Coming in for your appointment the staff is kind and courteous. You're taken to room get weighed in and blood pressure is checked nice and calm. When seeing Dr. Whitmore who examines you asks questions about your health and sets up referrals to see other specialists. She's caring and concerned about my health. Thank you Dr. Jennifer Whitmore.

I always get great service , I would never change from intermountain , to me there the best in Las Vegas . I saw my doctor Dr. Whitmore and I brought my pills to my surprise I was. I had three that I did not need and that's why at times I get felt kind of like odd because I was taking too much of the same medicine and just a different name. But yes, I do trust her very much. I am. I've always been very blessed with intermountain. I've always gotten call Ella at a doctors that know what they're doing, know what they're talking about and understand me personally and it's wonderful when they come in they always announce themselves. Hello Alex, how are you feeling today? It's like I'm special. That's what I make you feel like and I am because I am their patient and they care for me and I can feel it in them the way they look at me the questions they ask. It's just amazing and Dr whitmore is awesome

I have been going there for a few months now and have had a pleasant time. I had a virtual appointment and I thought it was for a specific time but I was wrong and when I found out that I had missed my appointment I called the office to set up another appointment to have my meds refilled. Which was only a couple of days after my missed appointment. They were so understandable.

I had a complete waste of my time I think I need to change doctors i don't get treated for any of my symptoms I only get referrals to get treatment i don't think this is correct if my dr can't treat me for any of my issues then why am I going there i have a transportation problem and if I can't get treatment then I will have to find a clinic that can treat my symptoms and not waste my time or my transportation issues

Everything was great! The girls out front are kind, friendly and professional.

I was a little early to my appointment because I had a small bit of paperwork to fill out, but I never waited more than 15 minutes after checking in at the front desk!! Very efficient and friendly staff. I met Dr. Whitmore and she answered all my questions. Very grateful for her help!

This is second time since I had to deal with her, trying to GV her another chance.. SHE ran about15 minutes late BUT YHAT DOESNT MEAN CUT MY TIME OUT.. and nothing was diagnosed I asked her if I had to go to a specialist to get diagnosed... I've had a cough now about 3 weeks now..she also said that's all the time I have 4 you and walked out the door, MY OLD DR...SINCE 2014 would NVR hv these things bc she truly cares about ALL her patience... My opinion is: WHERE ARE ALL THE THE "PATIENT" DOCTORS GONE... INSTEAD OF OVER BOOKING... ESPECIALLY WHEN UR SICK AND HV HAD DOUBLE PNEUMONIA IN THE PAST... INSTEAD OF RUSHING YOU IN AND OUT? I WANT 2 TRY ANOTHER DR.. WITHOUT GOING FURTHER AWAY.. SHE ALSO CUTS YOU OFF..(while you talk) THIS IS TWO X'S NOW..3 TIMES IS THE LAST TIME‼️NOT HAPPY WITH HER... AT ALL❓My X Dr. Is no longer there, everyone loved her.. I went to her since 2014 and had the same Med. Ins and same location, very close to home.. My other doctor NVR would do such a thing or to any of her patience..I don't mind running behind bc that shows a doctor does NOT OVER book..ITS THE SAME CLINIC LOCATION..DR. I really miss doctor murphy! Had Doctor whitmore for the first time and felt she was a little unorganized... And she talks a little fast. It was hard for me to grasp her words. But i'm giving her the benefit of the doubt....Maybe I caught her on a bad day... I also had to wait a very long time before I was seen. When I finally was seen, she was very attentive, but she almost forgot to go over my lab results. She did say it was a very busy day....
