Dr. Dawood has been my Primary Care Physician since I arrived in Las Vegas. When she and her practice moved to Henderson, I moved with her, when Health Care Partners changed to Intermountain Health, I still remain a grateful, patient. I have never gotten anything less than warm and professional care from both Dr. Dawood and her very caring sweet staff members! The office is always a pleasant place to visit, I just get to be there when I'm sick, but if I go in for my yearly check up, and I'm feeling pretty good, I can have fun being there. I think Intermountain Health is the Greatest, and I wouldn't have them change a single thing!

I have great respect for my doctor, nurses and back office staff. They work hard and are truly a team always looking out for my best health outcomes. They are the fulcrum that balances the medical system of checks and balances to be cost effective and the health insurance systems who require many steps for referrals to be cost efficient. However, I still need verification from a Referrals supervisor with Intermountain Healthcare, regarding their procedures for sending my hard copy and texts or emails, and faxes to the referrals confirming my referrals and approval. For a period of time the referrals receiving medical entity, and I..the patient were not receiving any referral information. “Follow My Health” has notified me they do Not have a “Referral” notification area on their application…as I was informed by the biggest story from Referrals. She is very knowledgable about all aspects of Family Practice including diseases, medications, nutrition, health in general, and making referrals to other Physicians if needed. Dr. Dawood is friendly, kind, and caring; and she is open minded and easy to talk to about my medical concerns. She is non-obtrusive and makes suggestions regarding my health; but she lets me make the final decision on what I need to do for my Health Care Plan. So, I never feel pressured by her to do anything medically that I don't really want to do. The clinic that she works at; INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE ( which use to be called HEALTH CARE PARTNERS ), is an excellent MEDICAL FACILITY with qualified DOCTORS, PHYSICIANS ASSISTANTS, NURSES, and MEDICAL ATTENDANTS. QUEST, the BLOOD DRAW/ BLOOD ANALYSIS COMPANY, has an office right in INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE; so when I need Medical blood work done I can get my blood draws in INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE by QUEST. INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE has a Nurse on-call 24 hours a day that you can contact by phone if you have a medical problem, or medical question after hours. INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE has several Medical Facilities in Las Vegas and Henderson providing FAMILY PRACTICE SPECIALTY; ENDOCRINOLOGY SPECIALTY; URGENT CARE SPECIALTY; AND MORE. I highly recommend Dr. Lana Dawood and INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE for all your medical, medication, and health care needs.

Dr. Dawood can’t even do a patient consult over the phone for my mom who is 85 and tested positive for COVID. I have been playing around with trying to get her meds since 7:30am. Then I called the pharmacy to find out what the delay was and the pharmacist said the doctor wrote on the prescription stage 3 Kidney disease for paxlovid. My mom does not have that. Dr. Dawood had upset me and made a mess of a simple prescription that my mom could have had hours ago. This is ridiculous.

My first visit with HUMANA insurance, I would love to give her -5, since she never attempt to see me and found out what is wrong with me, I had appointment with her, but when I got there front desk check in said to me (I only have an appointment with nurse), my mouth was bleeding very badly and I Plead for someone to see me since I’m sitting in the doctors office and I supposed to have a appointment with her, but they answer was go to different dr.,

If there was a negative star that's what I would give Dr Dawood.
I have been going her for 3 years and she mostly sent me to other Doctors. I said to her, I thought that after all this we would sit down and make a plan. Her response was "okay whats the plan". I couldn't believe it. I'm not the Doctor. Also I asked what the difference was between my last blood test and my new blood test, she never answered me.
She was also supposed to give me 4 or 5 referrals and after 5 months I still never got them. Instead her nurse called me and said see couldn't see me any longer claiming she doesn't take my insurance anymore. Then the nurse said I could go to another health care partners Doctor, that to me makes no sense. She left me hanging. Among other things I have prediabetes and hyperthyroidism and know idea what to do about it, most of the time I've had to look up the medical codes to even know what's wrong. So I agree that she only cares about herself. She even admitted that to me. Mind you I never went alone I always took my boyfriend of 15 years and he was blown away by her as was my pharmacist.
Now I'm lost and have to call my insurance to find another Doctor. How can a Doctor just dump you with conditions such as mine. ( I have only 17% vitamin D in my system as well as degenerative disc disease) she doesn't care. I really hopes she reads this.

Dr Dawood is more concerned about her job than she is her patients. I have filled out 3 "controlled substance contracts" in the last 6 months, even though they are supposed to be yearly. She prescribed me medicine for my anxiety, it's done wonders, and now that I'm comfortable and making strides, she's trying anything and everything to snatch it away "because her job is on the line." She went as far as to give me a UA and accuse me of having thc in my urine! Impossible!! She has never cared about me and my medical health, only watches out for herself. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Very very, unprofessional and she's only been a doctor for 5 years. Unless you want to fight for your medication, and jump through all of her hoops. Good luck! 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I called in to get an appointment and was told by the receptionist that I sound too young to be checked out. I'm 32. She hung up so I went down with my ID and medical card. She said "Ohhh, yeah the doctor won't see u." And I asked why she said "Why don't ur go to a black doctor?"

The office is clean and comfortable; the front desk girls are very nice and patient; the back office nurse very nice as well. Dr Singh seems very young but he knows his stuff, is very thorough. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend this office and doctor to people I love and care about!
