The provider was professional, explained everything clearly, and the whole process took less than an hour. Clean clinic, friendly staff, and convenient scheduling. Great option if you need a fast DOT medical card exam.

When I needed a procedure my primary care doctor does not provide, the solution was Megan at Minute Clinic at Eastern & Horizon Ridge in Henderson, NV. So professional, pleasant. Job well done.

Megan Vergith, NP was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Even on a busy day, she took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and that we felt supported. It’s refreshing to meet a provider who truly cares and doesn’t rush you through. Very grateful for her help and professionalism.

I am hesitant to leave a review, we had SUCH a GREAT experiences here! Sharon Johnson was GREAT! My family, myself, my wife, and my sister in law are now using the MinuteClinic for our family medical needs, thanks to the CVS Pharmacy Staff, and Sharon Johnson!
Sharon was fast, friendly, explained our treatment, our follow up plan, and the meds we needed. She took just the right amount of time to hear our concerns/complaints and then addressed each one of them.
Both my wife and my sister in law have had bad experiences with medical professionals, and are "jaded" but Sharon won BOTH of them over...so much so, they now prefer to see her, over any other medical professional (unless it's a referral).
She made each one of us, feel: Seen, Heard, Appreciated, and valued as a customer also. I don't know what ya'll pay her...but it is NEVER going to be enough in our book. She made a super hard time (we were all sick) so much better, by just being her, going over and above to make sure each one of us felt seen and heard, and she took extra time with those of use who have medical issues that require a "slow and steady" explanation...without making them feel "less than" due to their medical issue. And at our age...that's a normal outcome when dealing with medical processionals these days. <3 We all think SHARON JOHNSON is the best!

I had an excellent experience with the medical provider at CVS. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and respect. The provider took the time to actually listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit.
I never felt rushed, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about delivering quality care—not just getting me in and out. The visit was efficient, thorough, and reassuring, which is exactly what you hope for in a healthcare setting.
I would absolutely recommend this CVS medical provider to anyone looking for convenient, reliable, and compassionate care. I’ll definitely be returning if I need care in the future.

I was in town traveling and in need of facial cream. I was pressed for time but have to really call out the manager who completly went out of her way to help me not just find what aisle it was in but helped me research exactly what would be best for my situation and even makes me through checkout for the fastest transaction to get me on to my way . That kind of customer service is fee and far between. I was in there Friday 11/21. I truly appreciate that kind of service , thank you .

This was very quick and convenient. I did not have to wait in line at an urgent care or make an appt with a pcp which can sometimes be months out. It was a quick in and out for my flu shot and TB test.

The PA is not good at posting specific time of appointment. She spend so much time from a 0840 to 0940 customer assessment. While having a 0910 and 0930 slots, she didn't consider time of schedule appointments where she claimed the person previous was for an 0840 appointment. What a lousy PA. I'm afraid that I didn't have the time knowing her name.

First time at a Minute Clinic and it was a great experience. Dr. Sharon was awesome and answered all my questions ( I had a lot of questions because I’m pregnant with my first baby and was worried about how being sick could affect him) She was very patient with me and friendly!

Yesterday I was helped by Sharon, the nurse and she exceeded my expectations. I ran into a problem regarding what I made an appointment for and she did everything she could to try to assist me. Sharon was so kind and respectful and I was just so surprised by her care, even though her treatment is exactly how each patient should be treated when needing healthcare. Rooms are clean, educational materials are provided, and you can complete forms online before coming in

kindness and patience from medical staff when you’re feeling awful goes such a long way and can really make you feel better. the clinic does have some technology based check-in processes etc. but there was also some paper forms. Nothing too intimidating if you’re not totally tech savvy. thank you ladies for making the best out of a crummy situation!

