Born and raised in Arizona, Dr. Romo-Santistevan returned to desert life in Las Vegas with her husband and their two dogs after completing medical school in Mexico and residency in New York. Now at Intermountain Health, Dr. Romo-Santistevan specializes in pediatrics with an emphasis on preventative care as well as asthma care, education, and research. Dr. Romo-Santistevan received her medical degree from The Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and completed her pediatric residency at Richmond University Medical Center in New York. She is fluent in Spanish.

Love the new office and the staff is always kind! Dr. Romo is awesome as well. I would say the office doesn’t seem as kid-oriented as before (in terms of decorations in the office and rooms) but I know it just opened. Can’t wait to see what they do!

Quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento y dejar una reseña muy positiva para la Dra. Jennifer Romo y todo su equipo en Intermountain Health.
Realmente es muy importante reconocer a las personas tan profesionales y atentas en su labor. La Dra. Romo es una profesional excepcional y tiene un trato maravilloso con los niños. Cada vez que llevo a mi hija, Aruna, ella la evalúa de manera completa y minuciosa. Salgo de la consulta sintiéndome totalmente clara y tranquila sobre la salud de mi niña.
Además, sus asistentes y todo el personal de la clínica son personas extremadamente amables y serviciales. A pesar de que mi idioma principal es el español y no hablo inglés, siempre se aseguran de que haya personal disponible que hable español para ayudarme con el proceso. ¡Esto hace una gran diferencia!
Recomiendo totalmente a la Dra. Romo y a su clínica. Cinco estrellas por su profesionalismo, claridad en la comunicación y un servicio al cliente tan atento y considerado.

If you’re looking for a truly exceptional pediatrician, I would highly recommend doctor Romo. She truly cares and takes her time with each patient, she’s loving and extremely knowledgeable. I can trust her 100% with both of my kids, she handles them with care and never in a rush. Waiting time is always minimal and the nurses always call back on time, they check on you after you called to follow up, and you can call 24hrs/7 days a week to speak to a nurse which is great, I’ve called so many times, they’re always nice.
