Very disappointing from check in, seeing provider, to check out overall horrible experience. Check in is the only part where I can have some grace and understanding as it seemed they were training an employee. MA ok took my history asked why I was there. Provider comes and was so uninterested to be there wanted to diagnosis push a med and go onto her next patient. Coming in for consistent acne last 6-7 months tried products (didn’t ask what), tried new pillow, pillow case, working out, water in-take all the things and the provider literally looks at me asks me if it gets worse around my period, explained no period due to a hysterectomy 7 years ago….then without skipping a beat says, “it’s hormonal” as she is standing basically one foot out the door…prescribed me spironolactone and some cream…proceeds to ask me if I plan on having any babies anytime soon as prescribed med can cause defects to the fetus…..remember the hysterectomy part that I informed the MA AND the provider…also wasn’t interested in the fact I have 1 ovary and apart of my search for answers on my own did I get my hormone levels checked with my PCP and if she had cared enough would have asked what results showed and they were all within normal limits…sooooo it’s most likely NOT hormonal and if by a chance it is this provider diagnosing me while standing at a football field length away from me she deserves to be the next genius cause that’s pretty impressive. Lastly I ask how long will I need to remain on the spironolactone and was I told……indefinite. Follow up in 3 months. Check-out receptionist was just flat out rude. So unfortunate for this to have happened and makes me extremely sad for other patients to have this type of “care”. Disappointing will not be returning. I believe the entire clinic would benefit from some education I understand medical field is very draining, demanding, and difficult at times but there is still a standard that should be set and put forth. Please do not call me or ask me to resolve the issue, not interested found another dermatologist that hopefully will do right by me. Thank you.

The medical attention was professional. and examination room was clean and comfortable.
The office staff and front office setup could be more inviting. The office personal is not in view upon entry. As you walk to left, they can be seen. However, they do not acknowledge your presence. There is no indication of where to sign-in, or to approach the desk. I would have gave this review two or three stars if I had been given a choice to rate the front office staff separately.

Alicia over at the Warm Springs and Buffalo location, was extremely polite and attentive to my concerns, unlike Keesha over at Tenaya location. I would recommend either location as long as I don't have to see Keesha. The staff at both location were always very polite and knowledgeable in the routines and patient care. So, yes to both locations and NO to Keesha PA. I think they said she wasn't there anYmore, so that's also a plus.

Everyone was extremely warm and helpful. My doctor is such a dear and I wish I could spend more time with her. The only regretful thing has to do with the insurance. I had to make a second visit in order to get approval from the insurance company to remove two spots I am 84 years old and am having a hard time getting around. I had a neighbor take me to the office. Now I have to go again.

Dr. Jennifer Evans, PA-C and her staff were truly amazing throughout my healing journey. From the very beginning, Dr. Jennifer made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She was honest, extremely informative, and very attentive to detail. She noticed the differences in my skin between appointments and took the time to explain what was triggering my flare-ups instead of just rushing through the visit.
Before coming here, I struggled so much with itching and my confidence. Now my face is healthier, healed, and my skin has improved tremendously. I finally feel comfortable and confident in myself again.
The staff were also incredibly friendly, caring, welcoming, and made me feel safe and comfortable every visit. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I’m so grateful for the support and treatment I received here and highly recommend Dr. Jennifer and her team.

Read the whole story to get to the best part please because despite the multiple problems I had with the billing process and some rude receptionist and billing people, they weren’t all bad and THERE IS AN AMAZING SURGON who really CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND IS AMAZING AT FACIAL SURGERYS due to skin cancer!!!!
I had spots of skin cancer on my face and was referred to Las Vegas Skin and Cancer center by my physician. After the first two appointments, I almost left the facility and didn’t go back due to my repeated requests to go through my insurance and they didn’t and keep saying “they did”, when they hadn’t and “why does it matter, you have out of pocket costs” multiple times and me constantly telling them that they had to go through my insurance for a month, that was quite frustrating to say the least!!! I finally called my insurance company and they had to step in and make them do what they were supposed to do in the beginning!!!
The best part of this story was the concaltation with the amazing Dr. Holmes and his ability to be very kind, caring friendly and is able to put you at ease. He had to do two different surgeries, one needed a skin graft and another one on the opposite side of my face. He did an amazing job and is soo great at what he does with a lot of care and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better then him, he take pride in his work and it shows!!! THANK YOU DR. HOLMES for being who you are and for doing an amazing job on my face!!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart and thank you for being so patient with this Old Grandma! You truly are super amazing and a very awesome surgeon and I can’t thank you enough!!! Everyone that see’s my face always says “wow” he did excellent job!

