I have a fear of dentist, but more of a fear of ongoing dental pain. I went to Mesa Dental for the first time. The visit was a comprehensive initial visit. Her assistant, I think her name was Jing, put me at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. Dr. McCabe was very thorough, explained everything very well and offered a treatment plan. Everyone I met was very nice, understanding of my fears and I never felt like I was a burden on their time. They offer sedation visits, so I know that is an option if I feel it necessary. I would recommend this office for your dental care.

If you can't see what's wrong here, then you deserve to get scammed. "Laser assisted bacterial reduction takes the bacterial count from one billion bacteria to a HUNDRED bacteria." (caps mine)

DCM is absolutely the standard format (they provided jpegs only). Straight up gaslighting and lack of accountability. These people forget they don't have a monopoly on information. In 90 seconds, I can use 4 different LLMs to summarize dozens of studies on any given treatment. Conclusion is Mesa are scammers.

The office has great energy the moment you walk in to the front desk. Most likely Sabreena will be there to welcome you. She is so sweet, fun to talk to and instantly puts you at ease. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you feel not only comfortable, but also informed about everything as well.

I tend to be a high anxiety person when it come to going to the dentist. I despise it, and even that is probably an understatement. Haha.
Not only does the whole "dental" part give me anxiety, but the industry as a whole seems to have become a more like a used car lot money grab. Such an icky vibe.

That being said, Mesa Dental is the most INCREDIBLE dental office and experience that I have ever had. Everybody there is so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I see Dr. Emily Browner and completely trust her. She cares more about you as a patient and your actual dental health, than just suggesting things to make a buck. Plus she is extremely knowledgable in both traditional and holistic dentistry. I never feel rushed or made to feel stupid about wanting to take a more holistic or conservative approach to my dental care. She also has a light touch when working on you and makes the whole experience easy peasy.

Horrible experience. Started as a new patient because my dentist retired and I had two fillings done only although she suggested much more work. One filling was done hopefully fine but damaged the gum line of three other teeth in the process and it took three weeks to heal. The other cavity was done with no anesthetic much to her frustration, and she took the handle of a metal instrument and tapped on my front teeth, which were not the teeth being worked on, to illustrate to me , an adult, the difference between pain and pressure.

Edit to address business owners, false response. I am absolutely not talking about postoperative pain. I am talking about a filling performed without anesthetic! Also, she was not doing a percussion test. She was being snarky and nasty and tapping on a tooth to illustrate pain versus pressure. There was nothing wrong with my front tooth. She took the metal handle of an instrument and tapped on my front tooth. This was not a tooth that I had indicated any pain in so her response below is intentionally misleading to distract from what I said she did.

I do not know the doctor well, but she appears to be a competent dentist. However, she listed numerous procedures that needed to be completed before a basic cleaning, and the costs were quite high. I also did not receive any follow-up after my previous appointment. It seems as though the office selectively chooses which patients to work with. If you have existing dental or gum issues, this may not be the right place for you. Unfortunately, I will need to find another dentist.

I’ve frequented quite a few dentistry’s around the world (I could write a book on some pretty old-school methods) and I have to emphasize how amazing Mesa Dentistry is. Dr. Browner and her team have this place working like (cliche I know) a well-oiled machine. Upon arrival, you’re always greeted with the utmost courteousness, professionalism, and anything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I love that the office embués girl power. Female ran and a fantastic female team. Sorry guys. Here, you get expert care and most importantly, extra special attention including a lengthy explanation with the doctor about all the ins and outs of your mouth. She also does a medical check—checking lymph nodes, your bite, clenching etc. You never feel rushed. They take their time here to help you understand the diagnoses and the cost breakdown prior to any work being done. Their dental hygienist, Rowena is fantastic! You don’t have to worry about bringing in your own towel to wipe down your face afterwards. Quite the contrary. She’s cautious, explains the procedure prior to using her tools, and you get to watch a show on tv up close and personal instead of staring a a blaring light. Just be mindful of what you watch because I had the pleasure of watching a food show, with all the salivating, I was thankful for the suction. Mesa Dental takes away the uneasy feeling of having to go to the dentist. It’s very relaxing there. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They treat you to a parting gift of much needed items to care for your teeth. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Browner (and now Dr. Kelsey) and her staff more.

