I've been going to Lake view dental for many years but after insurance mix up I wasn't able to go back to my favorite dentist for a couple of years. After going to another dentist having worst experience I finally was able to fix my insurance situation and go back to my old dentist. I was accepted back by my favorite dentist Dr Tran. She took good care of me made me feel so special. She's a consummate professional.

I had the absolute best experience at Lakeview Dental with Dr. John Duong, D.M.D. and his amazing team. I came in for a root canal and was a little nervous, but Dr. Duong was incredibly gentle and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. To my surprise, I didn’t feel any pain at all during the procedure.

I moved here 2.5 years ago and the first two dentist offices I went to were unorganized, not personable (the staff/dentist did not even introduce themselves to me) and were pushing dental work that I was not there for.

I finnally found an new office, that even though busy, the staff was friendly and explained procedures that they were going to do during my first visit. After exrays, Dr. Tran came in, introduced herself and asked questions about my dental and physical history. After her exam she told me what she felt was needed to be done and answered all of my questions and had a sense of humor that helped ease the appointment. Not like the other offices, I'm actually ready to go back to Dr. Tran's office for my next appointment and I really do not like to go to the dentist!

Monday afternoon I was seen for a terrible tooth ache, which turned out to need a root canal. Dr. John Doung saw me the very next morning. The process was state of the art. He and his assistant worked as a real life team, it's like a dance they've done for years! An hour after my procedure, I was pain free, 3hrs later I was back to work. This entire office team deserves 10+ stars 🌟 . Which they says they Sent me 2 bill over the last year. I didn’t see anything. And then I get a collection call!! They are very un helpful and have the worst communication! Dr. Duong was phenomenal! Very patient and professional, calming and comforting. I was there with my wife who is rather sensitive and can be a difficult patient for the wrong personality type. Ok, I am new in the area and do not have my dentist here in Las Vegas. A few weeks ago, I woke up several times during the night with a pain in my tooth. First thing in the morning, I called several dentists in an area to schedule an appointment, but no one could accept me. I called Lakeview Dentist and they were able to see me very quickly. Thanks to Lakeview Dentist amazing staff, they solved my problem, I found out that I needed a root canal. They were able to do it that morning. How lucky I am to have the most knowledgeable and caring doctor and his assistant. Dr.Duong is amazing, I did not feel any pain at all. Also, I came with my 3 year old son. The staff was very great! All of them were babysitting him while I was being taken care of. By the way, when I walked in the front office, I went directly to the dentist chair. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone, I would give 6 stars if I could.

I originally found Lakeview Dental as I was having some issues with a tooth that got knocked out and reimplanted by another dentist.

I'm really glad to be now dealing with both Dr. Tran and Dr. Duong. These guys are a great team. Both are extremely nice, have great calming personalities that put me at ease quickly. They're both highly skilled but try and explain everything in simple terms so that I can understand the why's behind everything I needed.

Choosing a dentist can be scary for a lot of folks I know, but I can say in my experience you'll be glad you chose Lakeview Dental and Dr. Tran and Dr Duong. You'll be in good hand for sure!

I was referred to Dr. Duong by Dr. Pham. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to seeing dentists and for me to have to see a Specialist to get a tricky root canal done... let's just say I was pretty scared. I started crying when I was in his waiting area then Bertha came to get me and seen I was upset and she talked with me and calmed me down. Dr. Duong took several minutes to talk to me about my concerns. He was very nice, comforting, reassuring and gentle. He promised I would not feel any pain and during my procedures he asked me more than several times how I was doing and that I was doing a great job.