I am deeply disappointed with Skin and Cancer Las Vegas. Today was my third visit, and I still have no solution to my problem.
During my first two visits, they just gave me creams that did absolutely nothing to fix my issue. Today, I showed up for my third appointment hoping for real help. Instead, they demanded I pay even more money before getting any treatment, completely ignoring the fact that they haven't helped me yet. On top of that, they are charging me an extra fee for a past missed appointment, which feels like a total scam given the terrible care I've received.
The customer service at the front desk is incredibly unprofessional. Right in the middle of checking me in, the receptionist took another call and spent almost five minutes talking about personal matters while I just stood there waiting.
They do not care about solving your medical issues—they only care about taking your money. Save your time and find a clinic that actually helps its patients."

I did a review for Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Center about my experience and I gave Dr. Holmes a well deserved Glowing review because he did an amazing job on my skin cancer and is just the kindest and most respectful person with the most caring and down to earth surgeon who did a super awesome job, but I can’t believe I forgot to mention his amazing surgical staff!!! I have only met 2 of them but those girls are super awesome and so caring, I am so thankful to have had my two surgery’s with these girls and Dr.Holmes…i truly feel so blessed! They are the best!!!!! Thank you all for being the greatest Surgeon and staff ever!!!

Really like the thoroughness and professionalism of the Dr. The office, however, and scheduling is ridiculous to say the least. I was told i did not have an appointment however they said to wait and would give me the appointment happening within the next hour. I then waited another 1.5 hours, finally called into an exam room and waited another 45 minutes.
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I believe their scheduling program is dumping data or not being used correctly. This is incredibly frustrating

Recent experience caused stars to go from 5 to 3: I still feel the doctor is amazing however the company system sucks!! Not only do I receive way too many text and emails about my upcoming appt. but the most irritating experience was this morning. I had a 7:30am appt and woke up with a fever over 100, so I started calling the office number and received their message but no option to leave a message. In fact you just get the recording but nothing happens when you press a selection. I called at 7:00, 7:15, 7:30, 7:45 which is when the website states they are open - so why a 7:30 appt if they don't open until 7:45? I tried again at 8am and WOW someone answered and when I said something the answer received was yeah the phones don't open until 8am. Very patient friendly!!
Amazing experience with Alyssa Oliver! She is the first dermatologist I have found in Las Vegas who gave me the feeling she truly cares and wants to help with an issue I have been dealing with for over 2 years!! Unfortunately the medication she prescribed has a copay of $60 and I cannot afford that so did not get.

I was asked to be 25 minutes early for my appointment, so I did so. I was seen an additional 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My overall appointment duration was less than 3 minutes. I was told I needed to reschedule a removal and that my prescription would be texted to me to set up a delivery. I never received a text. I called the following day to schedule an appointment for removal. The office stated they did not see information about the mole needed to be removed. They stated they would contact me back regarding when surgery was available. I have yet to hear back. Not a great experience and an overall waste of my copay and time.

Summary of issue
For months this practice treated my son for tinea corporis.
After no improvement, I changed providers, but treatment still produced no progress.
After several more weeks of treatment with new topical and oral medications there was still no progress.
When it became evident that they had no clue how to diagnose or treat him they subsequently ordered a biopsy finally showing simple dermatitis — not tinea corporis.
I have paid multiple copays and purchased numerous topical and oral medications for a condition he did not have. My son endured unnecessary physical discomfort and emotional distress believing he had ringworm the entire time limiting contact with family, friends, and eliminating sports..
I previously disputed the biopsy charge and was told I would be contacted with the results; I never received follow‑up. I recently received another bill, called, and was informed I am liable. I have now submitted a new dispute.
Now they have the audacity to bill me again…
I should not be held financially responsible for the costs resulting from a misdiagnosis and the subsequent unnecessary treatments. I paid copays and incurred medical expenses in good faith based on their clinicians’ diagnosis. The emotional and physical impact on my son was unnecessary.