I was a patient at my previous dentist’s office for almost 10 years, but over the past year, the experience took a serious turn for the worse. When I declined fluoride for health reasons, they became increasingly disrespectful, which was the final straw. I knew I needed to find a new dentist—one who would respect my health choices, think outside the box, and actually listen to my concerns. That’s when I found Dr. Browner through the IAOMT directory, and I’m so glad I did!

From the moment I walked in, I could tell I’d made the right decision. Dr. Browner is the complete opposite of my last dentist. She took the time to thoroughly examine my health, performing the most extensive oral exam I’ve ever had, including checking for signs of cancer. She went over my x-rays and photos with me, pointing out things she didn’t like—something my previous dentist never did. My old office was always rushed, and the team barely took the time to explain anything.

Another huge relief was how fear-free this office is. I suffer from ADHD and claustrophobia, so dental visits are usually anxiety-inducing, but this time I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. No rushing, no feeling like just another patient—they truly made me feel cared for.

I’m so thankful to IAOMT for helping me find Dr. Browner. I finally found a dentist who not only respects my lifestyle but actually listens and takes my health seriously.

Disappointing experience, had a crown replaced and the next day it fell out. Went back and it took 3 1/2 hours to get it fixed due to the dentist knocking off another tooth. Staff is extremely rude and they try to over charge their patients by always doing an exam and x-ray every time I get my teeth cleaned which is every 3 months, in my opinion not necessary just a money grab!

Since we moved to Las Vegas, we have had so many difficulties in trying to explain my husband's retiree insurance (it's local to a few midwest states) AND now he has secondary insurance through his new employer here. The front desk staff didn't look at me like I had a third eye, which let me know they were well versed in dental insurance. That had not been the case at our previous LV dental office and was one of the reasons we left and took our teeth to Mesa Dental.

You can absolutely believe the 5 star reviews! Dr. Browner and her staff are top notch from the front desk to the hygienists and beyond. Her office is very welcoming (free seltzers, coffee, tea, etc) and a bathroom stocked with all of the essentials, including a toothbrush and toothpaste to clean your teeth before your appointment. My husband really appreciates that since he is usually coming from work for his dental appointments.

Once you are in the exam room, they have even more items to enhance your comfort. A TV in the room plays pandora music, and you can watch Netflix while getting cozy in a blanket. You can even wear their noise canceling headphones! Need an eye mask, neck pillow, Advil or lip moisturizer? They've got that too! I would suspect this would be a great place for anyone on the spectrum that needs to get their teeth cleaned, fillings fixed, etc. The whole environment is very calming and it helps to have those comforts during what can be a stressful time for some. I can’t recommend this dental office enough. I am someone who has struggled with severe anxiety/panic attacks and agoraphobia where I could barely leave my house (I also avoided going to the dentist for over 10 years). Even though we have lived across town from Mesa I will make the drive because that’s how amazing they all are. Dr. Browner answered her personal phone on a weekend and took the time to hear my unique situation I was in and how terrified I was to be seen for the first time in 10+ years, so she opened her office to me on a Sunday when she’s closed to check out my tooth situation. Her and her assistant were SO kind, warm, and empathetic towards me. They immediately made me feel safe and comfortable with them. My emergency tooth situation was unfortunately not something Dr. Browner could do in her office, but she recommended me to the most amazing Oral Surgery center that took such great care of me and gave me, what felt like could be a nightmare experience, and was such an amazing one. Since then I had 9 cavities left that needed to be filled that Dr. Browner was able to help me with. She has the absolute BEST bedside manner, she genuinely and wholeheartedly cares about you on a human/soul level, your comfort and your experience. If you’re someone like me who avoids the dentist and easily has panic attacks having to go, trust me, she is the best doctor you could ever have. Also, her other doctor, Dr. RJ is absolutely amazing as well. I was worried when he had to do 4 of my cavities that he wouldn’t be as empathic and warm, but if anything he was so comforting, patient, sweet and helped me feel at ease the whole time. I also can’t say enough about her whole dental assisting team & staff. Everyone there always has a smile on their face, is so kind and helpful and makes me you feel like you have the absolute best people around you. I LOVE MESA DENTAL. Dr.Browner and her team have done an amazing job with my dental treatment thus far and am confident and have the peace of mind in knowing that they will continue to provide only the best in dental care. A great majority of my previous dental work was subpar and it was nice that I was met with empathy and understanding. Education of oral health is something that has been missing from almost every other dentist that I have been, but with Dr.Browner's thorough evaluation and explanation of the work that was recommended I was able to make the best informed decision for my long term oral health. So glad I found Dr. Browner and the team at Mesa Dental! I've been a patient for over a year now and had mishap where my front tooth chipped off one night last week. I immediately called and left a message after hours and had planned to call back first thing when they opened at 8am, but I received a phone call at 7:40am - 20 minutes before they actually opened. They were able to squeeze me in that same day with the other Dentist on staff and get a temporary tooth put on until my crown comes in. I can't thank you enough for being so accommodating and not hesitating to fix my tooth!

