Extremely unprofessional and completely misleading. I waited six months while healing and preparing for a procedure this office confidently claimed they could perform, only to be told in the chair that they don’t even offer it. Their answer to everything is “YES” or “Of course we do that,” but none of it matches reality once you arrive. They have modern scanning technology, yet refuse to take the small extra step of doing impressions to ensure a proper fit — a basic effort they simply choose not to make. They even responded to the wrong email address, which is another red flag showing how disorganized and careless their communication is. Be very careful with your insurance as well; everything is not always free, and the billing may not match what you were led to believe. This office wasted my time, misled me, and delivered nothing they promised. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm not the type to leave reviews often, but hear me out. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist (who is?). I have some trauma around dental visits. Back in high school, I swore I’d never go again, no matter what. But as you get older, stuff happens, and ignoring it isn't an option. I had to see a dentist for the first time in 15 years. It was super awkward. I was really nervous. I didn't know what the dentist would say about my teeth, and I was also worried about the cost, even with insurance. But LV Dental totally changed my mind.
Dr. Pham made a huge difference. He didn’t judge me at all. Walked me through what needed to be done, and actually calmed my nerves, lol. Plus, he did a great job. Honestly, my whole view of dentists has flipped.
Yeah, the copay isn't cheap. I almost bailed, even though I really like Dr. Pham, but I wasn’t sure how I’d pay for it. Kathy helped me find a plan that worked. She's straight-up and means what she says. Don't get her wrong.
All in all, I’d give them 100/10, lol. The place feels nice, and the front desk lady is super friendly.
If you need a good dentist, I’d check out LV Dental. If someone as nervous as me can do it, so can you.

The first question out of my moth was will you be able to do my dentures with out me paying out of pocket. They came back and assured me my insurance would cover everything.
A few visits later and after they billed my insurance they want a additional thousand plus dollars. Fixed income here so always scraping pennies.
I feel they basically robbed my insurance because I can't afford to finish and with practice like that don't know if I want them to finish.

They will lie & do anything to get your money!
They contacted me the day before my appointment. Explain to me that I was getting Prepped for A crown and I told them I didn’t want to get the crown. If all you’re doing is prepping me if you can’t do it all the same day I don’t want it done so I scheduled to have two fillings done. so when I got there the next day he showed me everything he explained to me that he can do the crowns the same day. I said OK you can do the crowns and the 2 fillings. my appointment is at 10. We didn’t get done with everything until 1 . He said I was done, go shopping n he will call me in 2 hrs to come back n place crowns. I leave. Get a call to come back 20 min. After leaving . Then he gives me numbing shots a second time, does scans he forgot, n then wants to do a filling he forgot to do, then says he scheduled me appt. to come in the next day, but I had to come in the next day in order to get the crowns put on. Didn’t finish the 2nd fillings in the morning, and told me that the filling would be done when the crowns were put on when I came back for them to redo everything for the crown.so he will do the filling and numb me a third time! Horrible experience ! Horrible communication!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Pham and his staff. I found this office the day my daughter had an incident at school. They got us in the same day the incident happened. Walked me through the process of correcting the issue. Eased my mind as well as my teenagers mind. (we all know teenage girls care about there image.)

Jamie-lee is awesome, super sweet, down to earth. She is always accommodating. The tech in the back, I don't remember her name but my daughter loved her. She made her feel calm and also helped her retain her confidence despite her tooth issue.
