I could write a long review about my experience here when I had a bad case of bronchitis on vacation , but honestly words can’t even describe how unbelievably horrible and incompetent this place is. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET PROPER MEDICAL CARE!!! They only called in one of my two medications. I had to sit on the phone for hours waiting to contact an after hours nurse. The after hours nurse “ordered” my other medication. I went to CVS 3 days in a row and the prescription was still not called in. It took a week and a half of calling them for them to call in the other prescription while I spent thousands of dollars dying in my hotel room unable to even get out of bed. My mother even had to call them from another state because they were not calling in the prescription. On top of that, they sent me a random charge in the mail when I already paid to be seen!!!!!! I have never had a worse experience at any business ever. Even the pharmacist at CVS told me to give them a bad review as he was calling them every day as well. What an absolute nightmare. This place is a joke! I should look into suing.

Been coming here for years outside of my network because I love it but this last visit was the first time I left without a solution. Probably the last time going to intermountain.

The nurse was super nice and helpful, she asked what my pain was and I stated a “9” when coughing.

The PA on the other hand had the same personality as the 4 walls in the room. I was there 2 1/2 hours plus the $40 copay which would have been free if I went down the street from my house and that lady sent me home with no prescription or shot. Told me to go buy Mucinex and take Tylenol. REALLY???

Sitting here in extreme pain. Coughing up yellow mucus from my chest, feels like my chest is going to explode. Im one coughing episode from going to the ER.

Saved me on my recent work trip to Vegas when I needed antibiotics. Said the wait time was 2 hours when I checked in but it was much less. Great experience here today.
Starting feeling off on day two of my vacation, and came in when my cough became productive and my inner ear started to hurt.
Registration was quick, about five minutes, paid my copay, and was seen within about ten minutes to do swabs for the virals going around right now.
Saw the provider another fifteen minutes later and he was efficient and professional.
Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy closest to my hotel, and hopefully in the next two days I’ll be able to get back to my trip!

This was a great experience in terms of urgent cares that I’ve been to in the past, especially for being just off the strip in Vegas.

I pulled into this location around 6:15, with 2 patients visibly waiting in the lobby. I got yelled at by security upon walking “THEYRE NOT TAKING PATIENTS I JUST TOLD YOU” after I only wanted to ask if they had a list of locations or what not. Again, aside from the rude security I just wanted to ask a question or maybe I could ask a medical question to get me through the night until they open tomorrow morning at 7AM. I then asked the medical assistant (maybe clerk based off her attitude) GRACE to see what other InstaCare locations they had, as I was only aware of this one. She then tells me the other location is Lake Mead and as soon as I asked their hours, she caught an attitude and said “I don’t know. I don’t work there”. Me neither ma’am, hence why I asked! This whole interaction was less than 1 minute mind you, but to be rushed out for wanting to ask a question, not even 40 minutes before closing, I couldn’t believe it. I go “I’m not asking for a doctor I’m just asking for information but you’re trying to rush me out and I don’t appreciate that”, with her fake smile coming clean off her face. I will NEVER go to this location again. If you all aren’t happy working, find a different job, just like I’m finding a different location! I’ve never caught 2nd hand embarrassment that fast from a worker, let alone a medical worker.

Absolutely terrible service with the front desk we were helped by a woman named “Grace,” Who could not figure out mine and my wife’s insurance with champ VA which we have used before in intermountain clinics prior to this day. This was not the issue. The issue was she was contacting a different insurance and couldn’t not clarify why we couldn’t be seen. We have CHAMP VA and they were contacting TRI care. Unfortunately the attitude we received was awful. My son went in after we had called to confirm if they can see him and the receptionist confirmed with a yes and then my son got there and they charged him the copay and then they advised him they couldn’t treat him and refunded his copay. My advice nurse recommended I head to this InstaCare clinic even though it's a 30 minute drive, as it's affiliated with Intermountain Healthcare, my providers. And I'm glad I did! There was minimal wait to see a doctor (after initial paperwork), and the doctor immediately diagnosed the cause of my symptoms and prescribed the right medications. The clinic is fairly new, clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely helpful. Very pleased with my visit here.

