I value my eyes and the gift of vision. So it is very VERY important for me to work with a trusted and knowledgeable MD like Dr. Mallinger. From the moment I walk through the front door to the moment I leave, I am greeted with warmth and a smile. I am cared for like a VIP and most of all, they take the time to answer my questions and keep me informed of the condition of my eyes. I never feel rushed and they have the best selection of eyewear in Southern Nevada! I recommend this office to ALL my own friends and clients, and I will continue to do so

I tried, and did not succeed.

Scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks out only to cancel on me the Friday prior saying "Dr. is not accepting new patients" after I'd confirmed the appointment via text and phone.

I also found the patient onboarding a bit terse, they want you to print and fill out forms listed under "digital forms" or come in early to do so. A digital forms is one you can fill out securely online, not one you print at home. This is far too much effort for scheduling and rescheduling and being told to spend an extra 15mins to come early because the process is not available digitally. This is not a fit for someone interested in an easy scheduling process or flexibility to schedule online. Looks like I'll try another provider since this has been a complete waste of time.

This facility is INCREDIBLE! From the moment I stepped in to this facility, everyone had a warm and welcoming attitude, along with genuine opinion, and great information about everything that I needed. Dr. Mallinger was friendly, informative, and kind, and got me exactly what I needed. Ryan was beyond helpful as I know about zero when it comes to glasses in general, let alone how they look on my face. He was honest, genuine, and a breath of fresh air. I’m so glad that I found this place, and will refer it to anyone that asks, and most that don’t.

I have been going to Mallinger Family Eye Care for more than 20 years. Both Dr. Mallinger and Dr. Acermont are caring, patient and do a very thorough exam. Their office is clean, modern and equipped with the latest technologies. Over the years they've helped me dry eye, eye infections, glasses and contacts. I also appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable all of their staff is. I can't recommend this office enough!

What a delight! As a new resident to Vegas, I am so glad I was referred here by an opthalmologist in Centennial Hills. The Mallinger Eye Center office and staff are, simply put, lovely! They are kind, considerate, and take their time understanding a patient's background and needs. The equipment is the best I have ever seen, and the service is impeccable. I love this place!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mallinger and Dr. Arcemont since roughly 2003. The doctors and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. I love that they are keeping up with modern medical technology to increase patient comfortability with eye care and the thoroughness the doctors provide. I highly recommend and don't intend on switching any time soon.

So, I am from Hawai’i been off the islands for many years but the Aloha Spirit that I grew up with is still an important part of my lifestyle.

The warmth and Aloha at Mallinger Family Eye Care is by far the best OF ANY professional/medical service I have had the need of and this is from a guy who just had bypass surgery.

The courtesy shown to me, the time spent and the attention to detail was amazing. Staff, well actually they should be called family of Dr. Mallinger is great and they move with a coordination that will impress anyone. You will not leave Dr. Mallinger with questions or concerns, you will leave with comfort and relief knowing you were treated by the best!

Dr. Mallinger and her family (staff) are great. If you your family or friends are in need of “thorough” eye care then you my friend need to head West!

Tell em Jimmy sent you😂😂

The staff here is very polite. Dr. Julie is a very compassionate and caring person who takes care of her patients! I had suffered from headaches for years, I was not aware that I needed glasses. Dr. Julie was very thorough with my exams and she explained everything that was happening with my eyes. I don’t suffer from headaches anymore. I am very pleased with the care I have received.

I come from North Carolina where we are known to be nice warm polite people. The staff at Mallinger Family Eye Care, were like walking into the warmth of people back home. Each person I was in contact with stood out individually in knowledge, kindness and seeing things as in my best interest. The Dr. I saw,
Julie, I absolutely loved. She was "on it", which I love in any professional. She saw a problem and immediatly made not only a referral to a specialist, but made the appointment on the spot, plus explaining the situation in detail to me. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone.

This was the first time I have ever been, let alone heard of Mallinger Family Eye care and let me tell you I love this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the place was immaculate with its decor and it’s selection of product. The staff was very courteous and very informative about what they were doing and what it does (talking about the eye gadgets you have to do whenever you go to the eye doctor). Dr.Mallinger herself was just a doll! She was so fun and bubbly that it made the rest of my day better. She is also a great optometrist, I would definitely come back sometime in the near future. 😊
