I have always spoken so highly of this office because I think Dr. Amarsi is an amazing doctor. I have recommended her to many friends and family. Today I called and scheduled an emergency visit for my 2 year old with a fever and waited over 45 minutes, the front desk staff that is usually so kind seemed annoyed when I asked for an estimate of how much longer.. she told me they would come as soon as they could & I felt “shoo’ed” away. I waited another 15 minutes and eventually walked out because my sick baby was crying and I was sick of waiting. So disappointed and upset in how there was no sense of urgency or any genuine care. I understand having to wait… but learn to update your patients when wait times are longer than 30 minutes, especially in an emergency appointment situation.

Dr. Amarsi is genuinely one of the best pediatricians in Las Vegas. As a medical student who has rotated with different pediatricians, I’ve had the opportunity to see what goes on in pediatric offices from the inside, and she truly stands out.

I take my daughter to her, and she is always very thorough with her exams. She listens to your concerns, takes them seriously, and makes you feel heard. She gives me so much peace of mind as a parent, and I especially appreciate that when you ask about alternatives, she takes the time to provide them and discuss your options.

And I truly believe the staff can make or break a medical office. Her staff is wonderful welcoming, warm, and genuinely kind.

Absolutely love Dr. Amarsi and her staff. From our very first appointment with my first son out of nicu April of 2023 she was able to get us in the next day as the hospital required upon discharge to have his appointment within 24hrs of discharge. We instantly felt comfortable at checkin the front desk staff was so nice and didnt rush us to fill out paperwork. We were the only family in the waiting room which was so nice bc we had a newborn just out of nicu. We were brought back to a room immediately by the nurse who came out to get us was very nice she explained the procedures that would take place and was so patient with us and made us feel at ease with such a stressful time. Then DR.Amarsi came in an instantly we knew we made the right choice when making her our sons pediatrician she was so thorough and made sure to make us feel understood and never rushed us. Fast-forward to 12/24 we had our 2nd son who was in nicu for 21days and upon release we came to see her the next day as well and ahe had discovered that the hospital failed to tell us that his newborn screening came back showing abnormalities. It was so scary thinking that the hospital failed to tell us when I was there 20 hours a day barely leaving to shower and nap and would return immediately with my son for 3 weeks straight! It felt like the worst news but Dr.Amarsi assured us that they would send us to a specialist and not to panic and search google for answers bc we would only scare ourselves but to wait to see the Doctor and get answers that way. She was so supportive and made the moment not so scary. Now my son is a year old and she was absolutely right he is healthy and striving. She was the best choice we made making her the doctor and trusting her with our sons health! I will drive across town to continue seeing her until the boys are to old to be seen in her office. Thank you Dr. Amarsi and her staff. You all make up the best team! Keep up the great work!!

Dr Amarsi is always such a light. She’s calm, caring, and supportive. She makes time to connect with my children. She’s rooted in science and if you read her profile, after being heavily into pediatric research, she decided to give back and dedicate all her time and energy to make sure children in the Las Vegas area get the best care. Awful. Administration is awful. Haven't been able to get receipts for our visits and it's been over a year of just being told the billing person is unavailable and send them an email (only to never get a reply). I use my HSA for copays so need the invoices for my records. I also suspect that we went over our deductible last year but since I can't get the proper docs I can't figure it all out. Dr Amarsi is great - I think we have seen her maybe 2x in many years. My child had a follow up appt for an injury where he broke his face and we were told to see an ortho but we struggled to find one in town that would see him and the office tried to help but ultimately ... it has healed back in a weird way and we are just gonna have to deal with it (at least it's not affecting his health - we think?).

Also! Im not sure why, but I suspect maybe the front desk office staff just doesn't like me. It's been so difficult to communicate with them since we first came here and I have seen so so many good reviews about this office... it's just not been my experience.

Liked her at first, then found her to be condescending and rude. She never knew if she should start antibiotics or not. She would always say, ( my daughters name) is always crying…Asked her to check my daughters throat bc she hadn’t been eating and flat out said NO! Never stepped foot in her office again. While the doctor is really nice I’m disappointed in the fact if you go to an ER the prior day you can’t take your child to see the physician that morning. I’m in disbelief that getting your child seen is not allowed by management told by front desk. So it’s ok. I’ll just take her to another pediatrician to get her looked at. Hope it’s something that just passes but just getting a second check up is not allowed I guess.

