I found Dr. Coss through my insurance directory. Honestly, he was the closest doctor to my home, and that was really the only reason I chose his practice. I was in so much pain and honestly desperate for some relief after having so many falls from seizures that left my neck and back hurting badly.
Now, about two months into treatment, I can truly say I’m so grateful I found him. The burning sensation and pain in my neck have gotten so much better, and I’m finally feeling relief that I hadn’t felt in a long time. I was also having an issue with my ankle feeling almost locked up from so many sprains, and he has helped me with that as well.

Dr. Coss cares for his patients is an understatement. He goes above and beyond and gets down in the deep end with finding out your issues. I had really really bad ringing in the ears along with dizziness to the point I was not able to stand (these are what I call episodes) because the spinning was unbearable. After a couple treatments, he was able to get my episodes down to a bare minimum and I was able to function with normal activities in my life. I have been to many specialists and all of them gave me different information but none of them took the time to actually look at my x-rays properly and figure out what was actually wrong with me. Dr Coss took the time, looked me over and pinpointed everything that I was feeling without me having to say a word. I'm able to lift weights again overhead and incline bench my pain has dramatically decreased in my hands and shoulders and on top of all that the customer service in his office is amazing. I met Dr. Mike Coss in 2025 while playing golf and found out that he was a chiropractor. At that time I had already had 3 radio frequency ablation (RFA) procedures done for excruciating chronic back pain.
The main downside of the RFA is that it is a temporary fix and pain relief and typically lasts 6 to 12 months because the treated nerve can eventually grow back, meaning the procedure often needs to be repeated. It also manages symptoms rather than fixing the root structural cause of pain. I had scheduled my 4th RFA on June 5, 2026. After seeing Dr. Coss for several months, I was able to cancel my RFA. I now live pain free and can enjoy doing things I struggled with in the past. I see him once a week for maintenance. I have tried different chiropractors in the past 20 years in Hawaii and Vegas, but never experienced as much success before Dr. Mike. I highly recommend him!!

Limitless Chiropractic is AMAZING. Dr. Coss is genuinely one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He actually cares about his patients and truly wants to see you get better, not just get you in and out.

I used to work at another chiropractor’s office, and almost every single day I would ask to get adjusted because my neck and back constantly hurt. They would do a quick crack. No exam, no questions besides “what hurts?” no thought to why a 21 year old needed to be adjusted every single day. It was very clear they didn’t care enough to look any deeper. I eventually stopped working for them, so obviously I stopped getting adjusted too. After all that, my neck and back got so much worse. I was in so much pain I couldn’t move, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t even do basic day to day activities. I had tremors in my leg and arm. I ended up using painkillers just to get through the day, and once I decided to stop taking them, the pain was unbearable.

I texted Dr. Coss explaining everything I was feeling, and he called me within 10 minutes and told me to come in for X-rays. He sat with me for THREE hours going over everything thoroughly. Turns out I have scoliosis and most of the vertebrae in my neck don’t move at all. Dr. Coss gave me a plan, and I have never felt better. My body tremors disappeared, my brain fog went away, I rarely have pain and I’m also not depressed anymore! I can FUNCTION properly and I can live my life again. If there is any chiropractic office I would recommend, I’d recommend this one! I came across Limitless Chiro while searching for TRT therapy in Las Vegas and decided to visit Dr. Cross to address a few things I’d been struggling with (mainly my posture and overall nervous system balance).

From my very first visit, it was clear that Dr. Cross genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to educate you about what’s going on with your body. During my initial consultation, he walked me through my X-rays in detail, explaining exactly what we were seeing and what it meant. Together, we came up with a personalized treatment plan that made sense for my goals.

I’ve been to four other chiro practices in the valley. Dr. Coss is the only doctor I will see for physical injuries that don’t require surgery and the only chiropractor I will see period. I thought the whole profession was full of “quacks”, until I met this man. He truly cares about his patients, and he cares about healing. You must follow his program, which is drastically underpriced, because he cares enough to see your treatment all the way through.

I’m a combat vet with multiple head, neck, and spine injuries, parachute accident, survived multiple types of blasts in Afghanistan, and just the load of putting on a heavy ruck and humping up the mountains of Afghanistan, the hills of North Carolina, the snowy tundra of Alaska, the swamps of Florida and Louisiana. Not to mention just playing high school football. I’ve been treated by Army medical personnel, Air Force docs, through the VA for 7 years, and the most expensive doctors I could afford out of pocket or a PPO would pay for.

