It took me a long time to find a top tier Physician but I did a ton of research and found that Doctor Julie Wu is exactly who I needed. I really do like to see Nurse Practitioners and Anne Park is simply amazing. Never in a rush and absolutely listens to all your concerns. She has encouraged me to change my lifestyle for the better- and I have! They were also prompt with every kind of test I needed to be cleared for Knee Replacement Surgery. Front office staff are super nice as well so that's a win right there. This a Seriously good Medical team. Highly recommend

This is what I call bad business when you can't get out of the house due to illness and leave numerous voicemails and never get called back. Thu Pham the nurse practitioner is very irresponsible, very negligent, and very lazy. She's playing with people's lives, she refuses to listen, and is very dismissive. She does not take into consideration family history and will not listen to what your actual symptoms are. She will just try to pass you off to any specialist she can while addressing as little as possible while you wait months for those specialist referrals. I came in for a follow up appointment after a visit to the ER; I came into the office barely able to walk, I could not step up onto the scale without assistance, I was incredibly off balance and shaky. She told me it was just anxiety but she would refer me to a cardiologist just in case. However, she also said that all my tests from the cardiologist would come back fine and she would be right about it being anxiety. After speaking with some immediate family members, I learned that I had a strong family history of thyroid issues and every family member that had a thyroid issue had experienced the same symptoms I was experiencing; so I asked her to check my thyroid and she refused stating I just had anxiety. I sought out specialists on my own and found out that my thyroid was fine but I also found out that my symptoms were not a result of anxiety. Through several specialists and a lot of testing (that I sought out on my own) I have been diagnosed with severe autoimmune small fiber neuropathy and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome...as well as a handful of other diagnoses. I waited months for specialist referrals from Thu Pham that never came and had to take matters into my own hands. Every time I would try to ask her about a new or worsening symptom she would tell me that it was just anxiety and I needed to wait to discuss my symptoms with a specialist. In addition, I had about 4 appointments with her and every time she walked in the exam room she immediately made her way to the exam table and leaned across it like she was inconvenienced to be there. I also later asked for my medical records and found they were full of inaccuracies. Stay away at all costs! If she would have worked with me and for me instead of against me, it would have saved me a lot of precious time in getting diagnosed and getting treatment in a timely manner.

For more than 8 years, I have been seeing with many different doctors and they all have been great. Recently I had medical issues that prevent me from working for the past 8 months. Today Dr. Zeng still as no idea what is causing my issues but told me, I have to go back to work or else get another job. It seems he doesn't care of my situation or doesn't believe I'm really sick.

I’ve had a great experience at this office. Joan, Rich, and Kat have been such a big help, always communicating with me in a timely manner, helping me get appointments, and greeting me with a smile. They’re all very caring and make me feel supported.
Alex at check-in is also incredibly kind and always makes the process smooth.
They truly go above and beyond especially Joan and Rich.

I used to see Dr. Wu, who was not only an amazing provider but also very kind and considerate. She always told it like it is, which I appreciated.
I now see NP Anne and she’s just as wonderful, very caring, compassionate, and respectful.

A retired MD, I’ve have had Dr Wu as my PCP for the past 10+ years. Her professionalism is unparalleled in today’s health care system. She spends time listening to her patients and explains conditions and therapy course in layman’s words. I have the utmost confidence in her. Her support staff, including nurses, aids and front office personnel are receptive and quickly respond to text messages for scheduling and refills.

