I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. J. Patel and his staff. I had a PET Heart Scan performed recently. This is all new to me, so Dr Patel took the time to explain my heart condition after the procedure. He was very thorough in his explanation and carefully checked on my meds as well. His concern shows in every office visits. I am so happy and proud to have him as my cardiologist and recommend him to everyone who needs a knowledgeable and caring doctor - you will not regret it.

Dr Patel is amazing and each time I see home he know from previous just what’s going on. Our visits see like a continuation of the previous.
The experience to get to Dr Patel through the IMHC call center was a horrible experience. The call center and management should be ashamed of their so called Patient care. Give Dr Patel and his staff back the call center portion I am confident in his care and concern for his patients.

My doctors office moved and since I see him every 6 months I would have expected a text to inform me of the news. I reached the old office 15 mins early. Saw the sign and made the call, as the notice on the door directed. Was on hold for quite a while, when my husband arrived from the parking lot. He suggested we just go there. Stayed on hold until I was about to turn into the new address. I proceeded to explain what happened and a very rude woman woman told me the best she could do was reschedule. I said I was already at the new building. She just kept repeating RESCEDULE. I ASKED TO Speak to office manager. She said sure but she will just tell you to reschedule and put me on hold. By this time I was in the waiting room and I spoke to a wonderful young man and explained my situation. He said let me check with your doctor.
3 minutes later I was in Dr. Patel’s office and saw him 5 minutes later. PS the original person I spoke to kept me on hold and never transferred me to someone who could help. This is no way to treat a cardiac patient and you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

I adore Dr. Patel. In addition Nurse Betty and Valerie are so so wonderful and helpful with my needs to care for my husband (the patient).
The office moved and we ended up at the old location as we did not receive any notification of a move. I called the number to reschedule as and you can RARELY reach a person to speak with
HOWEVER I called my number for the nurse station directly and Valerie checked with Dr. Patel and he said come over to new location. This would have made us 30 to 45 minutes late for our appointment.

I am writing this review on behalf of my dad. From the beginning, Dr. Patel has been great with my dad. He takes his time explaining and assessing my dad's health problem/s. My dad is 89 years old and has a hearing impairment, Dr. Patel is very patient when he converses with my dad and my dad enjoys talking to him. Very knowledgeable provider. I was completely impressed with Dr. Patel's professionalism and patient care.