We sat down to discuss what my wife’s health issues were, which turned out to be, in my opinion, an extreme case of scoliosis. Which was exacerbated by what her previous employer did to her (a chiropractor whose incompetence is only exceeded by his vanity, so obviously he had to name his practice after himself. He’s also a very vindictive and selfish person who will threaten and intimidate his all-female staff to do what he wants, including commit fraud or hide his own fraudulent activities, and just overall horrible business practices). She had multiple curves in her spine (20 degrees of curvature in the upper back, curvature and rotation in the lower spine, and a completely stiff and straight neck with almost no movement in the upper 6 vertebrae), her hips were misaligned, and her tailbone was broken. She’s 23, she had worked for this other employer since age 20, and it’s hard to believe her back and neck was that bad as a 20 year old who’s athletic career spans one season of women’s lacrosse in high school and no car accidents. She wanted her back cracked at work and the doctors at this office never checked if she had scoliosis or even wondered what might be causing her to need an adjustment, they just started cracking. They did this EVERY DAY for at least a year and most days for the previous year. Nobody’s spine can survive 400-500 adjustments in that span of time. She trusted them because they claim to be DOCTORS. But they aren’t, they’re insurance scammers who hold licenses to practice medicine. To put that in perspective, I’m a 31 year old man who’s lived a rough life, been in bar fights, trained jiu jitsu and boxing, been to war, gotten blown up twice, fell out of a plane, played football, and definitely fell out of a tree or ten, maybe a building too. My wife’s neck was as bad as mine and her spine was much much worse. And doctors wanted to fuse my spine… My wife is MUCH MUCH better now. Night and day difference. She’s so much less spacey, she’s focused, she’s much happier and pleasant to be around because she’s not in PAIN ANYMORE. At least not nearly as much. She thought she just had to live like this. So did I. I had my fair share of addictions from self medicating, and unfortunately so did my wife in her own way. We thought that’s just how our life had to be… Until we met Dr. Coss.

Do not go anywhere else. They will mess you up. Dr. Coss is such a great man that he took it upon himself to correct what they did to her out of the goodness of his heart. I was so impressed by him I wanted to have him treat me as well, and I don’t trust anyone to treat me anymore after multiple doctors wanted to fuse my spine at age 24… but this man is a different breed and he’s definitely been guided to this vocation by The Holy Spirit. If you’re on the fence, pray about it, and I’m positive God will lead you to him too. I would pay any amount of money to be where I am now physically and mentally rally, and what he asks for is pennies compared to what he could and should charge for his incredible services.

I was recommended by my lawyer to come here after getting in a car accident. I was in a lot of pain, mainly on my lower back, neck and shoulder. I am a professional athlete in my 30's and I have suffered from lower back pain since I was in my teens. **Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome**

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Coss! I brought my daughter, Sloan, to see him after a friend recommended him, and we’ve been really impressed. Sloan has Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, and like a lot of special needs kids, she has some tough health challenges. Honestly, we were a bit skeptical about chiropractic care at first, but after just a month and a half, we’re seeing some amazing changes!

About two to three weeks into treatment, Sloan started having regular bowel movements. When we missed a week, she struggled again, but after talking to Dr. Coss and just two adjustments, she was back on track.

Also, Sloan has always had a hard time putting on weight. She’s 8 years old and has weighed 26 pounds forever, but since we started chiropractic care, she’s gained 3 pounds! That’s the most she’s ever gained in her life!

It’s honestly hard to believe how much chiropractic care is helping improve her quality of life. We’re so thankful for Dr. Coss and how gentle he is with Sloan. If you have a child with special needs, I definitely recommend checking him out!

I've been coming to Limitless Chiropractic for a little over two months now. For 13 years I have been in severe pain with my back. When they say a 0-10 pain level my number was a constant 25 pain level. I cried all the time. I couldn't play with my kids, go to car shows, couldn't walk for more then 20 mins without falling to my knees in pain, working was unbearable. My life was nothing but pain. I've been to Doctor after doctor and no one could really pin point my problem. I was always told that I just had sciatic nerve issues, that having twins and being a Dental Assistant for 25 years was probably the reason for it and was told to retire and given pain meds to take. I never understood their reasonings my twins were already 10 yrs old when it started and dental assisting I sat most of the time. Most of the answers were surgery. But they couldn't tell me what kind of surgery, so that was out of the picture for me. There was no way I was doing that without a real reason. I never understood, I thought that for the rest of my life I am just going to be in agony. But that was until I met Dr. Coss!!!!!!!! Talk about a miracle and a blessing together. He was the first and ONLY doctor to take an x-ray of my back to fine that I actually have a FRACTURED back!!!!! My back is actually broken!!!!! So Dr Coss put a treatment plan together for me. We started our treatments and after the first three I want to say I am up walking hiking playing with my grandkids going to car shows and staying for hours doing my normal life again. I'm not saying that he fixed my fracture however with his treatments he have saved me from pain and I know it will only get better. My pain level now has been maybe a 2/10. What a difference from 25/10 to 2/10!!!!!