Ever since relocating to Las Vegas, I've been receiving care from Dr Julie Wu, and I must say, she and her staff are truly exceptional! Dr. Wu displays genuine concern for the health and well-being of her patients. I've also had the pleasure of being attended to by Rowena Panganiban, APRN, and both healthcare professionals have consistently delivered excellent care. Despite the office being busy, they take the time to listen to my health concerns, creating a comfortable and unrushed environment. I have a friend who needed help finding a Doctor. When I found her and read her educational background I made the appointment for Kenny. Then on the day before his appointment he had a question so I said let’s call to ask and she answered the phone! What? I’ve never experienced that before. The way she was talking I asked her “is this the Dr?” And she said Yes. I smiled and said “Do you answer your own phone?” She said “Yes when they’re busy or short handed” Well I just thought that was the greatest thing!! NOW THATS A DOCTOR THAT TRULY CARES!! I am a new patient with Dr. Julie Wu and just had my first appointment with her last week. She is extremely attentive and caring Doctor whom really cares about your individual health and tries to find the best solution for your healthcare needs. I had decided to switch Doctors and chose Dr. Wu based on research and her reviews. My previous Doctor was unattentive and office staff never returned calls. I definitelt felt like a number so coming into Dr. Wu's office was a welcomed sight. After my appointment with Dr. Wu I needed some FMLA paperwork to be completed in which her office staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They even called and followed up on the status after my appoinment and immediatelt returned calls back. Special shout out to Trinity whom helped me with thsi smooth process. I feel that ive found a forever Physician here and I highly recommend Dr Wu and her staff as they truly care about you. Just all around a great Doctor and well managed office staff who cares.

When I am on time to my appointment, I still always have to wait 15+ minutes to be seen. Most recently I walked up to the window to ask the staff how much longer it will take as I will be late for work, and they all just looked at me and kept doing what they were doing as I’m waiting for someone to acknowledge I’m there. After a couple minutes of standing, I finally said “excuse me?” and only then someone came over. Very annoying unprofessional staff.

Dr. Wu is VERRYYY dismissive. I came in for trouble breathing, body pain, and annual checkups for over 2 years and i kid you not, every single time i express my concern, she says it’s nothing to worry about, offers little to no advice, and lets me leave. One time she was very condescending in her advice. I came in with lower back pain and I expressed to her that I feel lower back pain when I lie on my back, and she said with a smirk “then don’t lie on your back.” and offered no advice to help actually fix the issue. When I came in with breathing problems she had her residence doctors in training evaluate me and went off what they said and didn’t evaluate my chest herself. She did do an ECG test on me and pointed out something abnormal but offered no advice. It took me going to an urgent care to get a referral for a cardiologist and the URGENT CARE DOCTORS WERE MORE THOROUGH THAN HER.

I will be finding a new doctor asap.

I've had two appointments, and both times, they put me in an exam room, took my vitals, and then forgot about me for two hours. The last time, they literally said they wouldn't have known I was in there if I hadn't stuck my head out of the door and called someone over.

The phone number for the office doesn't have a working phone menu and when you're asked to leave a voicemail, the greeting doesn't even state for whom you're leaving a message, so I don't leave one and just keep calling back until someone answers.

Since no one knew I was in the exam room, the doctor was not really prepared for my appointment and explained my lab results to me as she reviewed them, probably for the first time. I asked questions about my treatment plan and they were not answered. My diagnosis was not explained.

After both appointments, there were no follow up instructions, so I didn't know when to set up my next appointment. This past appointment, I was given an order form for a scan, but it was not sent to the imaging office.

I'm really not pleased by my experience at this office. It seems to be overbooked and not managed particularly well.

ETA: my third visit was my last visit. The doctor didn’t answer any of my questions to my satisfaction, and in fact, she left the exam room while I was actually crying, giving me absolutely no comfort or reassurance. I do not recommend this office in any way.

If I could give negative stars I would. Dr. Wu preformed a biopsy on my mother-in-law for a lump she has on her neck and never called her with the results. We've tryed to contact them multiple times, left messages and still no call back. We were finally able to get the results but without any explanation. MALPRACTICE, do not go to this office. They will let you die.

Nice and full staffing office but it is difficult to make an appointment and the waiting time is too long.
I need more than 2 weeks to get appointment to follow-up my lab and get sleeping pill prescription. My waiting time to see the doctor is over 30 minutes. Still counting.

