Best concierge doctors office ever! I can usually get an appointment with a doctor whether in-person or tele-conference. They provide blood draw services, prescriptions from their office and beyond stellar doctor services. Amazing office with truly caring people running this location. You are not a number but a person. They remember your name which is a biggie for me. I highly recommend this medical setvice.

Is there an option to choose more than five stars? MK Medical is very unique as in they are very, very thorough about your health. I have been going to Dr. Moon for years and will continue to see him, Todd, Tami, Toni and Mimi. From the time you walk into their beautiful medical facility you feel like royalty. I have NEVER waited in the waiting room, they call you back immediately and begin working their magic. We have been on a first name basis since day one. They dive into all your medical needs, answer all your questions and/or concerns and get a plan together that you are both happy with. Let me start by saying DR Todd and his wife are awesome but the other doctors wife whom supposedly has a degree in financing is not ok... My wife called because she had a question about medication she was taking while we did have their services and Mrs Moon decided to charge my wifes card WITHOUT her consent! So after a very heated argument then sent my wife a check for the wrong amount and with our last name spelled incorrectly making the check worthless! Also prior to use moving and prior to our company ending our obligation early with MK we had asked several times so were good right and they had told us yes it will be charged the next month, just because your system through our bill into the archives is not our problem!!! Then you want to charge us unauthorized a year later after we called about a general info question? Thats pretty shady!!!

When Dr. Moon took me on I was a basket case. I honestly feared that I could die from my condition. He quickly and methodically has been picking apart my ailments and treating them individually. It's rare to find a Dr. thats treatments are custom and aggressive. If you are reading this you likely have experienced the Drs. that work for your insurance company. The extremely long wait times and their unavailability. You don't get that with this office. In the last four months they got me in either the same day or within a few days. Their expense is minimal and the level of care is unheard of. If you are sick and tired of the long waits and subpar care give them a call. They are amazing!

As a busy business owner it could be frustrating making an appointment with a physician and sitting around a waiting room for an hour just to get 5 minutes with the doctor. At MK medical you're treated with respect for your time and your medical issue. Dr. Moon and Todd are happy to spend time with their patients explaining their diagnosis until you're satisfied with the answers. They are amazing.