This was my first time visiting this office my first impression when I walked into it was "this is going to take forever" as the sitting room was pretty filled. However the appointment went pretty quick I was called back close to my appointment time and the doctor listen to what I had to say look me over and had my prescriptions sent in and ready for me to pick up. The doctor's name was Dr Jason Stephens

I miss Dr. Bryan. He showed great care! I saw Dr. Xie on a Friday morning and felt just so-so about him. He said he would prescribe a medication for me. It’s now Monday and it still hasn’t been sent to my pharmacy. When I called about it, I was told that he hasn’t signed off on my chart yet, so they can’t push the prescription through to my pharmacy. Good thing it’s not anything life threatening!

My experience was a little chaotic initially. I scheduled an appointment about two weeks in advance. However, my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled within 15 minutes of my appointment time via phone call and redirected across town to a different office. Maybe there was some internal miscommunication and misunderstanding about my appointment. Although there was a good explanation for this, it would have been great to have a "heads up" about the situation well before I arrived to the initial facility. Nevertheless, your clinical network handled this issue with charisma and class. I received a well-deserved and sincere apology. Then I was assigned the same day to Dr. Stevens, who was very kind and considerate to my issues. He and his support staff were very personable and seemed genuinely concerned about my concerns. As a person who have met an extensive amout of various people through my travels, I can say that the atmosphere at your facility was very comfortable and accomodating to a concerned patient. Even though we (your professionals vs myself) were from different societal groups, it always seemed like a professional doctor-patient relationship. I truly believe that my misunderstanding was an honest mistake, thus I look forward to visiting Dr. Stevens and his support staff at his new location.

I have been a patient at this location several times. Every time there is a full waiting area and I am never seen until at least 30-45 minutes after my appointment time. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone by phone and also never get a call back. Alyssa Oliver, NP is always very pleasant and kind however she very quickly diagnosed me with eczema nearly 8 months ago and none of the treatment worked. So now 8 months later I am still dealing with the same rash on my lower leg and still no idea what it is. She did a biopsy last week and now said she said she also needs blood work. I am sitting in the office as we speak attempting to get my lab order being all of my calls have been ignored with no follow up. Super frustrating! This will be my last visit here. The front desk staff are more concerned with chatting about their weekend, baby showers, birthdays and everything other than caring for the patients they serve. So many other dermatology options than to continue to deal with a very low level of care & concern.

February 3, 2026, my dad saw Alyssa Oliver at this office. Following week, had bloodwork done and necessary paperwork for Humira drug enrollment. Been calling them all week to reach a Care team. They said it’s been sent; still no phone call returned to update me on why it’s not being signed off by the provider. It’s been a month or more today. Still no response regarding the medication.
This place is not interested in helping their patients in my opinion. I even hand delivered a form to them and just needed them to fax it back with no results. My father has been out of this medication and won’t be for a while now as I will need to seek another dermatologist for him.
There is no care team following up with you. No direct line to even reach them. If you didn’t come home with a prescription signed, then you’ll be SOL.

First: Dr. was an hour late for the appointment.
Second: they do not allow spouses or family into the room with the patient. How dare you not allow me to be with my husband?! What is the doctor afraid of others seeing?
Third: they lied and told us we have to be in separate rooms (consecutive appointments) because the rooms are too small. If the room was too small, why are there three seats? ( Dr stool, exam chair and extra chair)?
I had to ask multiple times where my husband was. It took 4 people to figure out which room he was in.
This is NOT a safe office. We have already called our insurances and physicians making sure other patients are not sent to this office.
Stay away...stay far far away. Doctor is hiding something!!!!!!