Exam room was dirty. Saw the assistant not sanitize before me or after the finger pulse oximeter or blood pressure cuff and just threw it back in her basket. This is during the peak of Covid. No one answers the phone or calls you back after multiple voicemails. Their blood lab was dirty with trash on the counters and floor, needles filled to the brim. They tell you to come by anytime but don't tell you they close for lunch. Tried to support a woman minority doctor but this was one of the worst personal experiences I have encountered. Save yourself the headache and stress and go somewhere else. Feel bad for the patients that barely speak English or don't know any better.

For a 5 minute, quite rude meeting -which immediately I decided not to go back there ever again- they charged the insurance a full physical, they didn't even use the stethoscope... horrible experience! Also tried to charge an insurance I haven't been member of for over a year. Definitely among health care provider fraud schemes! Beware.

I have been going to Dr Julie for three years now. I love the office. It is obviously the reason for their huge success. They have the bestvwiund care physician in Dr. Ming Wei Wu, Dr Julie's husband, the best foot doctor in Dr Chow, and the best PA especially in Luk ( pronounced Like). They are all extremely the best in their individual specialties. Prior to coming to retire in Vegas, I lived in Boston where healthcare is well known. I had the world's leading physicians taking care of me. I have a leg wound that has not healed for almost 20 years now. They have tried surgeries on it multiple times and failed to heal it even for a split second , and nobody understands why. I had two surgeries using skin grafts which were unable to close the wound, it's so large. In fact the wound size has only grown during the 15+;years in Boston.
Originally I was worried about finding decent healthcare in Vegas, until I found this office. All the staff is extremely efficient, competent, and patient to a humanly possible degree. But the office is so incredibly busy and takes care of such a huge patient need and tries to keep everyone happy, it's understandable why some may feel neglected from time to time.
I have always highly recommended this office to everyone I know that needs good healthcare everywhere I go. Unfortunately because they have such a large number of Asian clientele, I know some patients think that they are somewhat getting the preferable treatment over this country's overwhelming "white majority" . But being Asian myself, let me assure you that they don't. In fact, Dr Julie is Vietnamese, her husband and Dr Chow are Chinese, and their longtime front office mainstay Mary is Phillipino, and their other mainstay in the front office Daniel and Ynari are Hispanics. I know that Dr Ming Wei feels bad about not having yet been able to heal my wound, but so far I really appreciate his trying so many different ways to improve my situation and things are certainly improving for my leg. I am truly surprised at how many new things they have tried so far that I have never previously heard or tried before in Boston. Using an infusion center to fight the bacteria to stop them from eating up the new skin trying to grow in my wound, putting on new skin from new developments in the biomedical fields, using fishskin and biotecuhnology developed skin, new ointment, etc., etc..
They have now expanded to another new office to try to reduce the chaotic number of patients they handle. With Dr Ryan, Luk and under the guidance of Dr Julie, the new office of Humanity Health Clinic opened about six months ago and is already flooding with patients. I highly recommend anyone with healthcare needs who want a caring physician to go here for their medical needs. I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. My entire family and everyone I know goes here and we all live them to death!!! Good luck and good health!!

I did some research and read the great reviews about Dr. Wu and decided to go see her. I waited 2 weeks to get an appt even though they had one sooner with another doctor. I told them I wanted to see Dr. Wu. I have had bad neck pain and headaches. Massages, stretching, nothing seemed to help. So I’m waiting in the room and another doctor walks in to tell me that she is more of a pain management specialist and is going to see me instead... what. I waited 2 WEEKS specifically to see this doctor. She told me she didn’t feel my neck being tight or anything and wasn’t going to send me for testing because she didn’t think anything was wrong. She prescribed me a muscle relaxer and said if I was having trouble dealing with stress and anxiety she could prescribe me something for that too. I don’t have anxiety and I don’t want to take anything. I asked if physical therapy would help or maybe dry needling and she told me since stretching and massage didn’t help she didn’t know what really would. Wow. I’m young, eat healthy, exercise regularly.. this is not normal. Just felt like there were no answers and no true care to know the cause of this pain. Just “here are some pills to help with anxiety” that I don’t have and “take this muscle relaxer when you feel a headache coming on and maybe it will help” ugh. Just wanted to share my experience so people don’t waste their time or money because who knows if you’ll actually see the doctor you waited for and requested to see.

