Did a lot of homework before I decided to see Dr Gonzalez. It wasn't so much what I read but more of what I didn't read. Nothing negative. I did good. She has excellent bed side manner. Easy to work with. Very clear with her instructions and questions. I am turning 65 and have not had a PCP in over 35 years. But I feel very comfortable with not only Dr Gonzalez but the entire staff at this location. Very pleasant, fun, informative, and easy to understand. For someone who is not a big fan of the medical profession ($$$wise) I am very happy to have found them.

Doctor is wonderful. The office isn’t. The drinking fountains have been out of order with a caution signfor many years and I am never offered water. Please get the boarded up window fixed! This place looks like a dump.

The atmosphere and culture in her office is the most caring and supportive of patients I have ever encountered. My mom went for lab work this morning after fasting and the receptionist was busy stuffing her face at the desk and told my mom to “go sit down” she wasn’t ready to check her in yet. Mind you my mom was the first appt of the morning and there were 5 other people who came in after her and were handled first. My mother sat over 45 min and was ignored. My advice to the worker more concerned in feeding her face than assisting my mom, you’re LUCKY I wasn’t in that office today cause it would have been a sad day for you I promise! How dare you treat someone that way. And then lied about it stating the lab was super busy, my mom was the first appt of the day for the lab. Poor attitude and poor service. If you don’t like your job I suggest you look for another one.

Dr. Gonzales was my mom's doctor for a short period of time.
Initially, when we visited, my mom just loved her. I myself felt very comfortable with her and her knowledge and professionalism she showed in treating my mom's condition.
In the future, we hope to return to Las Vegas at which time I plan to resume my mom's care with this Doctor. She's simply amazing,!!