All these guys did was waste my time and money, I would recommend you find a different dermatology office. I went in for a skin rash issue and was given a prescription. When I went to pick up said prescription, the pharmacy will not release it to me because the doctor did not put the dosage/usage directions on it. I called these guys to let them know and they told me they will make it a priority to contact the pharmacy for me. Anyways that was about a week and a half ago, and I've even had the pharmacy call them multiple times and they never respond. I called them about 6 times for this issue eventually I just gave up. I now have to go to a different dermatologist because these guys can't even fix a simple issue so I can pick up a prescription. Very dissapointed in this office, I came here a few years ago and never had any problems( before they moved) don't know what happened this time but definitely won't be a returning patient.

I arrived at my appointment on time, only to find out that it had been canceled because the doctor resigned. There was no text, phone call, or email notifying me that my appointment had been canceled. Instead, I was told that no provider was available to see me. Wow! I had to call out of work just to bring my son to this appointment, only to find out it had been canceled without any notice. Very disappointing.

Worst dermatologist ever! Every appointment ive had with them has been rushed. I have a severe case of HS. I have to come to a dermatologist regularly to make sure my wounds arent infected. The dermatologist here refuse to actually look at the wounds. Which i need for documentation refrence for disability.
They are always apologizing for my suffering and pain and just try to rush me out.
Dont get me started on the assistants. They like to speak with no knowledge to back up what they are saying. I got told my condition wasnt chronic enough for me to request disability or assistant help by one of the assistance. It infurated me so much. So unprofessional.
Since they are always rushing me out ive asked them on multiple occasions about wound supplies and wound care support. Ive been told multiple times they would call me with the information. I never get a call. I always have to call them. It usually ends with "I will let doctor know and we will give you a call back" that again I never receive.

My dad went there for removal of two skin bumps (for cosmetic reason) and did self pay ($200 each). They left a permanent dent on his face. My dad doesn’t speak fluent English and I felt he was being taken advantage of. According to him, the doctor told him everything was fine (medically, sure), however, he chose to do this for cosmetic reason. It looks worse than before and I felt that he was simply brushed off. I expect so much more professionalism and care from Las Vegas Skin & Cancer center. Please contact me directly for a solution.

Their team could not verify a major insurance plan and wasted my time. I made an appointment, my first, and provided all the information. They called and said they had issues verifying the insurance, so I had a three way call with them and my Insurance. This call was over 40 minutes and their team assured me they were all set. They called to confirm my appointment and they say your insurance hasn’t been verified you need to contact your insurance. They advised me to get on a call with them and my insurance carrier. I said “you mean like the 40 minute call we already had?” They could not tell me anything that came out of that call. So I cancelled my appointment, if their billing department is that dysfunctional I can’t imagine how they run their practice. I went to a different practice, my insurance was verified immediately.

I have been going here for several years, and like the facility and the staff. On my annual visit 2 months ago I felt rushed by the PA, and subsequently rescheduled to see Dr. Stevens. He found and froze a pre cancer on my lip. He listened to me and did not rush me. He gets 5 stars. The PA was in a hurry and missed it. The 3 stars above are because I had to wait one hour and 5 minutes to be seen, and from my experience this seems to be the rule rather than the exception at this facility. The scheduling department needs to re-group and address the issue. My time is valuable to.

Honestly, their level of care of is great. Alyssa Waters is so freaking thorough and good. It's the mandatory electronic pre-check in followed by a mandatory relative paper checkin along with inpatient front desk staff that is so frustrating. They've switched to a new system and it is not great. I want to give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars to their care team and I want to give ⭐ star to their system and unsympathetic front desk. I'm giving it 2 stars hoping management will see the problem. Several other reviewers are expressing the same concern.
You'll spend 15 minutes checking in electronically after being warned by text you MUST do it before showing up. Then, you'll have to do it all over again in person when you arrive.
I'm not kidding, you'll have to click through 5 minutes of upsell advertising for all sorts of drugs before you are allowed to close out to make sure you completed it.
I shared my frustration with their check in folks, as did the people behind me, and the staff did not care. I asked if they'd ever experienced the check in process from the patient side and she rolled her eyes, acknowledging that she had and that I could always opt out of the ads at the end. I felt dismissed and unheard.
I understand that I'm frustrated. It wasn't always this way and could be fixed with a process change. It's an unnecessary pain point in an otherwise impeccable practice.
Overall, It just seems like a series of technical patches and frustrated staff. I hope it improves. As the patient next to me said, "no one wants to be here but they didn't have to be mean." A smile or sympathetic nod that I was being asked to do the check-in all over again would go along way to making the experience better.

