-counter style inserts to match any budget. I fell on Nov 06 2025 sustained a Left foot 5th metatarsal avulsion fracture after a month had not begun to heal then become slightly displaced. I took my 90 year old Mother to see Dr. Jeremy! From the time I opened the entrance door, the staff were so friendly, professional, helpful and approachable. Lex was the assistant that called my Mother's name to go back and she was so careful and professional and courteous with so much respect and concern towards my Mother. If you have heel pain, see these doctors! Dr Jeremy Anderson DPM did three rounds of extracorporal shockwave therapy on my plantar fasciitis. After the first round, I felt about 30% relief and after the second round, it was basically resolved. They also helped me to get in custom inserts stretch my calves daily and get into good shoes for plantar fasciitis. They really went above and beyond, so I highly recommend them.

I had an unknown heel spur flare up on me on a Thursday evening, I went to an urgent care on the next day ( Friday) who unfortunately gave me no relief. I suffered through the weekend, the pain was so severe I could not even walk. I called Belmont Anderson & Associates first thing the following Monday morning as soon as they opened. They told me to come in right away, which I did. The front desk staff were great, very kind and empathetic, getting me some crutches to use while I was in the office. I was immediately taken to X-ray and then into the exam room where I was examined by Dr Jeremy Anderson. He informed me of the heel spur, which I could clearly see on the X-ray. He explained that he could give me a steroid injection to help with the immediate pain then explained the treatment plan for long term success and relief. The shot worked great and gave me immediate relief. I bought new shoes and got an over the counter shoe inserts. I have been doing my exercises and stretches daily and have been pain free for almost 2 months now. I am so grateful to Dr Jeremy Anderson and the whole staff there who have been great the last 2 times I have been to the office. If you ever need a podiatrist you can't go wrong going here, I highly recommend them.

This place and these people are wonderful! We were first referred to them when our son had Sever's and they were able to get him feeling better almost immediately with the shockwave therapy treatment. Then, I had a sudden onset of severe pain in my foot. I called and they were kind enough to squeeze me in the next day. They treated me for plantar fasciitis using the shockwave therapy and the pain was significantly better over the next few days and then a week later it was gone altogether. I just completed my initial treatment (3 sessions of shockwave therapy) and have no pain in my foot. I am so grateful they were all so kind and accommodating and that the treatment worked. I just had my first and last appointment at this office. I went in for an ingrown toe nail consultation. The doctor informed me insurance won’t cover a consultation and an ingrown toe nail removal on the same day. The doctor then told me he was going to trim the corner. He started using numbing spray on my toe and I was confused as to why, but he’s the doctor. Instead of trimming the corner, his exact words, he ripped my ingrown toe nail out without warning me and without proper numbing. I will never be coming back. Obviously my lack of consent and having to pay out of pocket now, wasn’t of any concern to him.

I went to see Dr. Zachary William Anderson, and when he realized my insurance didn't cover anything, he basically dismissed me gave me a printout of care instructions for plantar fasciitis. The information that was provided you can get off the internet for free. I paid $30 copay $60 for off the shelf inserts. I just now received a bill for 20.00 and all I got was x-rays from them. I called Friday & Monday during business hours, and no one is answering. I received a text asking what was the purpose of my call, and that someone willl call me back. This may sound like a "stretch" but if you knew my medical history, you would take heade to this review. I went to Dr. Zach out of sheer panic and desperation, as I had gone to another "podiatrist" for ingrown toenails. My career calls for constant walking, standing, and traveling; so it goes without saying I was having foot trouble. The original "podiatrist" stated I had ingrown toenails on both toes that would require surgery. She immediately did the right foot, but not the left (Clue #1). She never checked to see if my toe was numb, so I felt most of the procedure before she finally looked up to my face as it was streaming with tears (Clue #2). She never used a tourniquet, so blood was everywhere (Clue #3). Oh, and for good measure, because I wouldn't buy their $250 insoles or $40 kit, she prescribed me EAR medicine to care for my toe (Clue #4).