Absolutely AWFUL. I brought my two year old in because she fell and hurt her arm. The PA told me he’d do a “therapeutic” x-ray because he thought there was no way it’s broken. We did the x-ray and they sent us home. I had to call THEM the next morning only for them to tell me it is broken and that they can’t help and I’ll have to see an orthopedic doctor. NO help. NO direction on how to care for her. She is in pain and we weren’t given anything to stabilize. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very irresponsible. We've had problems every time we visited this clinic. The doctor/nurses did not review our medical history paperwork properly so they mis-prescribed our medication. Which meant that we had to come back, pay another visit fee, and pay for the medication we already picked up. Then, we came to get a refill, and the staff argues that we did not want to meet with a doctor or do anything at all, while noticing that we were sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. We even filled out paperwork and gave ID and nothing. Staff argues with patients. Like what is with that? They're probably going to mess up with the insurance process too and overcharge you. Went to the clinic without insurance and no appointment yesterday, the workers at the front desk told me it was a base price of 120 for an appointment only, without any other procedures. They were very kind and patient and I was seen within the hour, the Dr noting I had no insurance wrote me a plan to follow, and a prescription to fill for my sore throat if I see no improvement within the next few days,
so I wouldn't have to pay for a second appointment I very much appreciate that.

Took 60 days to get a referral for my biopsy because their office staff are inept. Took another 30 days to get referred to a surgeon: I had two biopsies done, Dr never called me to give me the results until after I called for my results. And then when he called me for the 2nd result he did not remember he already sent me for the surgery consult. Surgeon in network, hospital is not, so taking me another 60 days for their inept staff to fax reports to another surgeon. Certainly hope my precancer does not develop into cancer with this 4 month delay…

Had an 7:45am appointment for a chemical stress test. Was called back for the procedure around 8:15 by a "technician". When I inquired if a RN or MD was going to be present, I was told no, and that is the problem. HOW can you let a non professional administer drugs that affect one's hart, I could die. My wife's experience with Intermountian Healthcare Wynn Instacare Clinic on Wynn Road in Las Vegas.

I think you really must rethink the phrase “Insta care” in your name, my experience was anything but that. I had an appointment for which I arrived promptly. 1 hour later I had still not had my Rapid Strep Test.
Why have an appointment? Just tell everyone to come and wait their turn. Collecting a room full of sick people sitting around waiting for a doctor is the height of absurdity on so many levels. I was sitting, waiting for a test, diagnosis result, and medication for which no one came for over an hour.
That is some of the worst patient care I’ve seen. I left telling them “I’d rather die with dignity”. God help the rest of your poor patients having to endure your badly run practice.
I would never step foot in your facility again and will caution my friends against it as well.
You give the medical professional a bad name.

Upon arriving the office hadn’t opened, but the guard went and requested they open a little early because there was not enough seating for us seniors. The best medical team in Las Vegas. I relocate, but I came back for a quick visit. I fell and I knew I had to seek medical attention so I immediately called Intermountain Urgent Care. I visited the Wynn facility on Tuesday, June 14th. The nurse who brought me in from my car was excellent. She was professional, kind, efficient - everything you like a nurse to be. I was Covid positive, and was there for an infusion.

After the nurse got me settled in my room, Dr Noche came in to review my symptoms and speak to me about my vaccinations, about Covid, the infusion, and get to know me. I was so appreciative of his honesty and the amount of time he spent discussing various topics relating to Covid.

After he told me that he had never seen a patient come in with as light of symptoms as me, I made my own decision to decline the infusion process.

While I am still positive with Covid today (Friday, June 17th), I feel well.

I am a regular patient at the West Charleston location so I was a little worried that the InstaCare doctor would not know me and my meds. The response from the InstaCare Wynn clinic for an appointment was very quick as the video call with the doctor. The ability to text a forgotten question on the app is a great feature and the doctor responded immediately to my questions, even after 12 hours. The doctor was caring and had already familiarized himself with my chart which was so re-assuring. It is definitely a great tool and opportunity. I am so glad I am a patient of Intermountain Healthcare!

Three hours to get a tetanus shot!
Under-staffed and poorly operated.
AVOID !!
To add insult to injury I learned the same shot is offered by CVS with almost no wait.

i suffer gout attacks periodically, this last attack did not seem to want to go away as usually does. i finally called my health provider. they referred to intermaountain qwik care that day. i went to my appointmet set in the morning, the staff, the doctor was awesome! needlessly to say, all is well!!! thank you you all so much!

I went to the doctor to be treated for my allergies. astounded and dumbfounded to find out they only had two injection medications available to help me. One of the medication would render my birth control obsolete without any timeframe of regaining proper function whilst the other, would be extraordinarily painful. I ended up leaving the office picking up A pill prescription. Is there a way to order more injection shot for allergies that are not so problematic?

I received excellent care! The triage doctor in the waiting room was impressive and came around often to keep everyone updated.
The radiologist treated me with care and made me comfortable for the CT scan.
The nurse who drew my blood and admisteted medication was personable and comforting too!
All in all, a very capable staff, providing high quality care. Skip the urge gently care centers, and go directly to Centenial hills hospital ER!