Our appointment was at 9:30am, we weren't called back until 10:20am. While the doctor, Alyssa Oliver, was talking to us, someone knocked on the door and told her she had a phone call. She told us she would be right back. She never returned. The MA came in and when I asked about the doctor she told me I'd have to wait a bit because she moved on to the next patient. I do NOT recommend ever going here!!!

If a person needs to come to this sort of clinic, it’s because they might have an issue that could be catastrophic in their life. When I first came here several years ago, it was a great experience. From the front desk to the back office staff and the doctors, I was made to feel special and that I mattered. Just recently, I had an unpleasant diagnosis that had me returning to the clinic. When I walked in, the same office staff greeted me with smiles and an obvious recognition of who I was, even though it’s been almost 2 years since my last visit. I was shown the same high level of professionalism and the same level of warmth and care from the back office staff. I love these folks at the west Warm Springs clinic. They are caring, understanding and above all, they treat me like I’m family. (Without the yelling and fighting, HaHa)!

I only had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. What I am upset about is that they never sent our pharmacy the prescription my wife needs. We now have to wait until Monday and maybe get to speak with a human, I left a message Friday before they closed the office and never got a return call or getting our med prescription sent to the pharmacy.
edit; they did call on Monday and they had taken care of it. I was too quick to judge maybe. I give them 5 stars.

This is my second time here. The first time was great, this why we came back. However, this time, when we arrived there were two patients in the waiting room. People that came in after were getting called before (I realize there are multiple doctors though) however, 50 minutes after sorting in the waiting room, I had to ask what was going on. I did have another place to be in an hour, so if we were going to get called back and have to wait long again, we were going to have to reschedule. We were next apparently. We got into the room the nurse made sure we knew we were seeing a different doctor than we had the previous time (I know). We just needed refills on his acne prescriptions, but I was told on the phone that we had to come in. The doctor came in right after, she never actually looked at my sons skin, she didn’t even get within two feet of him, she asked if the medications were working and answered one question I had and sent us on our way. That should have been able to be some over the phone!!! To act like your patients time isn’t just as valuable is crazy!! I could’ve paid my copay for a phone consult. Since she didn’t even look at him.

I am baffled by this place.
I left two messages about my daughter’a medication refill, and spoke to someone three times. All three times I was told that the Dr. or his “Care team“ would be getting back with me, and they would escalate my message to the doctor. In the meantime, my daughter ran out of her medication after being on a regimen for a year. (I called three weeks before her scheduled appt)
No one ever got back to me. Having said this, she had an appointment scheduled for six months out, which they booked for us which put Her seven days short on her medication. When I addressed this at her appointment, the PA said, “yeah you got a call over a month in advance.”…. What?
Not only that, but when I saw the doctor there, she asked if my birthmark was caused by a watch. I said, “No, it’s a birthmark”. She then said, “Oh. Have you had it a long time?” I said, “Yes, since birth”
I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and even courtesy.
We will be finding a new dermatologist….stating the obvious, I know.

This is the most disorganized and disappointing staff I’ve seen. I’ve come in early before and patiently waited over an hour to be called. Today, they canceled my appointment because I slightly missed the “15 minute grace period” for checking in. I got off work early and rushed across town in rush hour to make it to this appointment that I desperately needed for a skin issue. The staff delayed my check in because they had trouble getting their system to work and had me looking up their information in my insurance app to make sure they were covered. It’s extremely disappointing that they can inconvenience their patients with long wait times but then can’t make an exception for a one-off incident, caused by the staff.

Wish I had read the recent reviews before going back to this office. My previous PCP referred me to a doctor that I really liked and who is no longer with the practice. I decided to see another doctor in the practice and was very disappointed.
My annual exam was orignally scheduled for July and they rescheduled me twice due to lack of availability of doctors at the Warm Springs location. Their call center seemed surprised that I would not want to drive 40 minutes away to see the doctor at their other office.

