Was visiting from Cali to LV and was not expecting to feel sick . Unfortunately there is no Kaiser in LV/NV so Minute Clinic was the next best thing that thankfully was covered under my insurance . Very easy to make an appt . Was called in as soon as I got there . Received testing, diagnosis and medication all within 30 minutes of being there . Was not expecting to see a full blown doctors office inside a CVS so this was a really cool . Had a wonderful experience, Lea was nice, friendly and extremely helpful . Definitely made me feel better on my vacation during my time there .

The registered nurses at this location are awesome! I love the option to book an appointment online via the CVS app or just simply walk-in!

When I visit Las Vegas, and need a doctor, Minute Clinic has been very helpful. After going just twice, they are on a first name basis, caring, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I feel very confident with any of there doctors, and will always use them when needed.

I went to CVS for removal of ear wax, they punctured something and caused bleeding and infection, now on antibiotics but do not know if permanent damage was done, still under doctor’s care

The nurse was rude and dismissive. At first didn’t want to see me due to an upcoming appointment she didn’t know the time for, come to find out it was at that moment which the patient didn’t show up for so luckily I didn’t leave (kind of). I was there for an infected finger which she said wasn’t infected and then passive aggressively accused me of self diagnosing and reluctantly prescribed me antibiotics. My finger got worse overnight and I needed to use telahealth to get a topical antibiotic prescribed by an actual doctor who after a Quick Look at my finger could see it was clearly infected. The entire experience was not only uncomfortable but concerning that people might go here for real medical advice and get misdiagnosed or mistreated.

Lisa was my doctor and she was very professional. Everything was explained in great detail, and she is usually there Tues-Thurs for those who would want to see her. Only downfall is because she's so meticulous (assuming the last patient went the same way as me), these 10 minute appointment times should be staggered to 20. I was late going in and even later coming out, which is a testament to her interest in the patient.

Nurse Practitioner Lea Ramos went above and beyond with my treatment plan to manage hypertension. She went out of her way to help navigate around a unique insurance issue and get me the best care and tests needed. She has been an absolute pleasure to be around during my visits as well.

Avoid at all costs. The most disgusting and waste of time minute clinic in all of Vegas. Let me start by saying I should’ve left when my instincts were telling me to while I was waiting. Waited 40 minutes for my appt. And there was no cleaning of the room between patients. When I was finally called in I was asked to put on a mask… ok I get that but then the NP didn’t even put on gloves or use hand sanitizer after he was also opening and closing the door for patients. After waiting all that time he asks me if I had cash and that the card reader wasn’t working…. Like witaf? I waited 40 minutes for him to tell me I couldn't pay with the only form of payment that I had..He couldn't have told me that when he took the person in-before me? I asked him if there was an atm inside the CVS and he was like "I think so..." I told him I had a card don file and I was going to use that so we started the "exam". He took my blood pressure and temp and used the stethoscope on my back with my puffy coat on top of my hair. How can he possibly hear my breathing? After using the stethoscope he literally out of nowhere just touched my face and under my chin and asked if it hurt. NO gloves, NO hand Sanitizer or hand washing and no fair warning that he was about to touch my face. I couldn’t help but notice how unclean his finger nails were after I sat back down and kept thinking about the fact he had still not used hand sanitizer or washed his hands. I’m in utter shock this person has any sort of medical license. I initially went in to see what I had and thought I would get tested for the flu or Covid but at the point after the “exam” I didn't even want to ask for that, knowing he would prob have to swab me and I felt so disgusted by the hygiene of this office and this “nurse” that I didn’t want anything going inside my nose or mouth. I didn't think it would be no diagnosis and straight to prescribing me things. He prescribed me three things. Only one I had ever taken before (inhaler). Another being Prednisone!! A steroid, that's an immunosuppressant. Even I knew I didn't need that. The other he didn’t even tell me the name he just said “something for coughing”. Not sure why I didn’t say anything while I was there or why I even stayed. Probably the guilt of making someone feel bad and honestly I didn’t want to cause a scene but when I left I felt like I should’ve said something and felt scammed.. to top it off, it was $150 for NOTHING. When I left, the pharmacy was closed and the pharmacist was eating chips and on her phone in the waiting room in the exact chair I was sitting in and Im sick LOL. I had to wait in my car for it to open only for them to tell me it would take a whole hour to fill an inhaler prescription. I told him I didn’t need a steroid so I didn’t get the prednisone (scary that he even prescribed someone who is sick with an immunosuppressant). I’m home now and got no information on what I have or a prescription cause I couldn't wait an hour. Seriously annoying that I had to make time and leave my newborn baby for 2 hours for this and I had to pay for this awful experience. Wish I could get my time back.