So fast forward 30 days, and I'm at Dr. Zach's office. I explained the situation, he advised to wait a week, but to use neosporin and a foot soak. I walk out, bracing for another gruesome surgery. A week later, and PRESTO! No more foot pain, no soreness nor tenderness, and NO ingrown toenail surgery!

Morale of the story: If you are looking for QUALITY, EXPERT, and GENUINE care, please see Dr. Zach and his family. He could've said I needed the surgery and I would've happily paid, but he didn't. That's the mark of a true Physician who took his oath to do no harm serious.

I went there to get orthotics through my insurance and as soon as I see the doctor, he tells me they won’t accept my insurance for the orthotics and so I say no thank you and leave. Now I get a bill in the mail just to be told they won’t accept my insurance. Feel like it’s shady work practices to charge for that information and after I called billing was told I am still responsible for the bill.

I want to say thank you to the wonderful staff at Belmont Anderson & Associates every person working there was courteous and helpful. I had been dealing with a bone spur on the back of my ankle near my Achilles for over 2 years. They did x-rays to show me it was a in fact a bone spur and laid out options. Of course Dr Anderson informed me that a surgery could be done, but recommend a less evasive alternative - A Bone Shock Therapy at the bone spur area. At first I didn't believe it, however four treatments later and that pain (inflammation) I walked in with that first time I barely feel anymore. I initially had a good experience back in September 2023. Dr Jeremy and staff were kind and thorough. However, when i went backnin the spring of 2024 the experience was much different. The male nurse acted like a snake oil salesman. He was trying to pressure my husband into getting a foot treatment as he is pre diabetic. He also told me he could easily get me 12 months off for FMLA....i however did not need it.
Dr jeremy treated me for an infected toe which he removed the toe nail and covered it. For the following 24 hours i followed his instructions to the letter. I was supposed to soak and remove the bandage tbe next day. He put the wrong type of covering. So even with soaking the bandage stuck. I called and messaged and sent pictures to dr jeremy to ask what i should do. This was duri g weekday business hours! I got NO reply for 15 days. I ended up at quick care getting it removed. It was a nightmare.

I'm not sure who is writing these five-star reviews because that was not my impression. My first visit with Dr Zach was very good. I traveled 30 minutes to get to his office because of the reviews. Wait time was good both in the waiting room and in the patient room, he seemed very caring and I left happy. At this point my foot had been broken 3 months & been treated by another doctor. It was not healing properly it's the reason I switch doctors. On my second visit, Dr Zach was in such a hurry to get out of the room I didn't even have time to ask my questions and she told me to save them for the next visit. That is not okay! If your front desk is not capable of scheduling enough time between patients for you to spend with them, and maybe you need to look for new office staff. Having said that, the office staff was extremely nice UNTIL I requested my records to be sent to a doctor who was closer to home. I had to call two days in a row, spoke with the same girl at the front desk, she had lost the fax number that I had given to her less than 24 hours earlier . . Probably the reason I had to call twice to request my records to be sent over to the new doctor! After repeating the fax number twice and she sarcastically said thank you, she immediately hung up on me. No apologies for not doing her job the first time, no apologies for losing the fax number, just a click in my ear!

I started having trouble with an ingrown toenail again, after about 8 months. I was able to get an appointment in just a couple days. I was expecting to just be looked at and sent on my way with antibiotics at this first visit and told to come back in a week or two for the procedure, but Dr. Jeremy said he'd take care of it right away, which he did. It was quick, and I left with a cute pink bandage wrapped around my big toe that matched my nail polish. 😅 I'll be back for my next visit next week and they'll see if they want to remove the root to permanently fix the problem. Let me start by saying the staff and doctors are very nice and listen to you without you feeling rushed. Unfortunately, this doesn’t excuse my terrible experience since I was misdiagnosed which led to a broken bone being untreated for another 11 months. The doctor said my MRI showed a bone contusion, preventing me from being active and playing soccer. Instead of surgery he recommended physical therapy and ESMR therapy, a type of shockwave therapy. The ESMR cost me hundreds of dollars. It initially helped my pain but was told if it came back it basically meant my body could not withstand the force of playing soccer anymore. For context, I’m in my 20’s. The pain came back a couple months later so I went to another doctor for a second opinion and on the first visit he found my previous MRI with Belmont Podiatry showed I indeed had a fractured bone in my foot. I was told ESMR helps but doesn’t get deep enough to actually regenerate bone. He told me to do EMTT therapy twice a week for 8 weeks at a fraction of the price I was charged at Belmont. Even the ESMR at the new place was drastically cheaper. 8 weeks later, my bone fracture completely healed and I have not experienced any pain since. Again, great hospitality at this practice, it unfortunately did not yield the results I should've had months in advance.