This is hands down the BEST dental office I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly nice, the office is impeccable and comfortable. The back staff and Dr. Browner are so considerate and thorough. I went in knowing my past dental work was sub par and my discomforts had lead to me not prioritizing seeing a new dentist. Not only did I feel like they were empathetic with me, they gave me such detailed education and talked me through the entire exam. The front scheduled me for all of my procedure appointments before leaving and I couldn’t be happier!

Mesa Dental is just awesome, seriously. Emily Browner and her team are the best—super professional and incredibly nice. They always make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of.

They recently spruced up the place, and the front reception looks fantastic now—super chic and really peaceful, which is pretty great when you're about to sit in the dentist's chair. My wife and I have been going here for years, and we totally trust them with our teeth. We're both about to get veneers, and we’re not worried at all because we know we're in good hands with Emily and her crew. If you need a dentist, check them out. You won’t regret it!

Best dentist I’ve been to so far in Vegas. I have had a lot of issues and had to see many different dental professionals since my root canal in 2019. Having been to 3 different general dentists and a handful of specialists, I can confidently say that you will be listened to here. The doctor sat down with me and was very patient. He listened to my story and walked me through the exam and was very understanding. For the first time I felt heard. I’m excited to be establishing care here and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone else looking for a dentist who cares!

I called this office wanting to set up an appointment since it was right down the street from my house and a friend had recommended it. I called and instantly thought “how friendly.” So she proceeded to tell me that they were going to be dropping my insurance they just didn’t know when, but I wanted to make the appointment anyways. Here we are almost two years later! Haha. I still dread when they won’t take my insurance anymore because I really like this place. Doctor’s and assistants are great, very personable. I’ve gotten cleanings, fillings, and cosmetic work done here and I haven’t had one issue! 12/10 would recommend!

My experience with Dr. Emily Browner was not a good one. I had a hole on the outside of my upper front tooth on one side (smaller than 1 mm by 1 mm) a pin size hole, enamel chip. The hole didn't even reach the dentin. The hole was in the enamel only, smaller than needle size. In fact, you can't even see the hole until it is pointed out. An X-ray didn't show any issue with the tooth. She ground the hole 6 mm by 6 mm and 3 mm depth in the tooth. She ground my tooth unnecessarily.

She recommended for me to have 14 fillings for my teeth despite that I have no pain, no sensitivity in any of them. The X-rays didn't show any cavities. I went to another dentist who recommended only two fillings are needed for my teeth.

My mouth, throat and stomach still bother me because of chemicals she used. It seems like her office didn't use enough water to remove the chemicals after working on my tooth.
