I had a very bad experience last time I went to visit the doctor I was “politely “ disrespected by the doctor due to appointment being cancelled by their system and I was faulted for it. I felt the doctor did not care about my concerns and dismissed me . I am not going back. I am done

Dr. Khan is AMAZING! She actually LISTENS to her patients. Ever since Intermountain health took over the practice I’ve had no complaints. My follow up appointment that I had yesterday I was in and out of there in less than a half an hour, which is awesome especially nowadays, I hear people say healthcare in Nevada is not good but I don’t understand why. I’ve literally had nothing but amazing experiences out here (17yrs now) with medical facilities and providers. I’m so glad I have Dr. Khan or who knows I may be one of those people who isn’t happy with our medical system in Nevada.

Dr Kahn has been my physician for decades and yesterday's televisit was great. Because a prior text message indicated a visit to the office, I went only to be told it was scheduled for telemed. I told the receptionist this should be looked into for those physicians who only do telemed.

Dr Kahn has been my doctor for 30 years
She has actually taken care of our whole family. She is amazing.Answers all my questions before I even ask. She remembers health issues I’ve had that I’ve even forgotten about. Worst front office staff ever! They put you on hold for hours (no exaggeration) and forget to schedule appointments. I sometimes drive there to get an appointment. Doctors are okay if you can ever get to see them.

I have been going there for 4 years. This is the most incompetent clinic I have ever experienced. I will never go back. Dr.kahn is never in and you have to see whoever they give you. I went for a ca125 and referral to cancer dr. They only did iron and cholesterol I went to quest. Then 7 days later to cancer dr. I drive from Laughlin 4 hrs roundtrip. The cancer dr. Says they never ordered a ca125. So that was very disappointing that was the whole reason I went there. Then the office manager Annie says I never asked for a ca125. I said yes that was why I made the appointment . I told the receptionist and the nurse that saw me that's what I was there for. I do not recommend this clinic. I would rather die than rely on them for help. Some one else complained before me they called the police. I don't recommend this practice at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ARE DYING...even then, I would look for a more competent facility to die in.
Worst office I've ever visited. I tried two visits, back to back months, and both times staff is unresponsive, rude, and no follow through. In both cases, I spent weeks going back and forth between the pharmacy and doctor's office because the staff here couldn't be bothered to call them back. This office also lied about their legal ability to SIMPLY PRINT OUT THE RX. I was told this isn't possible, only to find out they just didn't WANT to. When I asked about why this was so difficult, I was told it was the medical assistants fault...then the pharmacy....then the intern. AND NO ONE CARES. It's one thing to be your own advocate, but it's ridiculous to expect patients to do your jobs for you.

Lubna Khan is a incompetent physician and only a physician by title. My wife was having abnormal bleeding and she claims that it's not a big deal and to find a gynecologist. She also enjoys to have her lunch during her telemedicine appointment and enjoys conducting herself in the most unprofessional way possible. You're TRASH Lubna Khan.

Lubna Khan doesnt Care about her patients, and will even try to sabatage your medical treatmeant. Front desk lady hangs up on me all the time and is Always rude. Courtney lee and Dr. Singh are Cool and are My Primary doctors, NOT LUBNA KAHN, lubna kahn doesnt even know my case file history to make proper judgment calls and she mistreated me. Im not going to see her anymore becouse she wont answer my phone calls and hangs up on me.....
Im just a man with PTSD, that relys on there treatment, and they turned there back on me. Ive gone there for 20 years... for every broken bone or cold and fever. I will never now go there again becouse of Lubna Kahn bad attitude and her unprofesional doctor medical misjudgment unskills...

For the past year I have been taking my mom, and it has been horrible. Changed Dr's 3 times, waiting time its outrageous. They never return a phone call. They loose paperwork. My mom is in ALF and they have requested numerous time assistance with a prescriptions, and nothing. She is 90 years old and cannot wait 2 weeks to get a referral for a urine test or 1 week for a cough medicine. NEVER GO TO THIS PRACTICE

This office refuses to return phone calls. The doctor will listen to you for about 1 minute then tunes you out, you have to fight for her attention. Not very easy to work with when you're bed bound.
