I came in hoping to fix my wrist. I left with a working hand and a few laughs. Asia and Duncan are an awesome team. They're always on time, always friendly, and somehow make rehab almost fun. Told them at the beginning of multiple disabilities and they should get them all that were documented with the VA. They did not and tried having me do some stuff that could end up bad. They told me if I had proof or somthing in writing when told I should not be doing those things.umm I told you to get all your info from the doctors. They did help with pain to the extent they could with the hope of me continuing to progress afterwards. The ladies at the desk are great. The therapists and assistants are very kind.
Feels a little chaotic as too many patients are doing their exercises alone for comfort. One even fell. Most don't need to be watched like a hawk but it seems the staff need to be a little more watchful, at least. Leaves something to be desired in terms of care.

Started Hydrotherapy,Did 4 Appointments and each time was Bookended with another so it was rushed.Then one day I get a voicemail telling me that they don't have the proper Health Permit,And will call me once it's straightened out.Spoke to pain management doctor and he informed me that corporate had called him about this and multiple other issues. Well fast forward to a few weeks ago and I get a reimbursement check for the 3 appointments I had prepaid for and then I get this Email attached in photos asking how I'm doing since completing P.T. Well I wouldn't know since I never got to to finish it and never received a call. It was the only place that did Hydrotherapy that takes my insurance and now I have nowhere to go and it SUCKS.Thanks for nothing Kelly Hawkins.Shame Company Can't be Proactive and Contact when they should've,But wait until I make a bad review to even bother.No thanks I won't be contacting your company and making it "Right" You couldn't pay me to go back.

I was under the care of Barb, and Bernie for 7 total shoulder reconstructions over 5 years. While I miss the crew having spent 2 days a week with them for 5 years, I am happy to say they successfully rehabilitated my shoulder (for now). The therapists drove me to rehabilitate my movements, and ability to function, while coordinating with physicians and multiple insurance carriers. My range of motion has almost fully returned, and my pain levels are almost totally gone. The front office staff was always pleasant and accommodating. I recommend Bernie, Barb, and the gang if you find yourself in need of good rehabilitation physical therapy.

I use to to absolutely hate therapy! Since I switched therapy to Kelly Hawkins, it has been a total different experience.. A good one of course. I recently tried dry needling(acupuncture). I was disappointed to discover that my therapist, Sean Kelly, was no longer at his previous spot., With a little research, I found that he was (no surprise) the new Clinical Director at Valley View, Las Vegas, location of Kelly Hawkins. Upon researching, I noticed that the facility did not have Pilates equipment, which I find very beneficial. However, I decided that Sean’s care was worth overlooking that. I was shocked that Sean remembered my ailments and reevaluated my condition. I have been attending therapy here, for about a month now. What I find, is an extremely competent, genuinely interested staff, in all patients and a friendly, upbeat environment. All the therapists and staff interact and provide attention unilaterally to all patients. Similarly, patients interact with each other, providing encouragement and camaraderie. I highly recommend Sean Kelly and this group of wonderful people at Kelly Hawkins, Valley View, Las Vegas. I’m glad I made the change!

I have been profoundly ill for about a year and a half. Multiple ICU stays, and I have been fully dependent on a walker since last fall. I gained over 100 lbs, between edema related to my condition and also being nearly bedridden.

Kelly Hawkins was not the first physical therapy practice I tried, but it will most certainly be the last. Katrina may be the most cordial person picking up a healthcare-related phone in Southern Nevada, and she is nicer in person. At my first appointment Sean conducted an array of exams and tests, but most importantly he listened. He crafted a hybrid treatment regimen of aquatherapy at their location, regular PT at their location, and aquatherapy exercises I do in the pool at my apartment. This combination and his continued listening, have yielded notable progress. Aquatherapy is what has made the difference for me. In Southern Nevada, Kelly Hawkins is the only place to go. Ask for Sean...tell him Tom sent you!

The front staff are great. But if you go for any physical restrictions testing. DO NOT they will say your physically limiting yourself with every test and just try to get you out as quickly as possible. Even when your doing your best. Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy definitely deserves 5 stars. The entire staff is very professional as well as caring for your physical therapy needs in every way possible. They work tirelessly to try and improve your medical needs. I was very lucky to be sent to their facility.
