The physical therapists at Kelly Hawkins helped me tremendously. I tripped on my flip flops and took a hard fall. I broke my hip and top of femur. Depressed and in pain I was sent to Kelly Hawkins by my surgeon. They not only worked on boosting my confidence to walk without a device, they eased my pain and helped with my balance. I have a possible torn meniscus on my right knee and was referred to this facility. They were pretty quick in calling for initial appointment, was very helpful during the intake phone call, sent an email with additional intake information that was easy to access, and very flexible in times of appointments. I like the PT techs and the facility is clean/neat. I am getting great treatment and home exercises to do daily.

Excellent! Victor, the physical therapist, is amazing and very knowledgeable, and the assistants are as well. Once you complete your evaluation, they work with you on all your exercises to ensure you are doing them correctly and safely so you do not fall or injure yourself. The real treat is afterward, when they stretch you out and apply moist heat if needed. I have also noticed other patients receiving dry needling and other recovery therapies. This is the best physical therapy I have experienced—real results!

I’d highly recommend this location to anyone in need of PT. The entire staff takes the time to know each patient and stays involved in your care, which really makes a difference. They build strong relationships and genuinely seem to enjoy being there every day. I’ve already noticed significant improvement in my pain since my second visit, and I’m feeling hopeful about long-term success with the sessions and the stretches and exercises they’ve taught me.

Yaro, Carmen, Aimee, Eve, Kasey, Kim, and Yohanna are an awesome Team. But Victor is outstanding Gentlemen/Therapist!!! I have been having this problem after shoulder surgery and he gave me a few exercises that relieved the pain l’ve been having for a few weeks and the pain is almost gone and able to reach my goals in my exercises. I have been to several physical therapy centers over the years, and now I am here. The staff takes good care of me and pushes for a positive outcome. The staff is friendly and jokes around when possible but are serious when needed. Recently I have made some scheduling faults, one visit I showed up hours early and even though they were busy they saw me as if it was my normal time. On a later appointment I had my days swapped and showed up the following day, the staff swapped my appointment like it was my normal time. Great crew. Finally I was at another center closer to home and the surgeon I had kept telling me I needed to get more range of motion or he was going to have to go back in and do additional work. I left that location and ended up with Victor and his crew, after only a few weeks I saw the surgeon again and was fully released as my range of motion had improved that much. If you need physical therapy this is the place to go.

Exceptional physical therapy services, the team here will get your body well again with hard work and patience on your end. I’m still currently in therapy, but I have nothing but praise for the team here. Victor listens to the issues you have and reassesses what your new needs are and moves forward with action. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Everyone helps out and the team all works together really well, which ultimately benefits the clients. As I think about it all. Initially, I spoke with Victor as he did an intake on me. When I spoke of all the truly special healing I received in Acupuncture and Chiropractic, he kept cutting me off. This was frustrating to me however, I didn't say anything. I think the staff there tries hard and I respected Victor's staff. I saw Victor twice and I left his office feeling worse (lower back pain). I believe Victor did the Dry Nettling. This actually felt good, Initially. I came back today for the 3rd visit. I was late and I apologized to the front desk lady for my tardiness. I had an appointment the 3rd visit with Victor's associate P.T. I attempted to communicate with her that my lower back was ok, now (I saw a Chiropractor between the 2nd and 3rd visits and my lower back was improved). I waved to Victor twice while I was "on the floor" there but Victor just glared at me, not waving back. I was told to wait for Victor to talk with. He appeared to the receptionist and again, just glared at me making me feel very uncomfortable. I was in pain with my knee and wanted to tell Victor about it and how the Chiropractor helped my lower back but I could tell he didn't want to know anything about a Chiropractor. He has to work on his condescending manner and listen to people better.
I told the receptionist I would call for an appointment but no way, will I want to go back there.

Simply the best! Knowledgable, attentive, kind and friendly! I have never been to a place for PT quite like this one. Victor and Yaro know all of their patients, what they are doing and don’t miss a thing. They are always watching and helping even when you might think they’re not. The students who assist are friendly and helpful and give lots of encouragement. The staff is welcoming and very efficient. Patients talk to each other and help motivate each other which makes each session go by quickly! My doctor has been astonished by my progress after just four weeks of therapy. Best physical therapy establishment hands down. Most places go through a checklist of things and send you on your way. But here they’re searching for the root of your problem, you may be there for your shoulder but could possibly be the nerves running through your neck to your shoulder. What can I say about Victor and his team? They are excellent. I have had to go for PT in my life twice before after major injuries and surgeries. I really never had anyone as good as they were take the time and give the care that Victor has given me at this Kelly Hawkins on Horizon.
Going through recuperation after Knee replacement and got to full range of mobility almost immediately.
And having major back problems Victor took the time to incorporate back therapy that will allow me to care for my knee which otherwise would have been impossible.
Honestly this is the best care uou will get.

The main therapist Victor made my experience horrible. He accused me of lying about how much pain I was in more than once. He only speaks to you in a condescending matter and caused me to leave in tears the last time I was there. I refuse to go to a location that treats people that way. Very surprised that this is who is responsible to lead this location since he is so unprofessional and rude. The other employees are great but Victor needs to taught on customer service and professionalism. Causing someone more stress when they are coming for treatment is not the way for someone to heal.

I love the people at Kelly Hawkins on horizon in Henderson.I get to see the same people all the time. The patients as well as the staff. Victor and Joe are amazing and I usually work with Cassandra who's the assistant. Carmen is at the reception area and she's always friendly and polite They even have a bowl of candy there if you want to sweeten the experience. It's so homey and if you have to go through the pain of physical therapy it's easier when you work with such wonderful people. They really care and have concern for every one of the patients. The staff are wonderful. Victor is arrogant and doesn’t listen to patients. He treated me like an old ignorant person. I am old not ignorant! I am an RN with 43 years experience in Las Vegas. I worked critical areas and management and opened the first outpatient surgery center here years ago. I also worked with Kelly Hawkins.He was a great physical therapist and a nice person.I have had therapy in other Kelly Hawkins facilities with great results. I have found another physical therapist.

After 2 xrays, a MRI and a cortisone shot in my knee that had been swelling for 6 months Dr Victor Carrasco fixed me in one visit. He spent time to stretch my leg and feeling in my foot (I believe) he knew it was a pinched nerve..After some stretching my knee felt better and I could touch my toes. Something I hadn't been able to do for years!. Been going two weeks and knee has full range and no swelling..Great staff on board also!

Victor and Carmen have been an absolute pleasure and great to work with. They are very respectful and professional, which adds to the fact that they are very caring. Your comfort is important to them.
