My wife and I have been going to doctor Najmi for years. He is absolutely great but his front end staff leaves much to be desired. They have made repeated mistakes with referrals. Obviously this is endemic of Las Vegas front desks. We have left excellent doctors many times, over our twenty five years in Vegas because of horrible front desks.

This is for the staff only. I've called five times over the last 4-5 weeks to request an appointment with Dr. Najmi and it always goes to voice mail and they NEVER! returned any of my calls. I will have to travel to the office to make the appointment and to file a complaint with the Practice Manager.

Dr. Najmi is a good doctor. He does things by the book. He doesn't prescribe addictive medications like codeine and tramadol. He genuinely cares about the health of all his patients. His receptionists are very professional. Noticed that he just moved to a new location on Fire Meza. Outstanding doctor. By the way, I'm 64 years old and I've seen a lot of doctors. He's right up there! 😊

At my age I've had/seen many doctors. Dr. Najmi ranks as one of the best. Definitely the best internist. He listens, is patient and thorough. The fact that he specializes in gerontology is particularly helpful. As we age we need a doctor that is educated in our specific needs. He is a great choice.

Dr. Najmi made such an impression on me years ago when he was my late father's physician that when I moved here full time I knew there was no one else I wanted as my permanent physician as well but him. His staff is equally very professional and efficient.

1. Spent very little time on a 1st appt & got information wrong. Where is the compassionate caring doctor I read about?????
2. Critical of 2 of my doctor/specialist who have done a very good job
3. Sent incorrect referral out & said would fix but didn’t. The woman was nice at the office but then just ignored me after that. ?????
4. Staff wouldn’t return phone call. I asked nicely over and over again for referral to my existing doctor ( who is very, very good and well- known) as I had just changed insurance so needed one. Nope. Finally I asked why no one was returning my phone call or sending referral. No explanation. Such indifference. I was in tears AND pain.
5. This is extremely concerning as I have a serious auto-immune disorder and it is being left now untreated

Dr. Najmi has been my PC and now Senior PC for since 2004-5. He takes his time, answers questions, is personable, and is associated with a network of other caring physicians and specialists. I trust his judgements, and hope he never leaves town!

Dr. Najmi has always been my mother's P.C. when I got to know him I decided to see him as my PC. He is such a wonderful compassionate and caring doctor!! He takes his time with his patients & if you had any questions or concerns he is there for his patients. I'm hoping to be able to continue seeing Dr. Najmi as my P.C. I would not choice any other Primary Care Physician. The staff has been wonderful as well. Thank you
