My doctor was with this practice before Intermountain Health took it over. Since then I haven’t been able to get an appt to see anyone in under 3 months for a regular appt. I called mid March to make an appt to see her so I could get my annual bloodwork orders and prescription refills and was told that I couldn’t get an appt earlier than late June, so I made it. Then then called back and told me that I had to come in if I wanted my prescriptions refilled, so I made one for the next week with someone else in their clinic. They ended up calling me the morning of my appt bc they discovered that covering physician didn’t take my intended, so they cancelled it but said they’d call in 1 refill for me because they didn’t have any other immediate openings to reschedule me to. When I called today to try to ask for another refill to try to bridge me until my June appt, they told me they were denying it because I had to come in to the clinic, but they didn’t have any appts so I’d just have to wait until my scheduled appt IN 6 WEEKS, and if I needed my medications sooner, I should go to another clinic. They also apparently never told me my doctor left the practice over a month ago and they had rescheduled me with another Dr in the practice. Worst communication ever and zero sympathy to try to help me with any of my health stuff. Will never go to any other clinics if that is how they treat their patients.
