The girls are always helpful and friendly; if any issues arise, they will get you right in, even if it’s at their other location. Dr. Cousineau is very welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience during Hunter’s orthodontic consultation with Dr. Leaver and his assistant, Glynda. From the moment we arrived, they created such a warm, family-like atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

Dr. Leaver is the best orthodontist I could have ever asked for. Before starting Invisalign, I had a few consults around town and had a difficult time finding an office and an ortho that felt “right” but this was the place! Choosing the right ortho was important to me because I came in with a unique plan and end goal.. I wanted permanent vampire fangs. Unfortunately I had a cross bite on my canines that prevented me from fulfilling that. Out of every Invisalign consult I had, I did not share what I intended to do following treatment. I feared judgement or negative commentary about what I chose to do with my own smile. Dr. Leaver was the only one who sat down, took his time talking to me and made me feel comfortable enough to share my long term plan with him. Which I am so glad I did! He is so kind and genuine. He has been so supportive every step of the way. He and my dentist doing my fangs even know eachother (Dr. Lawler) and they stayed in contact and communicated about my treatment plan which made everything go so smoothly. Update 2025: this office is still a great office. I love looking at their huge cloth mural of signatures of patients who have completed their time wearing braces and such. You can always find a brand new name on there. The associates are still fantastic. We still check in and get into the back really fast. And as the parent, I’m welcome to sit right next to my child as they’re working on their mouth. We always get updates to what to expect for the next visit and the goal for them as well. It shows that we are there for a purpose, we’re coming to make sure that teeth are being straightened or fixed, and what not. And they’ve also told us the end plan and the goal for afterwards. My son is almost done with his braces, but I am so happy that we were able to get into this place And get the help that he needed for his teeth. This place is absolutely fantastic. I will always recommend this place for any orthodontic work for anyone.

2024: The head dentist is super great, the right level of hospitality you could say. He doesn’t talk too much, but he gets to know all of his clients. All of his workers, the other associates who are behind the counter and working on the patients are really great. we always can check in and get into the back within three minutes. And they go right to work.

Dr. Leaver is great! I had braces once as a kid and wasn't too excited to go through the process again as an adult. Everything about this office was friendly and professional. When I had a brace come off due to the glue on my crown, they got me right back in and had it fixed right up. It's as smooth and easy as a process as it gets. I have been going to Dr.Leaver’s office for more than a year for invisalign. I know dr is busy and he only works few days a week at two locations but my life is busy as well with my full time job and my kid’s schedule! I had to request work off just to make an appointment on time for my treatment schedule then How dare you guys to cancel my appointment a hour before???
