Dr Blanchard is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen. I came in as a new patient. First thing, when he comes in the room he does not introduce himself doesn't look me in the eye not once. He had no idea why I was there and rudely asked "what are you doing here". He touched my affected skin with his bare hands, not even 15 sec to do a skin check ( was never put in a gown, instead he awkwardly lifted my top.) He never once asked me anything about my skin concerns. He did ask me twice about my employment, why? I don't know. He was in the room with me a total of 2 minutes tops. Never going back to this doctor!!

Don’t waste your time. This office and Dr. Blanchard don’t care about you. My visit was five minutes long and left with no explanation of anything at all of what to do. Doctor and nurse rushed out like I was wasting their time! Will never recommend him or this place.

Where do I begin with this doctor? First of all extremely bad bedside manners! I took my son to see him. We waited a few months for this appointment I was told by the receptionist that he deals with issues of the skin and scalp issues, so I was hoping that he would help my son, we went into his office, waited 30 minutes and then went into the room and waited for him. The nurse came in and spoke to us for a bit and then he came in literally stayed with us for three minutes!! Did not even look at my son, but questioned him do you work? and why don’t you work? Do you go to school? First of all my son has social anxiety and autism and currently he cannot work so he’s in my care and he is going through skin acne, and scalp issues, so all of a sudden, my son started getting extremely nervous and couldn’t speak and he was about to have anxiety attack, so I had to speak for him. The doctor was extremely rude. He did not look at my son whatsoever to see his skin issue I told him doctor what do we do about his hair? He says have a hair transplant!! I’m like what?? he offered him medication that I already told him we took that medication doctor and it did not help. What else could we take? He says well you cannot afford the good medication, so you settle!! I swear I just wanted to walk out of the office he was the worst I have ever seen. I talk to the manager she says she’s extremely sorry and she will give me a refund taken in mind they were asking for $215 for three minutes of a rude bedside manners so I gave them $95, they requested talk to the manager after that and she says she will give me a refund well it’s been over a month and she hasn’t. This place is horrible please do not go here. It’s the worst doctor I have ever seen and we’ve been to plenty. He is horrible horrible, rude, awful!! All the receptionist were extremely rude awful mean what more can I say? I never experienced this in my life horrible the whole office building awful people save yourself go find a better dermatologist!!

I was impressed with the friendliness off the staff and the cleanliness of the office. Blossom took care of me and her attitude made me feel comfortable and at ease. I appreciated how she explained the procedure to me. Dr. Blanchard was professional and yet kind in his approach to me. Should I ever have additional issues, I will not hesitate to return to Dr. Blanchard.

I like morning appointments because parking is sometimes limited in the afternoon. Your staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. Blanchard is also professional and did a complete scan of my body. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but I was taken around 9:20 and on my way home at 9:35! Wonderful! Per the doctor's suggestion, I have already made an appointment for September 2020 (the one year anniversary). You have a very well-run and clean office and, again, your staff is great!
