If I could do a zero I would’ve! My kids have been seeming dr.v since my oldest was a year old he is now 16 and youngest is about to be 10. Dr.v repeatedly called my kids “fat” told them they need to do sports as well as her two sons have asthma and they do sports! I believe it is so unprofessional saying that to children and why the children are present! You hear about children bullying children never a dr bullying children! The conversation was recorded. We will be looking for new pediatric doctors and be taking the proper steps to ensure she keeps the “fat” jokes and comments to herself and not directly towards the children!

Dr. Carin and Dr. Villareal are amazing! I've only had Dr. Villarreal twice but she's an amazing doctor and is very outgoing and sweet. Dr. Carin has been with me since I was a baby and I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician! He always asks the right questions and is very understanding. He always commits to our concerns that my family may have and makes sure we get the right care we need.

En el día de hoy fui a dicha clínica ya que a mi niña le correspondían sus vacunas de los 4 meses al llegar salió un señor que debe de ser el mánager y nos dijo k ya ellos no nos iban a atender mas la niña , todo esto fue debido a k mi esposo les reclamó en otra ocasión anterior porque el doctor Mario Carin en una de sus citas nos dijo k si la niña presentaba algun problema de enfermedad que fuéramos que no teníamos que hacer Cita k solo le dijéramos a las muchachas del frente que le informaran y el la atendía pues la niña se enfermó y fuimos les explicamos y de ninguna manera quisieron buscar el doctor al mi esposo reclamarles ellas llamaron al mánager donde el señor tampoco quiso hacer nada y la niña era desesperada llorando conclusión primeramente las indicaciones de los médicos allí no se cumplen , es una clínica despota y racista ya que así nos trataron hoy porque si no iban a tender a mi hija al menos debían de haber avisado antes para buscar otra clínica y mi hija no perdiera en el día de hoy sus vacunas,

If I could give no stars I definitely would. I have been going back and forth worth them for nearly a month now due to be told wrong information. Every time I get someone new and I am told something different and what I am being told is not honored despite me having proof of the information given. Today was the absolute last straw. I spoke with Kayla who could not only answer my questions but was very rude to me over the phone. Yes, I was upset at the fact that I was given misinformation for the 3rd time but at no point did I raise my voice or was rude in return. If you do not know how to speak with people then you should not be answering the phone. Will not be going back!!!!

Very clean, professional, and super welcoming! Dr. Carin is very patient and he answered all my questions. I moved here from California and could not find a great pediatrician and I have been to two different pediatric clinics and I found Milestones Pediatrics. Dr Villareal is great at her job. She really needs to consider replacing the front office staff. No compassion. Rude, passive and just unprofessional. I have been bringing my kids here for over 6 years and still kept her as their physician even after moving across town. The front desk staff will be the reason why I’ll be looking for a new doctor for my kids and that saddens me. The Dr has even had to come out before to apologize to me for her staffs demeanor. The nurses in the back are always great as well. So if your okay with attitude and disrespect to get to greatness, then this is the place, unfortunately.

I was going to another pediatrician. I brought my concerns up to them . They told me all my concerns were normal . I knew within the second visit i would switch to another pediatrician. I found this doctor on google . For my first visit he actually sat down and heard my concerns . He noticed my baby making a noise and knew instantly what it was he observed my baby and noticed the rashes and told me what he had(etzema) the last doctor told me it was baby acne and it would go away . For the first visit i had a really good impression and I’m choosing to stay here

Buenos días, estoy algo impresionada con la respuesta que nos dio el personal de recepción al pedirle que queríamos que La Doctora Villareal (peditra de mi hija) nos digan que por tener síntomas de covid no pueden atenderle, me parece absurdo que nos digan q tiene si tomas de covid cuando en realidad no han visto al paciente para poder dar un diagnóstico, también nos informó que por el gran volumen de recién nacidos no están atendiendo a los pacientes con síntomas de covid y una vez más sorprendida por la falta de profesionalismo que mi hija no tiene covid solo q me gustaría q su pediatra ña cea. Deberían cerrar ese xo siktotio y dedicarse a lo q sabn .

