I can’t say enough about Dr Jacob’s and his practice. Everyone is pleasantly helpful. I have never had any difficult, being seen by Doc Jacob’s, in an urgent situation. I moved to Nevada and was looking for a PCP. I did some research and came across Dr. Jacobs. My 1st visit... He gave me a physical exam and found something that I knew might be an issue down the line but wasn't really anything that I was worried about. I've been getting physicals all of my life and not ONE doctor ever noticed it during a physical. I had an MRI one time and the doctor was like... Oh what's that over there? But nothing they just found from being a doctor... Dr. Loring said he wanted me to get an x-ray so he could check it out. I was immediately sold. I'm too old for so many doctors to have missed it.
Fast forward, he gave me paperwork to do my blood work and I didn't go. Not because I didn't want to go, I wanted to go but my body didn't. His office called to find out when I was going. I've NEVER had a doctors office follow up when I didn't do my part especially with it just being my 1st visit.
So at that point, I was like... This is the team I need in my life...
Fast forward a few visits... I go to see him and my numbers weren't beautiful. I felt so guilty because I sincerely feel like I have a doctor who CARES about me so I felt bad for not taking care of me.... It was like letting the homie down 😩
I've never been this old before so I don't know a lot of things that go with it but every time I go in, he let's me know the things that I should be doing.
I absolutely LOVE my doctor.
GREAT DOCTOR!!! I tell all of my friends who are looking for a PCP to check him out. And they've all be satisfied.

We want to personally recommend Dr. Loring Jacobs to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and punctual doctor. He is a lifelong resident of the Las Vegas valley. I am 75 years old and have been attended by doctors in the Jacobs family since I was in my 20's, first by his father, Theodore, then his sister, Leslie, and now by Loring Jacobs. I have been exceedingly satisfied with the primary care provided by these talented and caring physicians.

Dr. Loring Jacobs treats my husband and I with respect, listens to our opinions and concerns, encourages us to ask questions, and explains things in ways we can understand. We both recommend him highly.

Dr Loring Jacobs has been my primary care doctor for 10 years.
Dr Loring always takes as much time as needed, he always listens to me and explains every things so I understand.
He is one of the few doctors who will take new patients, he doesn't eat lunch so he can see more patients, and hasn't taken a sick day in 30 years. I don't reviews, so the fact I am writing this says everything.

My Primary Care Physician since late 1995 for over 30 years in Las Vegas. He cares for all his patients. I'm 63 years old but feel healthy and active. Highly recommend him and the entire Jacobs family of doctors. They are legends in our community. His medical office is located by the Galleria Mall in Henderson. I live to the north by Centennial Hills. Yes, of course I go all the way there to see my doc. :). I was glad my appointment with him last week in November was good My blood test results were good. I have been seeing Dr. Loring Jacobs ever since I moved to the Las Vegas area 8 years ago. I have ALWAYS found Dr. Jacobs to be extremely caring and understanding. Dr. Jacobs NEVER rushes any office visit and always asks if I have any questions before the ens of the office visits. Obtaining refills and getting appointments has never been an issue. I highly recommend Dr. loring Jacobs as a General Practitioner and so happy that he is my GP for sure.

The only Doctor I truly trust. He pretty much knows me and my medical needs. He is easy to talk to and comes across as a very caring friend just taking care of you. He does this because that is who he is. He comes from a long line of medical professionals that make up the people in the practice.

I want to say that Dr. Loring Jacob's is the best doctor, he's so caring, and compassionate about his patient's he treats. I also want to say that there is a nursing assistant named Coco at this office that is just awesome at her job. She goes out of her way to follow through with any issues you bring her way, and takes care of all your needs. She's so kind, caring, and helpful, and her good work at that office should be recognized, and acknowledged.

January 31st of this year, I made an appointment for Dr. Jacob.  His office said that there is a wait for new patients and my appointment would be June 1st, 2020.  On May 28th I received an automated phone call confirming my appointment.  The next day I received a phone call from his office stating that he was pushing new patients appointments further out because of Covid.  My new appointment was set for September 25th.  On September 23rd I received the automated call confirming my appointment and today, September 24th, I got a call from his office stating he is no longer seeing new patients due to Covid. The same lady called both times was rude and unapologetic in cancelling my appointments. It is sad because Dr. Jacob came highly recommended by a friend and several others that see him.

Wow. I am surprised at reading some of the other reviews. This doctor does not return calls, nor does his staff return calls. When I called his attention to this, he blamed their lack of responsiveness on the changes due to COVID, a convenient scapegoat. His office has been this way long before COVID arrived.
During our in-office visit with him, he kept his head in his computer, asking questions and typing responses, without even looking at the patient. When he was finished filling out his forms on the computer, he got up, and was about to leave the room without even looking at the patient!! 😡
Their telephone recording uses the word “caring” to describe their practice and staff, multiple times. I would not describe our experience as a “caring” one at all.

The staff from beginning to end is always outstanding I lived across town (19.4 miles) and its worth the travel from me .The entire staff makes you smile in spite of how you may feel,It so genuine from again the beginning to the end of your visit.I can't say enough about Dr Loring Jacobs .He set the standard and the staff follow and execute in action and representation of the practice more than well!! The best doctor ever! He saved my life by discovering my cancer early on. Very thorough and skilled clinician in diagnosis. I moved to Las Vegas from Chicago then Los Angeles. It was a challenge to find a good doctor in Las Vegas until I was lucky to find Dr. Jacobs. I'm grateful and fortunate to be his patient.
