I’ve been going to this location for nine years every two years my wife and my youngest son go in and spend $200 each person to replace their glasses. My wife usually takes My Son there to replace his glasses today. I decided to take My Son to pick up his new lenses for his glasses. The first time I walked in the gentleman there was nice enough to greet us within 30 seconds I went outside to smoke a cigarette and to come back in and this lady in front of everybody spoke loud and said what can I do for you like I was a thief walking into a store to steal frames even though I was there to replace My Son‘s lenses very rude very disrespectful. Usually when you walk into a business people acknowledge you within 30 seconds this lady took it to her liberty in front of everybody and speak loud and say what can I do for you even though she had clients sitting in front of her, I was so embarrassed so humiliated. She looked at me like I was a thief to my community. I’m letting you know her name I think is Sarah very rude. Very disrespectful. Very condescending. I told the manager what transpired all the manager said with a grin on her face oh, I’m sorry and I will talk to her. I promise you I will never go back to this location and I don’t know how they have 4.7 reviews with no rudeness. It looks like all of them are probably their friends or families putting up reviews, but I guarantee you. I will never go back there again. I’d rather go to Costco where they’re cheaper in price, but I will never go to this location nor even spend my money at this location unless that lady gets fired. I wouldn’t even color a lady. I would rather use some better words, but I can’t on a review. Just imagine what I’m thinking.

I have a very expensive pair of Oakley Prescription sunglasses I bought at this store. I noticed it needed a new screw in the side arm. Now, I dont live close at all but I specifically drove to this store where I purchased the glasses to get the proper care for my glasses. Upon entering there were 2 employees and the one called me over, she had a mess on her desk of about 25 or more glasses laid out so I didnt know where I should put my glasses down, she invited me to another desk. I showed her that my glasses needed a new screw. She took the glasses back over to her messy desk, and then she disappeared into the back room. She came back out and mentioned she had to put a "longer" screw in them. I noticed that the screw was silver and my glasses were black so I was about to mention that, when I noticed a large scratch, (not even a scratch, more like a gouge) next to the screw. I said, "that scratch was not there before" and she immediatly tried to say it was. Now I am super protective of those glasses as they are Oakley made lenses and frames, so I knew I did not have that scratch on the inside of the lense. I could not believe she was trying to say it was there, I got super upset and all that could come out of my mouth was, "no, no, no, no", the manager Bobbie stepped in and by this time I was so upset I could not even breathe. She did put me in my place to calm me, so I tried to get calm. She is making it right by ordering me new Oakley lenses. But my problem is with the clerk and I told Bobbi that. Accidents happen and she could have come out and said, "oops I scratched your lenses" and made it right. But the way the clerk tried cover it up was a terrible experience. She should not be in customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with Joe, the eyeglass specialist at LensCrafters—definitely a five-star visit. He helped me pick up my new pair of prescription sunglasses and made sure they fit perfectly and felt comfortable right away.
What really stood out was how much care and attention he gave when I brought in two of my older pairs. One was too loose, and the other had a lens that kept popping out. Joe took his time with each pair, carefully adjusting them instead of rushing through the process. He even fixed an issue with a pair that other locations had told me was “just the way it is.” Joe was able to adjust the lens and improve both the look and feel of the frames significantly.
It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile like that. I really appreciated his patience, skill, and willingness to help beyond just the basics. Highly recommend asking for Joe if you visit!

Shirley was so pleasant to work with. She helped adjust both pairs of glasses, not even from Lenscrafters, measured my ocular center on both pairs and on my face, as well as my PD. She listened attentively and adjusted my frames so they didn't pinch my ear and side of my head. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great warm demeanor. Highly recommended!

I searched for four hours with my insurance from my job to purchase Ray-Ban Meta glasses. I literally got nowhere to the point where the only thing I could approach was the frames without lenses for $180. I called LensCrafters and Kira helped me through the whole process. I was able to use the insurance from my job and get the frames and the lenses for $149. I’m so grateful. She did a wonderful job helping me. I visited the branch when I was on my break and literally got done in 16 minutes. Thank you

Honestly, one of the best experiences is being taken care of at this LensCrafters. The people are always so nice. I’d like to give a special highlight to the sales person that took care of me when I went in her name is Bobbi Rubio and I wanna make sure that she is highlighted because it wasn’t just a pair of glasses that I was getting she made the experience feel like the glasses were completely made for me starting from her to the lab and the entire transaction and making me feel comfortable throughout the process and the pluses of course I love my glasses and I will go anywhere else from now on! Came in today to get my sunglasses fixed. I was immediately welcomed within 2 seconds of entering and Raquel quickly came to help me. Driving from out of town and the arm of your glasses detaches can be scary, irritating and annoying; particularly when driving after sunset is why you need glasses. It was close to closing, I found this LensCrafyers location and met a very personable Shirley. In less than 10 minutes my glasses were like new..and NO CHARGE! She even spent a few minutes showing me the new Meta Ray-Bans and Oakleys that just dropped ( endorsed by Patrick Mahoney). Such the functional and fun visit. Give this location a try.

Charged me full retail for frames when they are on line for half on their Lens Crafters site. Said they would call me when arrived from shipping, they didn’t. I called them and they said “Oh they got here yesterday, sorry we forgot” I can’t see with out them and called the day they arrived after they assured me they would call me when they got delivered. Not personal, greedy, aren’t looking out for you getting a good value and don’t follow through their promises regarding shipping.