Terrible service from the front desk named Crystal, I asked to speak to the manager named Edward Villarreal and he's as terrible as her, so negligent I brought my daughter sick twice the same day and they didn't want to see her because it was walk in, come on guys I could wait anytime I just wanted my daughter to be seen by the doctor, very bad service.

front desk not any customerservice. ifyou try to complain on them the management backs their attitudes up so no use if you are trying to complain you will not get anywhere.the girl up front never smiles and always has a mad face and just says sign in doesnt listen to what you are saying. they could use some happier people and not rude. this used to be a great office now it is too busy they really need to have both dr.s there or even another dr to help them since it is busy i had to keep going into like the er or quick cares and not able to see their actual dr. v or carin. i hope that they get better or im going to have to switch somewhere else because it seems like that they dont even care. barely started going here an i kindof regret switching to them.

I wish I would’ve found milestones pediatrics earlier, the staff there is literally the nicest. Dr Carin is the Best pediatrician I’ve ever met. My 3 kids love him & It makes it that much easier when my kids aren’t scared to go to the doctors & that’s often when you have asthmatic kids. Absolutely unprofessional. The rooms are nasty, dried snot and spit on the walls. You make an appointment and are sitting for hours like youre in the E.R. had to leave on multiple occassions because they literally took 3 hours. The Nurses take their time to do anything.

I absolutely love love love this Pediatrician office!! I have three kids, 2 are grown adults and one 6 year old, and this Pediatrician office is the best Dr.(both Dr.Carin and the female pediatrician, I forget her name) my children have ever had. Both Dr.'s are extremely thorough.....they are never hurrying you thru the visit and they actually really do care about your child. All the office staff are extremely professional and courteous. (And no I'm not related to anyone there or neither am I being paid to write this!!😁)

LLOOOVVVEEEE both drs here. dr Carin has seen my son since birth. My daughter dr V sees and both are EXCEPTIONAL drs. Always care about my kids and what they need. I have taken my son here many times. I have insurance with the state and my kids father has insurance with his job. We came in on a scheduled appointment and he needed steroids for his breathing. He could hardly breath at the time . They told me i owe a $60 Deductible to the insurance company that their father has and they wouldnt take him after a 40 min wait and they could have to me this over the phone when they were making sure i was going to be there. i had to rush to the nearest hospital and waited 2 hours to get what my son needed.

I've been going to this pediatrician for roughly 5 years, started with them when they were in the troppicana area and moved my kids when they moved to the Nellis area.Within that time I've change my insurance which normally isn't a problem.Today 5/8/17 it was, they've(my kids) seen the doctor since having my new Insurance UHC, and today when doing a walk-in which I was told was fine "wait shouldn't be too long" and agreeable it wasn't at first. The nurse/ receptionist told us it be $10 co-pay for my youngest son and my oldest son they told me they would have to call and check but was sure it too would be $10 as it's the same Insurance as my youngest son. I handed them the insurance card which is normal and they have serviced us before with this same Insurance. But today while waiting an hour was told they do not serve UHC. If they were aware they didn't serve that insurance why have my sick children wait to not be seen at all? What makes no sense is if you knew this why not have told me when I first gave them the card ? It says UHC on the front of the card. When asked why the change when my kid was seen last month; they replied that perhaps my insurance wasn't ran then and I was told to call my insurance provider for a new doctor in my network. I waited an hour for them to tell me something the could have told me in the first 10-20 mi Utes of me being there allowing me more time to get my kids to a doctor. SO DISAAPOINTED MY KIDS LOSE their childhood doctor.

Dr Carin is the best. He has been seeing all my kids since they were newborns (oldest is now 9, so I followed him from the lied clinic). He knows my kids names and all there issues with out even looking at his charts. If I have a problem he sees me same day (yes sometimes I have to wait but its not his fault, plus I don't mind when they fit me in last minute). To anyone who gives him a bad review you just didn't give him a chance and showed up on a busy day ( usually im in and out in 30 mins).

Anywho my baby is now 2 years old i just wish we can continue to go but i now have emo with cigna 😞 and i cant pay out of pocket. Hes very good at his practice though love the place.
