Dana always with horrible attitude. Hate coming here. I thought I was going to see one doctor and they throw you around like a ragdoll. I've had like 5 different doctors change my teeth around to there liking. They dont care for any of your troubles you might have and only care about the money. No empathy and horrible customer service. Ladies in the back gossip like crazy and take forever to work.

BEWARE! The office staff is very unprofessional, the dentist is nice but you will get a bad taste in your mouth before even engaging with him due to constant stress, anxiety, and humiliation directed to you by office staff if you owe a balance. They have no empathy and only care about collecting MONEY. If you don’t pay your appointments will be set out for 60 days so they can collect payments and charge late fees. The financial manager never answers I’ve been trying to get in contact with her for 2 years. The office needs to be more diverse and emphatic. I am extremely stressed whenever I have to call or walk up to schedule an appointment. This has to change.

I've taken all 3 of my boys here and we have had an amazing experience. The office is always clean and all of the staff is extremely friendly and patient. Everyone there is great except for one employee named Dana . Very unprofessional rude , always has an attitude , and comes off as down right a miserable unhappy person . All of which is fine as long as you don’t have to deal with people . Also my home phone was used as contact info was receiving my confirmation for appointments through text which does not work with a landline phone ! Now I automatically get charged for no shows when this is not my fault and lack of doing her job properly . Can we get someone pleasant when you first walk in ?

So happy they were listed as a provider with my insurance. This is a excellent place if you want to get orthodontic work for your child. The dentist and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Always received email and text reminders about appointments. We also never experience any long wait times! I plan to bring my other children here if they should need braces. Give them try.

Each time I’ve had the pleasure of having to call this company I am placed on hold for longer then 15 mins each time Diana is very unprofessional I asked for another locations number an was placed on hold again for another 20 mins! I wouldn’t suggest coming to this location! This is why i go way across town because the Simmons location is much more professional!

My daughter had an appointment in the beginning of May for braces. First they told us we have to wait to see if her insurance will cover the braces, if not we have to pay around $5000. We waited, waited and waited. Every time I called the office to check the status of approval from insurance, they told me the problem is from her insurance that it takes so long and there are other families that have been waiting as well. Today, 8/20/2024, after waiting for 3.5 months, I called the office to check on status again and they told me that this whole time the problem was actually coming from their office and corporate. She kept giving me excuses about changes in the office and we will have to wait about 2 more weeks. When I asked why did you lie to me every time I called you blaming the insurance, she said “ Of course I am not gonna blame our office, I have to blame the insurance.”
I was speechless. I knew I have to leave that office immediately and that this company is a complete scam!!
Called my daughter’s dentist, they found me another office next to my house. Made an appointment for next week. The new office was shocked about what happened with Las Vegas Braces and told me that my daughter will have braces by the end of September the latest.

After a long search of looking for somewhere to start my treatment I am pleased to say I made the right decision by coming here. I went to a few other places but I was just not comfortable I felt with them it was more about making money than actually caring about the patient. I Was a bit skeptical getting braces but the Dr explained to me the whole process perfectly. I’m about a year into my treatment and have no complaints. The employees are all super nice, Melissa is usually the one that helps me out and she’s amazing. She is super knowledgeable and never leaves any wires poking or any questions unanswered. I brought my son to Las Vegas Braces after being very dissatisfied with Absolute Dental.

Dr. Griffith is so calm, polite, and patient! He explained everything to us very clearly.

They performed all the X-rays and a 3d scan in an hour, so fast!

The office is clean and a very calm place. It was busy but you wouldn’t even know if was because he took them in right on time.

His staff is amazing as well. :)

Terrible place!I made an appointment for my daughter we shop up they do a “short visit”which is just looking in her mouth, they tell her that’s it and at the front desk they tell us we are behind on payments so they can’t do “ long visits” which means actually doing any type of work. So long story short I wasted my time and money because I also made a payment that day. You could just tell us we are not going to do anything if you come in except ask for money. That way I can catch up on my payments before coming in.

John Griffiths is an amazing doctor he did a beautiful job with my teeth and didn't change the shape of my face like the previous doctor said he has to do. Prices are reasonable too! I’ve been referred by my friend to this clinic. At first, I sent them an email inquiring about Orthodontics services for my son. Not to mention that we’ve been to other clinics and none of them comes close to Simister and Griffiths in terms of service and exceptional patient care. The next day, I received an email from one of their staffs explaining to me everything even the discounts(military) they are offering! That was awesome! I booked an appointment the following week. I thought the appointment would only be discussing payment options, x-ray and consultation. I was amazed they placed the braces for my son on that same day. This saved us a lot of valuable times!

I’ve gone to them before for normal braces. Unfortunately my dog loved my retainer just as much as I did, and chewed it up one day. I never went to get a new one, and alas my teeth were crooked again.

I decided to come back to this location. They have been nothing but helpful when it came to options for adult braces (we went with Invisalign) and payment options.

I’ve been working with Meaka (I’m so sorry if I spelled that wrong). She’s been an absolute joy; She’s friendly and really good at what she does. The whole team is lovely.