Very rude receptionist, called to book a first time appointment with this clinic and was greeted by a woman who was not very helpful. I simply mentioned that I was just inquiring about the next available appointments that the clinic had for the upcoming week, if any, and she responded with “okay, what about it?” I tried to move past that response but it felt as if I was pulling teeth just to see what were the next available appointments, which resulted in an another unprofessional and rude response from her, which ultimately led to me ending the call and taking my business elsewhere. As someone who is supposed to be the primary point of contact for the clinic, I wouldn’t want someone like this, responsible for answering questions and scheduling first time patients on the phones, as she is still and representation of your business.

Took my mum there for checkup on July 1st. The doctor was great, professional and knowledgeable and patient. The assistant I’m not sure about, she said we can pick up her medications in 2 hours, when I got there, the pharmacist said they never received any prescription.
Called the clinic next day, ask the receptionist to please resend the prescription, she was rude and inpatient.
She insisted there were no prescription to be sent, I had to beg her to double check, she said she will call me back... almost a month later, she still hasn’t called. Their number is so difficult to called( waiting forever)we just ended up giving up on them.
Today I got a message saying that my mum is up for her follow up appointment, I called the clinic again, and now they said doctor DID send the prescription, not sure why the pharmacy didn’t receive it, so they will have to send it again and my mum have to wait for another month for her follow up...
Front desk is the first impression, with all the money you made from patients, you can’t even hire a professional or at least a bit more friendly one?
* by the way, when we were waiting for our appointment, a handsome man walked in, suddenly, all the receptionists gathered at the front desk, super friendly and big smiles, drooling all over the man... seriously?

I originally went to the Pecos location and the Dr. there was extremely uncourteous. So when I made the follow up I chose a different Doctor. That check up was good and she was very nice. When I went to reschedule they said she was going to be working out of the warm springs location from now on. Even though that is a 45 minute drive compared to a 15 minute, I liked her so scheduled the appointment. BIG MISTAKE. Had a 10:00 appointment and got there 10 minutes early. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing two other people cancel and reschedule I decided to ask what the status was. I was told there were still two people ahead of me to see her. I cancelled and told them I would be finding a different dermatology office and not any affiliated with their group. Patients have lives to get on with also.

It was a great visit with the compassionate staff, and the Dr. It was good from the moment I walked in to when I saw the Dr. They all made me comfortable and at ease with the visit. I recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

Staff is friendly a d knowledgeable. The only issue I’ve had is that they canceled an appointment and an appointment for a surgical procedure just the day before. I travel for work and it’s very inconvenient to rearrange my schedule for an appointment and to have it canceled less than 24 hours in advance. If I were to be the one to cancel with short notice I would be charged a fee

Doctor Hilmes is incredibly nice but the staffs are not incredibly professional.
You will be better off to go a place with good service minded staffs. Success for the business is depends on quality employees. Hope this place survives with those kind of employees, good luck!
Doctor has super excellent personality.

The receptionist were great, the doctor is nice and courteous but the problem is they took too long to make the appointment just to be told there’s another appointment to be made to start the treatment within 2 months, I was told the treatment was gonna start but they said they were too busy to do it at this time.
Too bad I had to cancel my other doctor appointment I had schedule for that day.
Am sure the place is great and I’ll recommend it, besides I’ve been here before.

The doctors and staff are great. The problem with your company is: 1) you can’t get through on the telephone to talk to anyone, you’re on hold forever and then it finally just hangs up.2) your website isn’t interactive. you should be allowed to change your appointments or at least notify someone that you want to change an appointment 3) there should have some kind of chat ability when people want to change an appointment.

Friendly front office staff, clean and professional atmosphere. Doctor and assistant were friendly and efficient. I’m thinking about making my teenager an appointment there as well. The only thing that almost caused an issue is that they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule. It’s not a deal breaker, I just know now to block off additional time in my schedule for a visit here.

I had been wanting to have a couple of spots on the side of my head checked for a while. I kept putting it off because I thought it would take too much time and would be an inconvenience. I was so wrong. I called and within 2 minutes I made an appointment for the following week. I was able to fill out the paperwork online so that when I arrived for my appointment I was ready to go. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor checked my spots, froze a couple of them which only took a minute and was painless. I was in and out in 15 minutes with no disruption to my day and now I won’t be worrying about the spots when I look in the mirror.

