refused to give me a strep test, said i had meningitis. forced me to go to ER basically. i had strep LMAO! Yall need to listen, and yeah sometimes a stiff neck can be strep but your uneducated PA doesnt know that even though the customer kept telling them are you sure. NO YOU ARE NOT SURE! Just do the test asked for, give the medication requested. Even the more renowned doctors at the best hospital, thats where i went after, are gonna test for strep first LMAOOOOO

Walked in at 9:30am since they promote walkins. After using the app I’m aware of the schedule times so as someone who has worked in a office setting where walkins are worked in with the flow I was very off put by the fact the clinician prioritized later in the morning appointments who showed up early rather than the walk in who was about to pass out in the lobby due to breathing difficulties.

No need to reply- I walked out after the third person was called before me after I was sitting there over an hour.

I have just have the most appalling experience at the minute clinic here. Had appointment for 9.40. When i arrived i seen on of the nurses just pack up and leave. Found out she had an emergency so i understand. Got taken about 10 am with the other nurse practitioner gave her my form for my pre insurance check that i get done every year at minute clinic to be told i do t think we do these - had to tell her you do and check my file you will see i get this done here every year. She then said she had to call someone and left the room. Came bac in speaking with someone on the phone who had to direct her literally step by step on doing the finger prick to get blood and then the person on the phone was directing her how to get the blood from the stick onto the plate which she could not do she then said to person on phone im going to ask her to come back later. Hell your not - 1 i have been fasting and 2 what are you doing working here if you cant do a basic blood prick test. She then just said sorry as she was opening the door to get rid of me no sincerity or anything. My finger continued to drip with blood and i had to go buy a pack of plasters. I have made an appointment at another clinic so will see how that goes. Cvs you should be ashamed that you have such inadequate people dealing with peoples health issues.

Everytime I come to this cvs the restrooms are always down. 2 weeks ago. I asked a gentleman if they where open. He said no you can go across the street. Go across the street? I have to pick up my prescriptions and the line is long. But when I noticed there was no (out of order sign). I walked in and everything was fine in the restroom. This is not a way to treat customers. This is not acceptable to treat customers. Now the restroom is closed and once again long lines. People need to go call 800shopcvs and make complaints at this location.

The clinician was kind and thorough, personable and professional. We're dealing with a gap in our health insurance and she told me right away the price of the visit and how she can help. The room is clean and cool, she was on time and I left with what I needed.

I'm having a very unhappy experience with Minute Clinic LV that I thought I'd share as a warning. Their website indicates multiple insurances accepted, including my BCBS. BCBS allowed $70 as UCR towards my deductible from their $415 billed for cpt 99215 medium office visit. This amount seems reasonable as it was a 15 minute visit with the nurse practioner and her trainee. No labs, xrays or anything just checked my ears, throat & listened to my lungs; diagnosing an allergy.

Unfortunately, their out of state billing company is billing me for the entire $415 amount, not accepting the BCBS UCR amount.

I caution anybody thinking they may try MinuteClinic to be very careful regarding their balance billing practice and apparently misleading website of acceptable insurance.

Awesome experience. Didn’t realize the minute clinic did ear wax removal service. But went in for that and also got my Tdap shot while there with no issues. Set my appointment the day before got right in upon my arrival. Great bed side manner by the nurse on duty, her name started with an M and she’s from the Philippines…she was AWESOME! 10/10

We thought that our daughter had strep throat so we stopped by this clinic on our drive up north from California. We didn’t have an appt and they were about to close for the day, but the nurse practitioner kindly agreed to see my child and took time to answer our questions and concerns. They tested her for strep and also checked other things. I was extremely glad that the nurse did this for us since we were away from home and needed to make sure our child was ok.

Very clean, large waiting area. Check -in was easy, medical practitioner was on time. Patient was there for ear wax removal but it couldn't be completed because of the hardness of the wax. We will return after using products recommended by CVS

I took my mother to get her vaccination at Minute Clinic CVS and was lucky enough to get a walk-in appointment accommodated in about ten minutes. Jason was really patient and kind throughout the process and really went above and beyond to answer all of our questions.

one of the worst clinics i have been to. i had 1 appt and a follow up. the initial was great. Jason was phenomenal. However, the follow up was incredibly bad. the staff on duty was rude, ignored half of the people there, didn’t acknowledge me standing there for 2 straight hours. Would not recommend in the slightest.

I was scared by all of the reviews, but needed a quick appointment for some medication and it went perfectly well. I would definitely come back. A lot of reviews mentioned wait times so I scheduled the first appointment in the morning and I got in on time and out quickly. The NP Sarah Rhea was really nice and professional. I have zero complaints about this place or the staff.

Minute clinic doesn't take walk ins! We stopped in and there is absolutely NO ONE there but the attending physician or nurse and a manager... no patients at all!!! They would not take us cause they don't take walk ins and was told that there are people with appointments, the place was empty! No one was there! By the time a person with an appointment would have came in to check in we could have been taken care of! So ridiculous! The way the government and CDC handled covid really messed up every business and everyone has become pretty lazy.. I'm sure we can all write a book about how the CDC and government handled everything during covid!

I was here for a quick tb test and didn't even get it done because I waited for an hour, no one ever came out and reassured to let us know they'd be out. The guy that was in there was in there that whole hour, dude if you need that many services go to a doctors office! It's called minute clinic for a reason, for quick, in and out services. Second appointment here due to have to reschedule, NEVER ON time ...even if you're the only patient waiting and on time yourself.... So glad this is just for a job and not some where I have to come primarily.

I get the feeling that these workers are not considerate that patients/customers have other obligations in their day. Very very disappointing and needs worked on. Esp considering I used to work at a urgent care where it was actually CROWDED 24 7 and a wait time made sense...so far the excuses I've gotten are "I'm on the phone with IT my computers acting up" ummm paper charting? Now today "let me finish up something really quick" what ?! I booked as the first appointment of the day so I can get in and outta here.

Whoever's reading this IF you have alternative options for your care please consider them because this is not it.

Went in with Cold-Flu symptoms... Waited about 45 minutes for the Physician's Assistant to say that they do not give antibiotics and to let the illness take its course. Certainly did not need to go there for someone to tell me that I was sick!. Went to my MD the next day and he got me antibiotics and an a decongestant and symptoms were almost gone in 48 hours. Waste of time and money.

Went for a physical for a research study last minute, but couldn’t get it here because the lady couldn’t read the paper explaining what it was for. Wouldn’t let me talk or explain anything. Just left a different CVS all done with my physical same paper work and the lady thought it was a kool study.

After waiting 2 hours, with no one in front of me, for the lady to hear me coughing and give me a mask then tell me they don’t accept my insurance and it would be $130! That’s just insane! She could have said something to me like, “maybe try this other place” or “here try this over the counter medicine sorry you waited so long”.... ANYTHING IS NETTER THEN NOTHING! Big waste of time. She seemed like a joke doctor anyway. Oh and they don’t accept culinary and that’s the price before she even asked me why I was there!

Coming from a health care background, my fiancé decided to go to the minute clinic for what appeared to be possibly a dermatitis. We decided to stray away from the ER because it wasn't a serious issue. The APRN couldn't come up with any educated explanation to what she thought my fiancé might have. She simply responded with "I don't know what it is, you are going to have to follow up with a doctor". Very disappointed with the medical expertise of this so-called medical profession.
