Dr Moorhead is an excellent physician. He is professional, caring, thourough, and he makes you feel that you are being heard. When I had to go on Medicare because of my age the most important thing to me was that he remained my primary care physician. That is how I chose my insurance plan. That should say how much of a difference he makes. My Sister has culinary insurance and wishes she was able to have him as her physician she likes him so well.

No! I was having some bad symptoms for months! Nothing worked not even visits to the Emergency Room because no one could tell me for sure what it was. I decided to call my insurance and they got me an appointment with Dr. Moore right away. Wow, was it the worst decision. He didn't even bothered to listen to me, to the point of being disrespectful when I told him what my symptoms were he told me he wasn't asking me about that. I left the office crying, I felt disrespected and frustrated. I went back home and kept making calls and I finally found the Doctor who is now my PCP, she listened to me, sent me to do the tests and at the end yes I had a condition that needed to be treated which she got me a referral to. If Dr. Moore had listened to me, it would haven been less stressful and painful, but at the end I am glad because now I can say I found a GOOD Doctor that actually listens and care!