Let me start by saying I don't like anyone touching my feet so I probably waited a little to long to ask for help with an ingrown toenail. I did a Google search and Belmont and Associates was the first podiatry office to Pop up. After reading the excellent reviews, I decided to call for a new patient appointment. I was able to be seen right away by Dr Jeremy who took care of the nail, explaining the treatment as he treated the nail. I got a follow up with Eli for a vascular check the following week. Eli was very professional while conducting the test explaining what the tests would indicate so that I could understand. I would highly recommend this office for foot care.

When I first visited Anderson & Associates, I could barely walk due to plantar fasciitis. Thanks to custom orthotics and ongoing shockwave therapy, I can walk normally again. The treatment I've received here has been life-changing.

(My tendonitis was specifically caused by fluoroquinolone toxicity- the most dangerous antibiotic that doctors casually prescribe in the US, which is severely restricted in Europe. If you are prescribed fluoroquinolone antibiotics, throw them in the trash can! 2 pills have caused me life-long harm. Luckily, shockwave therapy has provided me some relief.)

His most capable front office staff got me in to see him the same day (even though i was a new patient) as i was concerned about an infection caused by an ingrown toenail. after a very short wait in their spotless waiting room the PA named Eli took my preliminary exam and prepped me up for the Dr. who came in to see me shortly. He spent time explaining to me the options in resolving my issue and did a quick trimming of the nail in question and bandaged the toe. i never felt rushed and he fully answered all my questions. he suggested a plan going forward to avoid similar problems.

I saw Zachary Anderson podiatry doctor that I have seen
In Las Vegas in recent weeks after I retired here seasonally from California he’s very professional Noli, treating my feet there school for a very patient very detail my feet is improved. I’m still in the process to get the shockwave treatment. I don’t know the technically the medical procedures, but seems works well to me! also they told me about the way to walk and jog to do exercise, I highly recommend this office.

Last week on Monday, I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Jeremy Anderson. I called into the office hoping that they had an appointment available for the same day, as my toe nail had a traumatic event happen to it. Where my toe nail was falling off from one side. 😅 Luckily for me, the receptionist advised me they had an opening at 2pm. Which was amazing to me, as I was a new patient and of course, I took the appointment. Upon arrival to the facility, I checked in, and from the time when I arrived, I was seen within 20 minutes. To the time I left, which took only an hour! The whole process of the removal of my toe nail was as expected and pain-free. Dr. Jeremy Anderson was caring and told me, "we can't leave you like this." I am so glad he decided to care enough and fix my toe by removing my toe nail instead of having me come back for the extraction on another day. He injected my toe with anesthesia and advised that I would feel a small amount of pain. Which I didn't! I am grateful for his attention to detail and kindness toward me as well as getting down to business. This podiatrist office has customs of a small town, which I loved and is one of the main reasons I choose them for my service needs. They are family owned, which is another plus! I did my due diligence and found out more of each of the podiatrists that take care of this facility and they did their due diligence by allowing anyone who reads their website to get to know them a bit more. This is definitely a great place to go get the help you need for a podiatrist, but I believe what makes it great is the customs, beliefs and the way that the Dr.s all grew up that make it that much better! I came to see Dr. Zachary Anderson due to having surgery a year previously for Morton’s Neuroma by a different doctor. The experience with Dr. Zachary was night and day compared to my previous doctor. Front desk is friendly, efficient and helped me with all my needs.

