I found Dr. McNitch and this lovely office via google. It was easy to schedule an appointment, Haley gave great directions, and I had a great tooth cleaning with Jason. He is very kind, gentle, communicates great and gave great suggestions for brushing.

I had such a good experience that I came back for 2 crowns. Dr. McNitch and his assistant Ashley were very professional, gentle and kind. They patiently explained my X-rays, and my whole experience with the crowns has been great. I had issues with my temporary crowns and came back 2 times. They were very understanding, accommodating and made me feel comfortable.

The front staff were very helpful and kind. Crystal helped me with my insurance and explaining the bill. Also, they play a great assortment of music. Every part of my visit has been stellar and all of the staff are excellent.

Went in as an emergency appointment after almost a week of uncomfortably and a previous telehealth appointment. Dr. Michael made me feel so comfortable while explaining what the issue was, what the treatment needed to be, and helped ease my anxiety about further treatment with his calm demeanor and knowledge. I went in feeling rather groggy, with a headache and some dental paranoia over gum injections. When there though, the staff were very reassuring, and helped calm me down a bit. They then not only let me listen to music while they worked, but also did a seamless job! I barely felt anything during the injections, and any pain felt was quite bearable. Time flew by as well, which is a big plus! The staff here are definitely trustworthy, I'd say.

The staff were warm and friendly. I was new to this office but they made me feel as if I'd been coming there for a long time. They explained everything in the step by step process of what was being done and what steps I will need for future dental work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of dental care. I had a wonderful experience which speaks volumes, as I a quite fearful of any dentist office. From the moment my X-rays were taken, the pleasant conversation to how each member ensured I was doing ok throughout the process meant the world to me. Legacy dental exceeded my expectations of what a dental office should be. They make scheduling easy since they have a text operator who also processes your insurance plan prior to your arrival. Dr. McNinch was kind, gentle and so understanding. After not having gone to the dentist for a while, he made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. I feel as though this dental practice sincerely takes a personalized approach to each patient and that treatment is invaluable. Both dental hygienists are amazing at what they do. The whole time I was sitting in the chair, I felt calmed, assured and in good hands. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I had stayed away too long, but upon returning to this office, I was treated unbelievably well! Dr. Savage is his same empathetic self that knows how to treat his patients. And Wendy did the best cleaning I’ve ever had! Everyone else working there was perfect as well. I can’t recall the gal that took my X-rays, but she went out of her way to make me comfortable. Dr Savage is amazing at what he does. He fixed a failed root canal from a previous dentist and made my bite feel normal for the first time in a while. He took the time to figure out what treatment my teeth needed. He and his staff are very personable and kind.

Hands down the best dental office in the Las Vgas Valley. Coming from a person with severe anxiety, dental offices have never been a place I feel at ease.
