I went there as I needed a new primary care physician. I was met by Ellie who was friendly and caring. Itzel proceeded to ask questions about my health which was very refreshing that this level of care still exists today. Although we didn’t cover everything, it was a great start. Then Jackie checked me out and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Thanks for the great level of care!

I don’t care about how good you are at being a doctor if your staff is trash, Dr. Lum. They will cancel appointments without notice. Appointments that take months to get into btw. Staff at the front desk will turn you away, and tell you to call to make appointments when they can do it right then and there. They play stupid like they don’t know how to help you, and give you nothing but sass and the wrong information. If you’re looking to come to this location because it’s convenient, look for another one of Dr. Lum’s locations.

Often times medical assistants go unnoticed for the good job they do..Most reviews are given to the provider..But in this case, it is the medical assistant ETZEL medical assistant , at the Maryland Parkway/ La Canada clinic that deserves recognition..Her, along with my provider, Alice Velazques, Nurse Practitioner, are an excellent team...ETZEL is a sweetheart of a person. Very giving, very caring.and very kind.She's one of the reasons why I continue going to this location..At other clinics around town Medical assistant don't give a damn about the patients..BUT Etzel, provides excellent care, and assists Alice in keeping me healthy..I WISH I CAN GIVE HER 10 STARS

My husband and I were very impressed with Dr AHORRA PAYIM. He really listened to our medical concerns and made some good, solid diagnosis' as well as steps to remedy several of our current afflictions.

Dr Tom Bergren is very professional and caring. He takes excellent care of all my health care needs and explains everything in great detail. I hope he will be my doctor for many years to come. I just found out Dr Bergren is no longer there. This is the 5th Dr in 5 yrs. As soon as I finally get a good doctor he gets replaced. I'm not happy about the high turnaround.

My 80 year old mother has been seeing different Dr's here for over 10 years. Can someone explain why she was turned away today because she didn't provide a current ID. Why do they need to see this after so many years? She has dementia and a compromised amune system, is on oxygen, it is very difficult for her to be comfortable in a place like the DMV but the staff here said if we dont provide a new ID she cannot be seen. Very poor service....... They dont question who she is, but they want to force this on her.

I went in to see Dr Black for my 6 month check up and to review the blood work that I had had done. I also had some concerns to talk over with the doctor and prescriptions that I needed to have refilled.

Dr Black is a very caring doctor. He always listens to my concerns and gives me answers that I can understand. He doesn’t hurry me and he makes me feel like I’m important to him and for that I’m very thankful. Being a senior it’s nice being treated like you matter.

Dr. Chad Black is an amazing Dr. I’ve been in Vegas 20 years and this is by far the best doctor that I’ve ever been to. He has a bedside manner that most doctors don’t even have anymore. I’ve been struggling with my health problems for months and months and he listened, he was concerned, compassionate and told me don’t worry I got you. 24 hours later after changing my medication and explaining everything to me I felt better than I have felt in months. I’m excited for my next appointment looking so forward to be on the road to recovery under Dr. Chad Black’s direction. After four years with my previous doctor I was afraid of change, but change is good and I am so grateful that God put him in my life. Making a call to the call center is almost impossible because people do not listen to what they're saying what you should do to get information regarding covid-19 please stop tying up the lines with questions about covid-19 there is a special number for that and they tell you on the automated system right on the phone. It took me two hours to get through yesterday because of people asking questions about covid-19 please listen to the prompts please contact your insurance company

The reason why I go to this place is because is in my insurance network the Doctor Juanita Ramirez speaks spanish and is a woman.
I wait 4 months to get an appointment with this Doctor, the day before my appointment I received a call saying that my appointment was cancelled due to an emergency and if I want to reschedule with the same Doctor I have to wait another 3 months , If I need it to see a Doctor right away it has to be with a nurse practitioner.
Not only that , they confused my blood test results with results from another patient, so I had to get redrawn.
And plus all that , I mentioned that Doctor that due to to my kidney's problems I can't take strong medicine, she didn't listen to me and she prescribed a very strong medication , that was making me sick
This clinic is very unprofessional, is sad how they treat Medicare patients , and I don't have many options to choose from.

If I could give y'all a 10+ 💯 I would! I was so thankful and impressed with the service my dad and myself received with Intermountain Healthcare at our first visit. The follow ups we're weekly to get to the bottom of what's going on. My dad was with his previous insurance for 20 yrs and every doctor visit was a waste of our time during COVId times. My visit was great. I love my doctor, Dr. Maltinski. I did have to wait for an hour to see the doctor, but that was worth the wait because the doctor gave me the amount of time I needed. He explained my lab report line by line which was more than I expected; hence, it was worth the wait.