Made an appointment for my son for Covid-19 testing for 1130 am May 6, 2021. Got the confirmation email the day before and the text about 2 hours before the appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early in case any paperwork had to be filed. Waited outside as instructed, but no one showed up. Waited until 1145 and then called the minute clinic number and got redirected to some call center in the Philippines. Around noon went inside but no one would answer the door to the minute clinic. Asked the workers and the pharmacists but they were clueless. No call now show. If I did that at my job, I would get fired. But I guess Minute Clinic has much lower expectations.
Very bad experience and it just shows how inconsiderate Minute Clinic and CVS are towards their customers and their time.

Terrible. CVS says they give instant COVID 19 results. But this is a lie they d9. To give instant results. Don’t waste your time here. My employer needed a negative COVID test so I could return to work. This company never gave me any paperwork. Just a call saying I didn’t have COVID. Why not just give me a piece of paper or send this to me. Of course I knew I did t have COVID. I told them I needed paperwork. Still have received it and you can not talk to a live person if you call them.
Send the paperwork. Great that you call and tell me I do t have COVID but that doesn’t work for my employer. Why is it so hard to send a paper confirmation of the results.
I am totally disappointed with cvs. After This waste of time I absolutely refuse to do business at any cvs location.
I ended up goi going to another location got the results in about 15-30 mins. No hassles. Don’t waste your time here if you need a paper confirmation.

This place should not be called minute clinic... I have been here for more than 40 minutes and when I came in it showed me the wait would be 50 minutes. There is still a family ahead of me. The practitioner definitely takes her sweet time. Very slow...

I have visited Mi minute Clinic many times. I have never had a bad experience. The paper work they have to do is overwhelming and seems to take forever, but that is no fault of the practitioner. Sometimes the wait can be long, but that's understandable. Each practitioner has been thorough, treated me with respect and helped me get the correct medications.

I was not helped at all. Upon my visit I was not given real medicine. I called back a week later as my symptoms persisted. I was told to go to a different facility or the E.R. All I needed was simple antibiotics. Its overpriced and not helpful. Save yourself the money and do not go here. I wish I would've read the reviews before I came here.

I walked into the clinic @ 8:30 on a Wednesday morning. There was a patient being seen, and no one else in front of me. Wait time said 24 minutes. 1 hour later, the patient left, and I sat with my wait time saying “0 minutes” for 25 additional minutes before knocking on the providers door. She answered and nonchalantly told me that she was still helping a patient (?????) & that I would have to wait. I left at that point, after wasting an hour & 1/2 of my morning. Horrible service. Save yourself time, and go somewhere else.

The only reason I give 2 stars is because how convenient it was to be seen. But the PA who saw me was awful! She didn't let me get a full sentence out the whole time. She was also no help. Didn't explain anything or listen to all of my symptoms. I wil not go there ever again.

APN Chad Bullock was amazing!! Well worth the slight wait! I started not to go here because of all the negative reviews about him but my experience was the best I've ever had with a practitioner. He was thorough and took his time to explain my diagnosis to me and even showed me some pictures. Great personality and attitude. I wish he was a primary care physician because I would definitely make him my doctor.

The people writing the negative reviews have to be exaggerating, twisting words around, putting words into peoples mouth, or basically telling lies. I know because I work in customer service and many times this is the case when people don't get what they want. They tend to make stuff up acting out of emotions. Its too bad and too unfortunate. I have been to this clinic several times and so have my family and friends. We have all seen several different providers to include Chad Bullock, APRN. He was outstanding!! very polite and professional!! not only that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. In fact that is why I am on here posting today. He took care of me a couple days ago and was brilliant as always!! He has done a great job taking care of me and my family from common illnesses to routine care. Keep up the great work Chad Bullock!! I cant believe the rude comments about him! I hope he never has to read these negative comments!! What a great provider, but most of all what a great person!

I came to this site to find the name of the supervisor to report the rude, unprofessional demeanor of Chad Bullock. Then I start reading reviews and see others have had similar experiences. My wife went today, feeling horrible, and when she said our daughter recently had strep, he said condescendingly "did you make out with your daughter? No? Then you don't have strep." Then preceded to belittle my wife's symptoms and made her feel badly for even coming in. This is the second time we've had a weird experience with this guy. We've had very good experiences with others at this location, but this guy is the worst. My wife was literally in tears afterwards. Totally unacceptable.