We just moved here from California and I took a chance on this place after reading all the good reviews. They were not wrong! This place is absolutely amazing. They have the sweetest staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My little one doesn't like a lot of people but they made her feel so comfortable and happy. She smiled at everyone she met. When I moved to the area I knew I needed a new pediatrician for my kids and I came across Kids 360 Pediatrics it’s close by very convenient location for me, Dr. Armasi is very sweet and kind and super patient and the staff here is also very friendly here it’s a great environment, great atmosphere. I love how in case I needed to see her that day she’s always available for same day appointments which is very convenient knowing sickness can come at any time the waiting room is small but it’s never crowded and theirs always water available I would highly recommend bringing your keikis (children) here :)

I’m so greatful I found Dr. Amarsi. She is so knowledgeable & takes the time to listen to your concerns. I love that she’s not the typical pediatrician that tries to shove unnessesary medication down a child’s throat. She’s also respectful of our choice to keep our baby unvaccinated. Dr. Amarsi is absolutely wonderful! She has made me feel so confident and comfortable about my son's care. My son was in the NICU for almost a month and was released on oxygen so I was very wary about everything when he was discharged. Dr. Amarsi is knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. She takes her time during each visit; she never acts rushed or makes you feel like you are being rushed through. When my son got sick last month she was available over the weekend and at night over the phone to give advice and help with how to manage his symptoms. I cannot recommend her enough! Dr. Amarsi is amazing.

This place is terrible, if you are one of those people who like to be 10 min early then this office is not for you. Plan to wait at least 30 min after your scheduled appointment, they are disorganized and overbooked. The doctor is nice but isnt knowledgeable and will refer you to another doctor/hospital if you have any questions or problems. They also require masks!!

We just left the Drs. Office and let me tell you. That was the greatest experience I have ever had from a pediatrician the staff was very friendly and engaging and even better was very very patient with my son. Dr. Amarsi is a rarity in Healthcare in this city and especially pediatric care. She quells all of our anxieties stemming from dealing with Las Vegas Healthcare as she addresses a range of our childrens' Health concerns and needs. We've seen her many times in the past several months. Each time we feel heard, even when she's very busy. She really takes her time and is thorough. She obviously has top tier medical expertise but communicates with parents in a very relatable way. Her bedside manner is amazing and she gets that her patients are individuals, not just textbook cases. We really appreciate her approach to treatment and our children love to see her. I have 3 children I take here ranging 3 months-5 years old. I have one child who Id consider medically complicated. I’ve been turned away by many pediatricians before when they learn his history. I have at best tolerated pediatricians in the past. Dr. Amarsi is beyond amazing and has earned my trust and respect. She does not hesitate to address my concerns, she will immediately explore however deep we need to explore to give me confidence of my children's well being. She is the first pediatrician I’ve met who knew what my genetic disorder was without me having to explain it to her to test my child. She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very quickly is able to explain things in a way that is informative and understandable but not redundant. The women who work the front desk are kind, helpful, quick, and have been amazing accommodating our chaotic schedule. The nurses are fun and great at what they do, my children love them. There is hardly ever a wait and if there is it is absolutely minor. They are incredibly efficient. I have nothing but good things to say about this office.

So much positive energy from this office ! Let me start by speaking of Dr. Amarsi herself. . She actually answers her phone after hours in case of a semi emergency. ( no nurses do this for her )my son was not even her patient !!! She answered my call twice ! I was feeling hopeless and lost.
She shows concern, practices quality, and most importantly she is VERY knowledgeable. My son has been battling an ear infection and his pediatrician office would NOT answer the phone when I was in desperate need of answers. My son was going on 4 days with a fever non stop, every 4-6 hours it would spike. Dr. Amarsi came to the rescue and she now has my son as a new patient. I’m HUGE on quality care. I’m in the medical field myself and find her care extraordinary. She goes over and beyond with patient care. The girls in the front / back are awesome as well ! They are kind, respectful and helpful in such hard appointments ( sick visits ) thank you Dr. Amarsi for being you, and showing passion for what you do.

From the time I walked into the office until I walked out it was obvious both doctor and staff care about the practice and patients they serve. I loved walking in and finding a welcoming and kid friendly atmosphere. It was clean, neat and organized. Decor was simple, kid friendly and not cluttered. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and made checking in easy. Finally! I didn’t need to wait longer than an hour to see doctor and Dr.Anasi had superior bedside manner and didn’t mind spending time to get to know my concerns and my sons health. Dr. Amarsi is by far the best pediatrician!!! We moved from San Diego 3 years ago and had difficulty finding a qualified and reliable pediatrician for our 2 kids. She has been the best.
