I’ve seen Dr. Gandotra twice now and have had such a great experience both times. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and the office itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

I originally came in because I’ve been dealing with TMJ issues, and I really appreciated that Dr. Gandotra took the time to explain everything to me and immediately got me started with a night guard before jumping to more invasive options or sending me for surgery. He explains what he’s doing and why, which makes such a difference and made me feel very comfortable with the plan moving forward.

I’ve honestly never been someone who stayed with the same dentist long term, but after only two visits I already know I plan on staying with Dr. Gandotra and his office. My boyfriend was so impressed just hearing about my experience and seeing how well the office is run that he wants to switch dentists too. Definitely recommend Dr. Gandotra and his entire staff!

Dr.G is amazing he made me feel heard about my biting down in my sleep and gave me solutions instead of dismissing it like other dentists. I love coming to Dr. G ! I used to be terrified of the dentist but he has made me feel extremely comfortable coming to the dentist. He explains everything thoroughly and is incredibly knowledgeable. He walks me through every procedure before he does it and while it's happening. Going to the dentist sucks because you have no control over anything happening and you can't see it. I used to be scared of going to the dentist. I had a dentist before it took me 9 months to get crowns in front of my teeth because it was painful. I wish I would have known that Dr.Gandotra was 5 minutes in walking distance. Boy I'm going to tell you that first I was nervous and I'm going to tell you now every time I have an appointment I'n Never Scared I will go to him Faithfully in any need I ain't scared or ain't nervous my blood pressure don't go high I love him. This dentist is awesome and dually certified too,
Dr Gandotra has an excellent bedside manner, he talks with you and not at you.
He's gentle, polite and communicates to his assistant and Lucy at the front desk with respect. An important point is that Lucy doesn't try to upsell you and that's a big difference between other dentists offices.
The reminder text they send are very specific and allows you to communicate clearly with the office.
I highly recommend this practice, this dentist is highly educated and skilled,

Well after retirement we were getting our dental work done in Guadalajara with some good dentists .Now that Mexico is getting so dangerous we had to find a good dentist here in Las Vegas . Well we hit the jackpot . Dr Vivek Gandotra is an exceptional doctor and that staff is the best . The dentist has a lot of experience from working at other big outfits and now he has this private practice . There is a lot of pride in his business and his work . I had 2 appointments now at Mountain Crest Dental and I am so happy I found Dr. Gandotra and his team! This is the first cleaning I've had in over 15 years where I didn't leave with my gums bleeding. Dr. Gandotra filled the cavity I had and I was able to complete the appointment without numbing. That's how great he is at his job. I had no pain or discomfort. I wandered in this place 2 years ago. I was searching for a "real" dentist and indeed found one here. Mrs. Lucy is warm and kind. She always has a smile for each and every patient. Maria and Alma always ensure you're comfortable during any treatments. But, Dr V he is the ABSOLUTE BEST DENTIST in Vegas!!! At my first appointment I knew I had work that needed to be done. He explained everything to me and didn't judge me like most. Through his care and kindness I was able to save all 32 of my teeth and restore my smile. He's not the kind of provider that's all about a dollar. He's all about your dental health and the best way to get you on the right tack.

They started as my dental team and became my family!!!

Dr. Gandotra and Maria have performed a number of treatments on my teeth, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, and even an extraction. Each of these procedures was done with supreme care and excellent friendly manner. Luci at the front desk is so helpful and accommodating. Switching from my old dentist to Mountain Crest Dental made me a little nervous, but the good doctor and his staff take great care of me every time. If they are in your network, give them a try!

Small things I like about Mountain Crest Dental: Dr. Gandotra uses anesthetic very well; I'm hard to numb up but he's gotten it right every time. The doctor and staff are very frank about treatment options and cost and helped develop a plan that worked for my needs. They are open until 6 PM, which helps my schedule quite a bit. The office is nice and clean, and the patient's chair is comfortable. The staff is friendly and easy to joke with; that's a big plus for me.

Dr. Gandotra is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable in the chair! He has a gentle hand-usually minimal to no pain when he has to get you numb. He explains every step if he feels you are nervous. Getting fillings and a cleaning done has been a great experience, almost little to zero pain with no recovery time needed. Great dental office! I have had a bit of dental anxiety since I was a kid, but everyone here was very good about making me feel at ease. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor was kind, easy to talk to, and professional.

Costs for treatment were discussed and outlined clearly upfront! This is huge. No one tried to pressure me into anything I couldn’t afford.

The dental cleaning was amazing (ultrasonic), and not painful at all. I was very happy that they were able to get rid of some stubborn stains from my unfortunate caffeine addiction.

Just very pleased to have a great dental office in my neighborhood. I will be recommending Mountain Crest and Dr. Gandotra to friends in the area.

I have finally found the best dentist in Las Vegas! Today was my second visit, and when I walked in, I was greeted and addressed by my first name. My front bottom teeth were so bad, I didn't think they could be saved, but Dr. Ganddotra put on 2 temp crowns today, and I have more to go. EVERYONE there is so friendly, and you can really tell they care about you as a person. Dr. Gandotra is not only the dentist on duty, he owns the business, so you know he will always do a good job to keep his patients coming back. I always dread going to the dentist, but not now! Please, do not hesitate to come to Mountain Crest Dental. It's in a great location no matter where you live in Las Vegas. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I sure would!

Dr. Vivek Gandotra works wonders. I came to Mountain Crest Dental as a new patient with a tooth that could not be saved and should have come out in pieces. Dr. Gandotra was able to figure out a technique to get my tooth out in one piece. I was so nervous and he made the whole experience seemless and easy.