My primary care physician was booked, therefore, I went to the minute clinic to get medication for my illness. The appointment process made waiting minimal when I arrived and when my APRN Chad Bullock called me in; he did a good job of assessing my condition and took care of my immediate needs and sent me to the pharmacy section to pick up my medication. It was so convenient to go to the doctor and have the prescription filled at the same place. I would consider this option in the future instead of going to my primary care physician and waiting for an hour in the waiting room and spending only 5 minutes with the doctor when I finally get to see him.

If I could rate this place, specifically Dr. Chad Bullock, a zero I would. He was unnecessarily rude to my husband because my 2 year old was crying. Dr. Bullock told my husband that he was wasting everyone's time bringing a crying child in because as long as she was crying he couldn't examine her. She was in for a cough that wouldn't go away. We told him that she has been in daycare for eleven months, and he basically told us the only way to cure her cough is to permanently remove her from daycare. After explaining that we are working parents and that isn't an option, he said well you gave me a problem and I gave you my solution. He was literally Googling possible causes of treatment for her directly in front of us because he said he didn't know what to do with a toddler because he, "Made it to 30 without having kids of his own on purpose." He had to go to Google to know what her vital sign numbers were supposed to be. He said her tonsils looked fine and sent us home with the instructions to give her rest. There isn't enough space here for me to type all of the rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional comments he made during this visit.
About three hours later we got her into her real pediatrician. She has a severe case of strep throat. Her oxygen levels were low enough has borderline bronchitis. And, her real doctor was shocked to see how big her tonsils were. She said they were practically touching and covered in that white stuff that appears when you get strep. The best part is on the paperwork provided by Minute Clinic Dr. Bullock wrote that her tonsils looked fine.

My insurance has us going to these minute clinics now, instead of a QuickCare. I was really surprised how well the visit went. You go in and sign up on a computer that puts you in a queue. It seemed like the Nurse Practitioner took about 15 minutes per patient (the one lady in front of me, and myself). When I saw her, she was nice, quick, and seemingly very efficient with how quickly she diagnosed and put all of the information in the computer. With my insurance, it was a $15 co-pay. When I was done, I had my meds from the pharmacy about 2-3 minutes later. I was back to my house in less than an hour after leaving. Not bad.

I waited almost two hours to be seen. When I finally made it in to be seen, I was told " oh we don't take your insurance ". Wasted two hours feeling terrible. I asked why they didn't have a sign saying what insurances they do accept--the lady politely told me they used to have a sign but higher up management made them take it down. I was so mad. The pharmacy takes our insurance so I just figured they do too. No one was ever around to ask.

I ARRIVED AT 8:30 AM... THE WEB SITE SAY'S THEIR HOURS ON MON., ARE 8:30 TO- I WAS FIRST IN LINE, SIGNED IN AT 8:36, AND THE COMPUTER ADVISED I HAD A 20 MINUTE WAIT. WHAT A JOKE 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATER, I WAS TOLD BY THE NICE LADY IN THE PHARMACY, THAT THE CLINIC WAS NOT GOING TO OPEN, AND THAT I SHOULD DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO ANOTHER CLINIC. IF YOU ARE SICK, THIS "AIN'T" THE PLACE TO GO FOR HELP, +THEY CHARGE $79.00. MAYBE THE NAME SHOULD BE CHANGED TO HOUR+ CLINIC, AND WE WON'T SEE YOU ANYWAY...... STAY CLEAR

I arrived at 9 AM, filled out the registration form, waited 20 minutes for a staff member to appear, while sick people around me sneezed and coughed. I had a sore throat and wanted to know what to take or if I was contagious. Finally, a nurse opened the office door and called me in. First thing I wanted to know was the cost, because I don't have insurance, and they don't post any prices outside.
I was shocked to learn it would be $79-99 for the visit with a nurse in a drug store! My own MD only charges $65 per visit, and he's qualified! I said no, thank you. That kind of money can buy many things.