I like Dr Wu. She is a great doctor. Her staff people are good as well as being nice and friendly. However, it appears to me that her medical office is disorganized and or maybe just needing extra help in that area. I think a trained office manager would be beneficial. I am out of the country now and when I called to make an appointment about two weeks ago for after I return, I could not talk to a person. I left a message but my call was not returned (to my USA cell phone #).
Today I called four times for the same reason and again after trying all the options ( #s 2 1 O etc), I never reached a human and I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full and it had no memory left to record a message.

What a horrible thing for a Dr to say...( Well the assistant) I called for my daughter to come in because she can't talk , her throat is so inflamed she just came home from college ( Friday afternoon) Mary I think was her name said oh we won't see anyone after 4, if someone has appt she will see them, you will have to sit and wait, and Dr doesn't see patients on weekend and Monday she is off you can come Tuesday..I said she could be deathly sick or dead. ( Mary) says well sorry I'm like really this is what the Dr advises you to tell patients....what happened to the bad sick people we will squeeze you in , not well you'd have to sit here and try to squeeze in between appt people, what happened to emergency cases...this Dr is so unprofessional in her statements if she is advising, otherwise her staff needs to go, she needs to take control and get rid of the people working for her..how unprofessional Dr Wu. You should be ashamed of yourself..

I think the doctor judges you on race and age here and that is not okay. Not Julie wu but the other female doctor did not listen to my needs and here I am freaking out, can't sleep, tense as ever and having the worst anxiety. I asked for referrals for mri and she treated me like she didn't see anything wrong w me. Just because you don't see something wrong while I'm sitting here doesn't mean there isn't something. I am in pain and need an MRI. I also needed a refill on aprazalam in which I have been prescibed the last 3 years. I need it but I don't need it everyday as in addiction... I need it like now in these episodes and get prescibed me bupropion. I see where her heads at but she should really listen to the patient rather than judge a book based on it's cover. Just because I look like hell that day doesn't mean I'm a pill addict either, it means I'm going through hell and came in to get a refill in which I hadn't had any in over six months and resorted to CBD oil. She then accuses me of being a smoker after I tell her I want MRI on my lungs and am worried and feel raspy when I have never been a cigg smoker and told her I only smoke marijuana sometimes. All in all she was unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place in. Maybe others have a good experience but like I said she's judging based on race and age. I wouldn't go here if your young and Caucasian. I'm Brazilian and I'm constantly being confused for caucasian as over in other countries there isn't judgement between diversity. But yeah totally not cool and saw how she thinks

I go in with some back pain but wanted really to go in and get help mentally. I figured a doctor could help me in the right direction. I was told to take these stupid antidepressants that made things worse and then was given xanax. After I abused those to fight the side effects and started feeling worse I stopped. I was told I'd get a follow up call and it's been months. I left a message that was never returned. I still cry everyday.

They have made it very difficult for me to get my scans and biopsies done within the last few months... They don't return phone calls and they just assume you know to call about your CT scan results... The one nice thing was they called because I hadn't done my biopsy yet with Steinberg and I informed them I was going on vacation and I'd do it when I got back this week (6/6/16). One would assume they'd make sure my referral was updated and current for Steinberg... They didn't, so I've had to call back and forth to get this figured out. I am a young adult myself, but I feel the young staff at this office is very unprofessional. The receptionist got an attitude when I voiced my dissatisfaction.... Hopefully I don't have to deal with this office for very much longer.

Through I have had problems getting paper work done correctly every time I've had a problem the office staff has fixed my paperwork but it has taken along time each time usaully a couple weeks. But besides that dr. Julie is great her bedside manner is exalent and she isnt quick to fill you full of drugs like a lot of other doctors are. But again her staff makes constent paper work mastakes and it takes for ever to get them fixed so keep that in mind when you visit look over your paperwork such as refferals and prescription very carfully.
