The appointment was a regularly scheduled one but I had a painful hip strain at that time & the provider took great care of me. She was filling in for my reg provider Kim. I think her name was Aline. I was very happy with my care.

Appointment scheduler was not knowledgeable about office procedures. She scheduled a procedure with an assistant when I needed a doctor order for it to be done. Couldn’t see me. Had to reschedule appointment for different day with the DOCTOR! Wasted my time and gas for a procedure that couldn’t be done. Please train your schedulers better. this is a HUMANA ISSUE, not the doctor problem. Dr rege and Kim Tatum are an excellent medical team