One of the NP Ekwere who works here has 0% professionalism. I made apt at the 1st time slot of the day. The NP showed up 30 mins late with no apology and said one second in a rude tone. Refused to provide me with doctors note and said I have the common cold when all the other providers at the PCP I worked at said I have a more serious mycoplasma cold. Refused to provide me a doctors note when clearly I have I cannot function at work with debilitating persistent coughing and extreme fatigue.

Go to an URGENT CARE. I have chest congestion They gave me an augmentin prescription BUT only for 5 days. I’ve taken this for 5 days and need a refill but they WILL NOT refill it. I’ve never in all my years had an augmentin prescription for ONLY 5 days.
But they are only allowed to give out 5 day prescriptions. They do NOT have doctors. Don't waste your money, go to Urgent care.

I should have read the reviews. DO NOT COME HERE FOR MINUTE CLINIC!!! Lisa did not help me or want to even prescribe me antibiotics for the horrendous mystery respiratory infection I had, and she DISCONTINUED my birth control which was supposed to continue until June!!!! I called to ask why and the answering service stated Lisa said I agreed to it?!?! No way, Lisa the nurse practitioner or whatever her name is needs a new job!!!! And they expect me to make another appointment to fix this mistake! Do not waste your money!!

Worst experience with a doctor / physician i have ever had!! I left in tears, honestly don’t waste your money. Google is more reliable than this scam called a doctors office. Paid $200 for a strep test and got no diagnosis and nothing prescribed left just as confused as when I entered.

I just wanted to say thank you to Lea Ramos for being very understanding, kind, patient and friendly to me when I ran out of prescription refills with my provider and needed to urgently refill. She did a fantastic job and I am very grateful for all of her help.
I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and receive my medication literally 10 minutes after my appointment at the same CVS. The pharmacists were also very friendly and helpful. Again, thanks to all the staff for their hard work!

Should be called the “Hours Clinic”. The NPs at this clinic DON’T CARE. I scheduled a Friday appointment for a work physical and a PPD test. The on-site NP told me that she would only do the PPD test, and I’d have to come back Monday for the physical. Very rude woman. But she booked me a 40 minute appointment. I arrived Monday and there was a different NP. The appointment would not pull up, so he made me wait 30 minutes. He was initially packing boxes and ignoring me. Once I was back in the room, he realized that I hadn’t been given a the link to a form for the physical. This was perfect, because now he didn’t have to do the physical. He had me go back into the waiting area to fill out the form (super short, like 3 questions). He promised to bring me back in. I patiently waited 1 hr & 15 minutes. Last person left. I went in to check and he was making phone calls. He told me that he couldn’t see me anymore and that I’d have to come back tomorrow. 2 hours there for nothing! These people will happily waste your time!

Lisa Ymballa a pathetic excuse of a NP, Lets see she must have skipped dermatology portion of the books and ethics as she is rude to her patients and intimidating and her DX was completely off. Had to go to an ER to confirm the wrong DX (Diagnosis). A word of advice when you have a foreigner present as PT and someone is with them to explain the situation don't shut them up listen to what they have to say as the pt might not be able to fully describe the situation themselves.