Even working in healthcare does not exempt me from being scared when my own PCP refers me to a specialist. Anytime I am told, I am being referred to any specialist, my anxiety levels are off the charts, long before I am even face to face with the provider.

My Mom and I first met Dr Jeremy Anderson in September for some foot concerns my Mom was having. I had to put on a brave face while Mom blindfolded herself but Dr Jeremy was excellent! My Mom “forgot the pain” somehow because Dr Jeremy walked us through the options and made the whole procedure quick and easy. He thoroughly explained each option and my Mom felt at ease making the decision. The recovery was great and happy to report that all is well with Mom’s feet now!

My turn to see Dr Jeremy this week — but the visit was so smooth and seamless! He is just extremely professional, takes great extra care in reviewing my concerns, walking me through causes, and treatments and other things I can do to not add more to the injury.

I have worked with so many providers in my line of work, but Dr Jeremy is truly an epitome of a great doctor — thoroughly knowledgeable, demonstrates empathy and care, great patient care skills, helpful in finding solutions and treatments and just gives the patient that feeling of “I will be okay” — and we all need that assurance in already stressful situation.

I Love coming to Belmont and associates. Both Dr. Zach and his dad are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I come about every two years to get my planter fasciitis worked on with shock wave therapy. It is the best. So much better than a shot in the heal ( that hurts so bad and sends me to the moon. Lol) and it wears off. Shock wave therapy hurts but only for a tiny bit and I can handle it so much better and then I can walk around with my planters fasciitis for well over two years or more. What an incredible group of doctors and staff. Let me start by saying how desperate I was to "fix" my stupid foot. Long story but in the end I have a neuroma on the pad of my foot. It hurts anytime I step. I'm a runner and avid walker and I was to the point that I couldn't do either comfortably. Well...after a few injections I still wasn't "perfect" if that's even possible. Soooo I assumed surgery was the next step. Doc Anderson said "hold that thought" and suggested shockwave therapy. I thought is this a gimmick?! But I was desperate so I said let's do it!! I've done it one time so far. 2 months in and my foot is like 75% better! As soon as I get back home (outta town working for a few more months), I'll go back for one more treatment. Wonderful office and staff! Everyone was really nice and efficient, got my 12 year old son in for his ingrown nails quickly. Doc was super friendly and put my kiddo at ease for a not-so-pleasant procedure that was performed really well! Wish we had you guys down here in Laughlin! 10/10 would recommend!!

Dr Anderson and staff are very friendly and personable which is truly appreciated. Normally I come in to see them after my 1o hour shift I'm usually tired and drained but the personality of the staff helps with their positive energy and Dr Anderson is super considerate and informative and willing to listen to your concerns. Had such an amazing experience last week! Dr Jeremy Anderson was able to do a same-day appointment to fix my son’s ingrown toenail. We were in and out in less than an hour and my son was able to play in his golf tournament the following day. He had no pain and the toe healed perfectly. Dr Anderson is a miracle worker!!

In Salt Lake City, UT. I went to the emergency room for a diabetic ulcer on my toe. The ER doctor sent me home. Jeremy Anderson came in and looked at my toe. He admitted me and amputated the least amount of toe he could. The surgery was very successful. When I was released in Salt Lake, I came home to Las Vegas where I continued my most excellent care with Zachary Anderson. I have never had such wonderful care from doctors in my life. This family is amazing at what they do and I would highly recommend these doctors to everyone I know. Thank you so very much for such phenomenal care.

Al llamar a este lugar me sorprendió que pude obtener una cita rápidamente al siguiente día. El personal de este lugar es muy amable y el Dr. Jeremy, es realmente extraordinario, amigable y muy profesional. My husband got a spider bite that we think and was taken to the hospital twice and was never informed that he would have to have wound card till it healed. So I had already made an appointment with Dr. Anderson and we got to see Jeremy for the bottom of his feet and I asked him if he could take a look at the bit and he was in awww! So he cleaned it all out and told us that it would only heal with wound care, so we made a trip to see him every week for almost 2 months and now it looks amazing and completely healed 😉! Jeremy is very caring and an amazing Dr 👨‍⚕️! I think he probably saved my husband’s leg❤️