Dr Michaels came in, took a look at my leg and left. Didn’t give me a minute to discuss another issue. She was very busy, I know, but she couldn’t have been with me 3 minutes. Thank goodness the “new guy” stayed with me and took care of my issues.( She introduced me to him, but I have forgotten his name. ). My appointment was with her, not him is the issue.

Made an appt weeks ago to have a few skin tags removed. After receiving several text messages from this office, I verified my appointment several times and showed up on time, only to have them cancel because the doctor who was supposed to remove my skin tags apparently moved to a different office. They failed to inform me UNTIL I ARRIVED!! What a waste of my time. Huge disrespect. I will not be using their services again.

New patient. Scheduled screening two months out, first appointment of the day. Had medical records sent to your office weeks in advance.
Arrived for appointment, physician assistant claimed she was unaware screening was scheduled, needed to prep for procedures with other patients, didn’t have time to perform my screening.
PA and aid were both unaware of my medical records, clearly had not reviewed prior to or during appointment…couldn’t speak to their arrival at office…asked that i inquire with admin staff (unbelievable)! Only after probing with admin for confirmation office had received (she initially wanted me to call an 800 number) did she research and acknowledge receipt.
Totally unprofessional and ineffective…complete waste of time and money.
I wont be back, won’t recommend.

Dr. Michaels is amazing. She performed a basal cell carcinoma procedure on me which went beautifully. My follow up appointments for possible cancer spots on my head/body have gone really well too. The nursing staff is excellent - very approachable and informative. Can’t speak highly enough about the place.

I had an appointment, and I still waited 45 minutes to get it. I was very prepared and had a list of items I wanted to go over. I asked for a full body scan, but all he did was look at the places I showed him, if I had cancer on my body, we would never know

I waited an hour to be seen only to find out my insurance didn’t cover what I needed. I think the front desk people should say that over the phone as a heads up so I didn’t have to waste my time and spend $30 on a co pay just to hear it’s not covered by the doctor. The doctor herself was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Alyssa Oliver and her staff are outstanding that's why i chose to follow her to the clinic she's at now. I won't be coming back to this clinic because the front desk personal are unprofessional. I have been working in the medical field for 28 years and i have never seen personal call elderly people or any patient by their first name, very unprofessional. Your front desk is who patients see first, be kind !! Im rating only the front desk.

I would give no stars if I could, but that is not an option for a review. Waste of time and co-pay. Dr. Susan Kim barely looks at you and is too rushed to ask a question. She talks too fast to retain what she's saying and acts put out to ask a question at all. If you have more than one concern, good luck asking about it. I still have the same concerns and no help after two visits. I will not go back. My "follow-up" could have been done by phone as she was in the room for about a minute. Blink and you might have missed her. Would not recommend unless you enjoy having to take time off work, waste your money and get no answers, help or peace of mind. Check in staff was friendly though. Unimpressed with Dr. Kim. Do the math on the co-pays plus the cost your insurance pays and you understand why they can't waste time caring for a patient. It feels like a shakedown, not a care facility. You feel like a nuisance to be there. Worse, I brought all the prescriptions I've had in the past and said I needed something else and she prescribed one of the creams I'd already tried. Can someone please tell me where I can get my money and time back?

