I had appointment this mourning set at 11:00 A.M. my arrival time was suggested by the staff was to arrive by 10:45 and I did: But here is my compliant it all started by the continuing notices that I was receiving that started 9.25.2025 and they didn't stop until 10.01.2025 and they were for it said to check in" which I waited until this mourning 9:00 A.M.10.02.2025 of my appointment to click the check in icon on my cell phone: Now when I initially made the appointment to see Doctor Kim I ask the young lady that I spoke to" to please send me all the paper work that necessary for me to fill out and she did and I filled out I thought everything necessary that they would need"but when finally I click the check-in button there was more paperwork to fill out that was annoying me, because I thought I was dine with the paper work! and first of all I had several notices earlier about the check in: and I had no idea there would be more paperwork, OK so I fill out all the paperwork for the check-in loaded my insurance card up front and back now you know I'm already annoyed I get to the office and once I get to the office your map is on and it let them know that you're have arrived and they'er supposed to check you in " So when I get to the front desk the young lady look up from her computer and ask me who I was and I gave her my name she look back to her computer and she with some delay did find my name she ask me for my insurance card and I said that I have put my information in more several time and I wasn't going to again" she said to me she needed to scan it to put in their system and I said again my information was already there in their system If it wasn't then why do they have the patient fill out the necessary paperwork and check in paperwork before they arrive which goes in their system: I found that redundant but she did say she was only doing her job"she gave me one choice and that was I could cancel and I chose cancel she didn't seem to have another option I don't blame her she was just doing her job I blame intermountain healthcare I don't blame Dr. Kim I blame the organization Corperate owned. So hopefully in the name of Jesus God will keep me and protect me that I never have to see a doctor definitely not through a intermountain Health

Dr Huey sent my pain med script to Walgreens without an filling out the box indicating number of pills requested.
Walgreens could not fill it for me on Saturday and i ran out of medication.
Call center sent an urgent message Saturday so Huey would see it Monday morning.
No response all day Monday, ignoring three more urgent messages from the call center.
At 4pm Monday i drove to Hueys office. Nicholas came out said," I just sent a new script in a half hour ago." He didn't know that I had just left Walgreens, and drove straight to Hueys office, a 9 minute drive.
I need a doctor to be there when i need them.

Doctor Huey always listens to my questions and offers suggestions for solutions. He is always professional. I just hope that he doesn't retire soon. I entered the front office from the hallway and found the usual, a very clean and comfortable front office with spacious seating and health paraphernalia scattered within arms reach. The staff is very cordial and a refreshing spirit in the early morning hour. I experienced a short wait before my primary physician joined me in a patient room. She greeted me with a smile and familiarity before we begain the visit. She is a very skilled and competent physician. I am very pleased to have a doctor that actually listens to your woes. Intermountain Health Nature Park Clinic is an excellent health clinic. It is in the neighborhood with easy parking. The clinic is comfortable and well kept. There is very little wait time, if any. Dr. Kim and her staff are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim takes the time to listen to my concerns and is very helpful. After my annual exam, I am provided with a summary along with when my next appointment is scheduled. The appt is on brightly colored paper, which helps me find it. They are the best.

It’s always nice to visit my PCP and medical team, but this visit was actually really tough for me. Lately my mom’s Dementia/Alzheimer’s has been very difficult and my stress level had hit an unnatural high so much so I couldn’t hardly wait for this visit to come. I felt I needed to be checked not only for my physical health but definitely my mental health. Dr Kim was very supportive, helpful and most of all patiently listened to me as I struggled through realizing that I was in so much more pain and needed help than I could have imagined. I’m thankful for my team and grateful that I came to Intermountain Health care.

Today I met with my new Primary Care Provider, Dr. Sion Kim, for my first Wellness Exam of the year. I don't usually feel that going to see a doctor is a pleasant experience, but in this case meeting Dr. Kim was surely a pleasure. She is very personable, approachable, professional and took the time to answer any and all of the questions that I had. She is a very good listener and communicator and we have a great patient-physician rapport which is important to me.

The office and waiting room is brand new, clean, functionally designed and at a very convenient location (right off I-215 and Aliante) on Nature Park Drive. In fact, I could see the Aliante Resort & Casino across the freeway from the exam room. There is plenty of free parking and it was an easy in and out for me.

The staff was very friendly, professional, competent and efficient from the moment of arrival and check-in (I arrived early and there literally was no wait time) to the time of departure, leaving with my next appointment scheduled and clear instructions for my future labs and mammogram referral.

All in all, I would rate Dr. Kim and her staff 5 stars. Considering this was my very first appointment, I felt very comfortable and satisfied. I did not feel like a new patient, but instead like a welcomed patient that has been going there for years. I'm very happy that I've chosen Dr. Kim and look forward to her helping me manage my health and wellness.

The wait was less than 10 minutes. The assistant was thorough in retrieving my information and answered all my questions. Dr. Huey was, as always, forthcoming with my test results. He includes me by bringing his laptop over so I can see the report as he is going over the results. He makes sure that any questions I have are discussed. Dr. Huey gives referrals when needed. I was concerned when I had to change my pcp. I have had female doctors for years. Dr. Huey is very professional and at the same time friendly. I give an A+ to the staff and Dr. Huey for my experience from the time I arrive until leaving.

I've always had great experiences here at Nature Park Intermountain Healthcare. But honestly I would prefer a female doctor.

Dr. LaHar is the best. He is caring and knows about my health needsl He seems to know what to do to take care of my problems . When I go for follow up visits, he is always aware of what we talked about at my prior visit. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends that needs a good doctor. I love the My Generation Senior Clinic. They take the time to listen. Trying to communicate a problem in 15 minutes, just doesn't work for people my age.