I finally mentioned a nagging issue in my lower abdomen thinking nothing he could do as I’ve been dealing with it for two years and my physician sent me for all kinds of tests with no diagnosis. Dr. Voss may be the most ethical and best chiropractor I’ve ever met. I came in for an adjustment and neck manipulation. I’m an old rugby player with all kinds of injuries in the past. He took X-rays and did a minor adjustment on me the first time but told me he wasn’t very comfortable doing much with my neck because of how my c4-7 looked. When I came back he gave me my X-rays and referred me to a specialist because my neck is dangerous to work on. Another chiropractor would’ve just taken my money and possibly injured me. I just talked with a neurosurgeon and he said basically I have what is called Retrolisthesis and I should do specific exercises and traction but no twisting. Ultimately though, he believes surgery is a need. Dr. Coss made sure that I was safe and in good hands and while I won’t be seeing him in the future as my condition isn’t right, I wanted to express my gratitude for his professionalism, expertise and moral ethics. Hands down the BEST chiropractor I have seen! Dr. Coss treats myself, my husband, and my son. It’s obvious that he is passionate about the wellbeing and health of his patients. He takes the time to explain the process and answers any questions that you have. I was impressed that he takes X-rays - so educational and thorough. I always learn something new during my sessions. The office is warm and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend to all!!

I started seeing Dr. Michael about 2 1/2 years ago for low back pain at an office in Green Valley. He was recommended to me by my daughter. When I first met Dr. Michael, I recently completed a program with another chiropractor but had little to no relief. I had been suffering with low back pain for 10+ years and thought this was now my life. At first I wasn’t seeing the changes I wanted but Dr. Michael reassured me that this problem had been there for a long time and this is going to take time. Fast forward 2 1/2 years. I have been seeing Dr. Michael ever since and I have followed him as he moved offices. I continue to see him on a regular basis still today. I never thought it would be possible but I am pain free and my quality of life has been forever changed. I highly recommend Dr. Coss.

5 stars isn't enough. Dr Coss is amazing and second to none with his expertise in the chiropractic field. He was able to help my girlfriend with medical issues that we weren't even aware could be resolved using chiropractic care. He's helped me with a shoulder injury as well. I can't put into words how much I appreciate him. Ethical is a word not regularly used when it comes to treatment but Dr Coss is just that.. ETHICAL! He wants to get you better

I dislocated my knee cap and was sent for physical therapy. It helped with moving my knee but it still felt unstable. A buddy told me about Dr. Michael so I decided to give it a shot even though I wasn’t sure a chiropractor could help. Dr. Michael took X-rays and explained why my knee felt unstable. After the first adjustment I could tell a difference. My knee felt more stable. It's really hard to explain. It's been several weeks now and I am no longer wearing my knee brace and feel I can get around much better. I highly recommend Dr. Michael.

I have known Dr. Coss for some time and he is an amazing chiropractor! He doesn’t do all the twisting of your body but uses an Integrator (Torque Release Technique) that is awesome. Dr Coss is a very caring person who will work with you to get you feeling better. He listens to you and pays attention to you. I give him a 5 stars!!

Initially, I was skeptical, but Michael demonstrated that chiropractic care is about more than just 'bone-cracking.' Part of the aging process includes body aches and sleep disturbances. My son consulted with Dr. Coss then Michael did a house call when I visited Las Vegas. I never been treated by a chiropractor before but after Michael did what he does, I was able to move a lot better and was able to sleep through the night. If you are a senior citizen living in Las Vegas, you must take advantage of his wellness care program to enjoy your active life, especially if you constantly play bingo, slot machine, etc. - you deserved it!

Dr. Michael Robert Coss is professional, friendly and an overall fantastic human being! I golf a lot and he's been my personal chiropractor since I met him in 2020. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and tailors his treatments to meet what my body needs. An amazing chiropractor who truly cares about getting you to where you need to be in your health. He is passionate about his work and incredibly knowledgeable about how the body works. Limitless Chiropractic is by far the best place I have ever been Dr. Coss is amazing. I hurt myself many many years ago and it is very hard for me to find a chiropractor who can fix my neck and lower back.I live in pain every day when I met him he asked if he could do something different to help me, could I just trust him? I said go ahead. I’ve spent so much money on so many different doctors and most the time I would have to go back for five times before I would fill any kind of relief after one visit with him was made up I will forever be his patient , he is so kind so caring and he really does care about making you feel better. He does not rush you in and out. You can actually have a conversation with him without feeling like the next patient is Next Door and he can’t wait to get to the next patient.
