I thought Kirstey was very thorough. She discussed all lab work with me, as well as made suggestions on how to improve on some of my results. Wasn’t in a rush to increase BP medication‘s, but rather asked me to come back in two weeks, for a follow up reading. She listened to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable, and I thought she was very thorough.

I called this place to get FMLA paperwork filled out as I was trying to get FMLA paperwork filled out to take time off of work to care for my wife’s medical condition. At first we were told to drop off the forms and they would fill them out. So we did as instructed about 5 business days wee were contacted and we were told that they could not fill them out and that my Dr needed to fill them out. I told them that makes no sense because my Dr would have no idea of my wife’s situation to make a recommendation. The1st lady I talked apparently didn’t like that I had questions and was trying to make this make sense. She kept interrupting me and wouldn’t allow me to complete my questions before answering. When I asked her to stop interrupting me she became defensive and hung up on me. I called back and when I had question for the other lady she got her supervisor. I tried to explain that the form even says to give it to your family member’s doctor. They still insisted that my doctor needed to fill it out. She was nice enough to get me an appointment the next day with my doctor. However I knew they were sending me on a wild goose chase. So I called my hr department and they confirmed that her doctor needed to complete the paperwork. When I called SW Medical to cancel my appointment and explained why she put me on hold and contacted the same lady I talked to yesterday and gave her the same misinformation to give to me. While I was on hold my wife called and the doctor that did her surgery said that they can fill out the paperwork. When the lady got back on the phone telling me that I needed to go to my Dr. I advised her that they are incorrect and are sending people on wild goose chases and that if someone else calls with the same issue don’t give them this incorrect information. However I believe she hung up on me.

I would think that these medical professionals would and should know how this all works and not send people on wild goose chases. And when someone tells them that they are incorrect that they would be humble and not be rude and inconsiderate and hang up on people.

Great doctor! She was my follow up doctor after I was in the hospital for a week because I didn’t have a primary doctor, but now she will stay my primary! She’s very smart, and thorough, and listens to you. I’ve been to a lot of different doctors, and she is definitely one who actually cares about you as a patient and talks to you like a friend/person and not just another time slot! My mom sees a lot of doctors because she has a lot of health issues and she’s very critical of doctors and even my mom told me “you better keep her as your doctor”, and THAT says something if you knew my mom! I had really messed up blood work and she made sure that I got everything taken care off as fast as possible and even called me herself a couple times about my prescriptions! I usually don’t like doctors when I have to go, but I really like her and feel very comfortable telling her anything and like I said, she’s a great listener and a very smart professional young lady! 10 stars! :)

I live in Las Vegas for 20 years and I finally found a doctor that really cares about my health, she takes her time to listen, make you very comfortable, explain everything and order the right tests and bingo, she is always right, she does not guess with you.
I am so grateful and definitely recommend