Honestly I hated the experience. It was my first time at this facility or at a dermatologist. I went in for acne that’s pretty serious. I was seen by Doctor Logan Sussman. The consultation was the shortest one i’ve ever had, it did not last for more than 5 minutes. Dr. Sussman came in looked at my face and asked if i wanted to take oral or topical medication. I was taken aback because he hadn’t asked me anything about my history with acne, any medical questions like allergies or medical history. He barely even looked at me while he was there. I asked him what he recommended since I had never gone to a dermatologist and i hadn’t done any research on oral medication and i’ve only applied creams to help. He didn’t even explain it at all, he only replied saying that we could try topical medication and if it didn’t work in 12 weeks we could switch to oral. I was pretty confused why he was being so dismissive since i tried to ask other questions and he spoke over me. Honestly he did not have any care to help me. He just wanted to be in and out since the consultation lasted less than 5 minutes. He said he’d write the prescription and he vaguely explained how to apply it then he left. Prior to the appointment the office has you check in online and they ask you questions regarding medical history which i filled out two day before my appointment. I have a serious inflammatory medical condition that i made known in this check in. Again, in my consultation Dr. Sussman did not ask my about anything medical. When i picked up the medication today and read the instructions pamphlet, one of the drugs specifies contradictions to individuals with with a history of ulcerative colitis which i suffer from. The pamphlet advised against the use of this gel if individuals suffer from ulcerative colitis. I’m shocked at the negligence this doctor has shown to not care enough to ask just in case and prescribing it. I had no idea a topical cream could affect a health issue like this but he as a doctor should be aware and should take it into consideration. I’m not much for reading the long pamphlets but since diagnosed with my condition i’ve been more careful. I’m incredibly disappointed in this doctor and his negligence as a health professional as well as this facility. I hope to get in contact with them soon to bring this to their attention so it doesn’t happen with anyone else.

Ms Alyssa Oliver, NP was very thorough in her exam and explaining of my diagnosis.
She prescribed a couple of topical medications for me to use on my areas of concern. Hopefully these medications will help in making my skin issues more comfortable to live with.
I am scheduled to return in 3 months for a follow up appointment.
Ms. Oliver and staff were all very courteous and professional.

This was my first visit to this clinic and I didn’t enjoy my experience. All and all, I wouldn’t return to this place in the future because it was not run in a professional manner. Additionally, even the doctor and nurse I saw also lacked professional communication and quality. I would suggest going somewhere else if you want medical staff who take their jobs seriously.

I see Dr. Oliver. She is fantastic, thorough. She explains what is necessary to do or why something doesn't need treatment. The staff that takes me are also very courteous. My frustration is booking appointments. I get rides from my insurance & in January my driver had to be new. The poor guy was late picking me up so I called the office & was told they have a 15 minute grace period. Woulda made it but the driver turned towards hospital instead of office. He did walk in with me. It was 3 minutes past grace period so they would not see me. The driver was running late so...I got to meet 6 nice people & ride around for 4 1/2 hours before I got home. Yesterday my driver got me to the office at 10:15 for my 11:15 appt. I was finally taken back at 12:15.. Admin or whoever schedules appt times & when assistants are sent somewhere, need to remember that our time is important too.

This has to be one of the worst medical offices in business. Was seen for a routine checkup, the prescription needed requires a pre-authorization. After waiting a month I find out the office had never even submitted the needed information. Called and was told once again it would be submitted. A week later my insurance tells me they have still not received anything. The office does not return voicemails, did not answer when my insurance has called either. Finally i went to the office in person, where I was given a post it with a phone number to follow up on my prescription on my own. This office is completely incapable of good patient care.

Greeted with warm welcome upon arriving. After signing in, just a couple minutes later I was called up to check in. I was thanked for filling out the online patient information and check in. About 5 minutes later I was taken back, even before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was friendly, front desk to M.A. to check out. All in all a pleasant Dr. visit.

With the current departure of Dr Michaels, I had concerns about the succeeding Dr. Allyasha Oliver, PA, has taken over quit well. She runs a very efficient office, on time with appointments and follow up as well. Her staff is friendly and caring about your skin care needs. PA., Oliver will talk with you about your medical needs, offer suggestions and after agreeing, she will perform procedures very effective, efficiently and will review post operative guidelines.
I can not say enough to support this PA and her staff. I am fortunate to have found this office and will remain a confident patient knowing that my skin care needs will be taken care of.

After several years, I decided to muster enough courage to visit the Las Vegas Skin and Cancer on Warm Springs for a routine treatment that I easily put off for about 6 or 7 years. It wasn't as bad as I imagined because of the extraordinary attitude of both Alyssa Iliver, MSN and Kaley, who were more like coaches for me. I would not like to go through that again, but if I do, I feel very comfortable knowing they truly treat their patients with compassion and provide an ease in the office. You were both exceptional. Thank you.
