This was my first time visiting Las Vegas Medical Group, and I had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and professional.

Dr. was grea! He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered every question I had, and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how attentive and helpful he was throughout the visit.

Overall, I was very impressed with the care and customer service I received. It was a great first visit, and I would definitely recommend Las Vegas Medical Group!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I would want to know this if I were searching for providers.
Staff are so kind and professional. The doctors are competent and they listen. The space is beautiful.
The administration is awful. The staff have zero comprehension skills. It’s hard to get in touch with them because not all the doctors are listed in the patient portal online so you can’t message. They’ve never once answered a call, and they only return my calls 50% of the time. I called to get a referral to a physical therapist I was already seeing, with my previous insurance. I left a message asking for that referral to be submitted and offering my orthopedist’s referral, if that would help my PCP. Got a call back informing me they already put in the orthopedist referral. That wasn’t what I was asking for, so I played phone tag, and it took a few calls back and forth to explain to them what I needed. During one of the messages I left, I asked for a manager to call me back so I could voice my concerns. Haven’t gotten a call. I called back the next week to ask for a refill on one of my meds they left out. I got a text from my pharmacy that another med was being refilled. So I called Las Vegas Medical Group again to ensure the correct prescription was being refilled. Joanne told me it was the same medicine and it was just another name, which it’s not. The med I needed was an inhaler, and the med being filled was a nasal spray. It doesn’t exactly make me trust them.
If you don’t need to call this location, you could have a nice time here. If you need to call to do anything, I’d stay away and find somewhere else. So not worth the headache.
