I was happy with the experience—until the very end.

The exam-room staff was friendly, and the optometrist was excellent. Everything was going well while we picked out glasses and prepared to pay.

Unfortunately, the experience changed when the asian lady with golden thin glasses who was helping us left for the day and handed us off to another employee. The second associate was hispanic and somehow I feel she was racist toward Asian male. I saw her interact with other hispanic family and she was friendly. But the way she acted toward me and my son was dismissive, and she ignored several of our questions, and spoke to us in a condescending, snobby manner when explaining the charges. I had to repeat my questions multiple times just to get basic answers about the fees.

It is frustrating that one employee’s attitude ruined an otherwise great visit. If customer service is not something you are willing to provide, this is not the right job for you.

My hole family goes to this store for years now But starting today 7/15/26 NO MORE I spend close to $2200 dollars for 2 pair of glasses 1 was done immediately and perfect the 2nd one they had to redo it 3 times and they couldn’t get it correct the manager Juan had a BAD ATTITUDE instead of trying to help me fix the problem he says if we can’t do it we can’t do it will just refund you I never raised my voice or had a attitude with him I don’t know what his problem was but I got my refund and no one from my family will ever go back

Have been coming here for 2 years and loved it. Beautiful store. Great doctors. Decent pricing. But today was horrible customer service. I called a day before to inform them I have 2 insurances and want to know which is better to use or if it was possible to use both. Whoever took the call was very dismissive and bothered. When I told her the insurance name she tried to end the call. I asked if they had my social on file or if she needed my member id to verify the insurance. There was a pause and her response was "oh sure if you have it because I don't have a social on file " then I show up to my appointment the next day and neither insurance has been verified and sat there for 30min hearing the front desk girl complain about me and huff and puff without communicating to me what's going on. I finally had enough and walked out. So sad that the doctors are great but front desk is so unprofessional

Boca Park Store- I purchased new Armani frames with progressive lenses and some new progressive/transitions lenses for my old Prada frames. Initially had problems with distortion and faraway vision. I returned them and this time I was helped by Sylvia. After patiently listening to what I had to say, she had Dr. Chiu retest my eyes and a stronger prescription issued. She suggested "progressive adaptive" for the Prada frames to remove the distortion caused by the size of the lenses. She was RIGHT! It worked perfectly for both the Prada and Armani's. I felt that Sylvia was sincerely concerned for my happiness with my purchase. When Sylvia was not there, Darcie worked with me and was well informed with my purchase. Shout out to Sylvia and Darcie. I have a horrible habit of sleeping with my glasses on. Woke up, lens missing, and frame possibly bent. I couldn't fix it myself so I randomly stopped in to see if they could help. Had a pair of glasses that had the lens pop out and the nose piece broke off. Came in on the off chance that Lens Crafters would possibly be able to either fix it or point me in the right direction. I mean - I have never had such fast efficient customer service in my life - Juan - was just unreal with how he just looked up everything - and before I knew it not only were they ordered but ready almost in the same hour I first spoke with him. Went to LensCrafters today to take my Dad's glasses to be fixed. They were a little bent, and the lens had popped out.

I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. Katie helped me right away (she was kind and super helpful), and in less than 10 minutes, the glasses were fixed. Best of all, it was FREE! Highly recommended.

i came in for an adjustment and overheard 2 of the employees bad mouthing another one of their coworkers. I believe one of the girls was named Sylvia that was talking bad about how one of her coworkers doesnt know how to do their job correctly.. instead of making fun of them how about helping each other out instead of bad mouthing eachother to where clients can hear.. Bad for business.
