As far as having caring people at this facility there are a few. And as the saying goes there are also some bad actors and bad apples in the bunch. One who needs to be let go is Martha. I will tell the story as it unfolded. I had an appointment with Las Vegas skin and cancer. which was setup by Inter Mountain. I got a call from there rep asking me to set an appointment. I did and reported as asked only to be told. My cards were not accepted. So I left and immediately went to the Intermountain office. And explained my tale of woe to Bebi the receptionist. Who immediately took action If only more people were like her. She immediately got Las Vegas skin and cancer care on the phone. They , meaning L V Skin promised to call me back, after 2 weeks they never called, never. So I took matters into my own hands. after not getting anywhere with them and hanging out on their holding line and hearing "please hold" for 2 days. Frustrated and tired of being on hold I go back to the office and this is where the disrespect and humiliation begins with a woman who could easily pass for Nurse ratchet herself FROM THE MOVIE "ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO NEST, MARTHA IS HER NAME , who needs a check up from the neck up or to be fired. She never met me or knew the full story but accused me of, "In her words I cancelled the appointment". she was loud and rude in an open lobby of accusing me of cancelling the appointment. MY first time ever laying eyes on this person. And she does not her facts accusing me of causing this scene. Then she says in her authoritative voice. "They are waiting on your call" My first thought is they? they who? she refused to answer a simple question. then says call them I ask again. Call ? call who? what is there phone number? "Just call the number, you know how to make an appointment dont you?." Condescending and rued! But she isn't done. No not by a long shot. So I call the number she kind of reluctantly gave to me with a sigh. And I called the number only to be thrown back into the que. No Name Nothing! After waiting on cue for 10 minutes I inform her Im on hold. She barks back "so am I." "I say wow why didn't you tell me you were going to try and get through to them also" What do you think her reply was". more of the same rude condescending dont care dribble. "her reply was, I "dont have to tell you anything..." with a attitude of she is not here to help. she is here to belittle and treat people like they dont matter.
In closing my hat is off to Doctor Wetzell, Elenor, Bebi and the phlibotimist. assets to the company. I also asked another support person to setup appointmentf for me it took 4 weeks. There name shall stay nameless.

This place is a joke... do not care about patients.. I was fighting with the insurance company on medication and I need them to submit the appeal since I cannot do it and they literally told me that they would not help me and since there is a retail version of the medication, to use that... even though the retail version is not even close to the same...

I have been there 2 years and seen 4 doctors becuase they keep leaving...Guess I will follow suit and leave too... Eff this place.

Got me in right away. No waiting in the lobby. Social distancing was in place. Pre-registration was great. Doctor presents himself that he is an expert about everything, yet he doesn’t listen well to the patient or the patients care giver. His recommendations are one sided. His diagnosis is faulty since he doesn’t listen to the whole problem.

He is very hard to understand as his diction has a lot to be desired.

Scripts are hard to get refilled through this office due to him not approving them without being seen again.

Base on these reviews some ppl have been seen here for 3 yrs and reading their experiences sounds the same as my experiences was a patient there, but will no longer be a patient there.
Just recently my husband was there for a physical exam. The receptionist lack a lot knowledge + skills very unprofessional.its a long story. Btw I had to call my insurance to get some answers about check in online charges a day before my husband’s appointment. And so my insurance had to call to get answers too. .long story again. This was a day before my husband appointment . My husband’s appointment ended up being cancelled. but rescheduled for another day. One last try.I’ll see. end of story…..

My mother's doctor is wonderful however the staff needs to be retrained on how to properly get paperwork sent to a specialist she was referred to. We have been waiting since October to see doctor she was referred to. I was bounced around from one person to another trying to get the correct person to do their work. The Patient Services coordinator doesn't know her right hand from her left and she is supposed to be the one "coordinating" services needed. I'm still trying to get to the correct doctor with the correct paperwork. It has been an ongoing nightmare. I'm very disappointed with the staff at this facility because the doctor is not the issue but unfortunately I will be finding another doctor's office for my mother. I truly hope I get this resolved before the end of the year. It's a shame incompetent staff ruins the relationship with a great doctor.

Dr. Anna Aguila and her staff, at the Durango location, are very professional, thorough, and provide top medical care. This was my first experience with Intermountain Healthcare. Let me say it was amazing!
The Doctor Kenneth Edmonds sat with me for more than 30 minutes.. we discussed current health concerns.. past issues .. and new directions. He really listens, and cares about quality health care for us seniors! Together we came up with plan to improve my health. The office was immaculate. I was seen on time with no wait. My time is valuable too! Overall this was a wonderful experience and I’m finally happy with the healthcare I’m receiving. I opted to use the mail in system for prescription and I was contacted and advised they were completed and mailed less than 24 hours when ordered. Great job

I was told by my primary care provider that the 'clinic wasn't for me' when I asked for more patience and compassion during appointments. My doctor had a pattern of interrupting me during appointments when I would stutter or get stuck on my words - a symptom of my disability. She consistently rushed me and on average I saw my provider for a fraction of the time I saw the waiting room and usually delightful staff. The staff at this location is the only reason to give it a star.

I registered online so the check in process was simple. There was no waiting (only 1other person in the room). I was escorted to another room where I received the injection. One other person was waiting his required 15 minutes after his injection. I received my injection, waited my 15 minutes and left. Easy! I will say that my arm was sore that night and the next day.
