I live in New York and see an orthodontist there. While I was visiting Las Vegas, one of my Invisalign attachments fell off the day before I was leaving for London and w/o that attachment, my rubber bands weren’t working properly.
I drove all around town to at least five different orthodontic offices, and every one of them told me they couldn’t put a new attachment on because they weren’t my primary orthodontist. Luckily, Mountain View and Dr. Guirguis were so kind and offered to help me.
When I called, I told them I was happy to pay, but when I got there they said it was free of charge. That was such a kind thing to do, especially with how stressed I was about leaving for London the next day. The attachment is still holding strong months later! The office is also super clean and cute. I can’t thank them enough!

i came in here to get my braces done after doing them abroad (my home country), my past orthodontist was a nightmare and i legitimately couldn't eat anything without a bracket breaking everytime, it was horrible, i had to go back every couple of weeks. ever since i started with dr. guirguis, my treatment was always smooth and quick, it felt like a breeze. my friends had nightmare experiences with braces and their retainers after, but with mountain view orthodontics, it was anything but those things. i'm now confident with my smile for the first time in my life, and im glad i had something that was so important to me entrusted into this place. i definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs braces, and i know for a fact when my sisters get a little older, they'll be coming here for braces too :)

I was looking for the best place to start my Invisaling treatment, but I'm so sorry I chose this place because they only saw me as a dollar sign as soon as I paid off the treatment. They wanted to stop the process. I got upset and explained that they weren't ready yet. The office said, "Okay, another 3 months." The 3 months went by, and I still wasn't ready. And yet, they removed them the retainers, only lasted a week. The quality was very poor and they started to break. I called about buying new ones, and they told me they were $350. I don't recommend this office at all. They treat you well while you're paying and when the treatment is over. They just want to get you out as quickly as possible because they're no longer making a profit. They don't care that in the end, the work wasn't done well and still needed to be fixed.

I am getting double jaw surgery out here in Las Vegas but I started my braces journey in Colorado and did not want to switch orthodontist because I didn’t want to Fully repay. I had gotten my surgery date at the beginning of this week and needed to get surgical hooks to be placed. my orthodontist called Mountain View orthodontics and asked if he could help me out, and he said absolutely and had me in by the end of the week to place them for me!! The office is very clean and put together well! I am beyond grateful that they helped me out without even thinking twice! I've been going to this orthodontist for appx 18 months and they have been wonderful. They get me in and out quickly, and they are always patient with me when I'm not following protocols properly. I resently lost my retainers and my teeth moved around a bit, and they were happy to get me scanned and get retainers at no additional cost because I was still within my contract. I broke my retainers and immediately went online to look for an orthodontist to get a retainer made. Mountain view orthodontics came up and after reading some reviews I decided to give them a call. The lady I spoke with who made my appointment got me in as soon as possible. They scanned my mouth made my mold and handed me my retainer next day since I did go in a bit later in the day to get the scan. The doctor checked my bite to make sure my teeth didn't shift in the few days my retainers were broken. Thank you guys for the short but great experience.

This place is amazing!! We were visiting from out of town for a soccer tournament when my son’s bracket on his braces broke. He was very upset because it was uncomfortable and he couldn’t eat. I jumped on Google to see if there was an orthodontist nearby who could take a look at him. The first few places I called said they wouldn’t see a patient that wasn’t their own or the orthodontist didn’t work on Fridays. After doing some further digging I came across Mountain View Orthodontics who had a great rating and really good reviews. I called hoping they could see him and help. The doctor was out to lunch when I called, but I was told they would ask the doctor after lunch and call me back. To my surprise, not only did I receive a call back within 20 minutes or so, they said they could see him right away.

We were greeted by very kind and helpful team members when we arrived. They took my son back after only a short wait. As they worked on him I was given an update that he actually had two broken brackets and a wonky wire. They could have just removed the brackets and sent us on our way, but they were able to put both brackets back on and deal with the wonky wire. They most certainly didn’t need to take so much time and give such thorough and thoughtful care to my son as we are just passing through, but they did. I would highly recommend Mountain View Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist. If they are this amazing with a family just passing through, think how amazing they are for their own patients! If I lived in Las Vegas, Mountain View Orthodontics is where my boys would go. If you need an orthodontist I recommend them because they are really understanding and accommodating. They really do try to schedule you whenever is good for your schedule not theirs.
Also, I switched employers during treatment and they worked with my new insurance to continue coverage for my treatment since I am on a monthly payment for my braces (this was done on their behalf with 0 hiccups.)

On top of that, all staff is extremely personable and kind, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’m already recommending them to my friends who are interested in braces!

Many of us know that braces can be very expensive and insurance companies often pay a small portion of that cost. I live in Alaska and was in Vegas at the time when one of the buttons came off. What an uncomfortable feeling. I began searching the for local orthodontist’s that could quickly replace it. I came across the listing for Mountain View Orthodontics and called them. They were able to get me in and immediately replace the button. They are willing to work with you on monthly installments getting the work that you need done. I had to cancel a couple of appointments because I caught Covid really bad and was bedridden (not that you need to be bedridden to not see an orthodontist when you are extremely contagious)
I rescheduled for this week, even paid a large deposit to see them, we had a miscommunication about the date that it was scheduled (I was under the impression it was Thursday, they were under the impression it was Wednesday), so they said we could move it to today, I told them I’d TRY to get out of work early to make it but I do have work at that time, and they said it was fine and to let them know… and I ended up held a little late due to an emergency at work. I called to let them know I was running a little late, and they said they wouldn’t see me anymore because ‘how could they know if I’d get sick or have work if they tried to treat me in the future?’ They held me catching Covid and being unable to come in against me. They referenced it multiple times. I asked if they wanted me to come in when I actively had Covid? Terrible customer service. It’s also my birthday today so between the emergency at work today and this, talk about a terrible experience. They clearly don’t value what their patients are going through and don’t deserve your business.

I have been with this Ortho for almost a year now and I have ZERO complaints. It's rare to find a good doctor AND a good staff in any medical field. I have had nothing but good experiences with each staff member there. They are incredibly nice and go above and beyond. Just yesterday I was completely out of elastics but wasnt going to be able to make it to the office on time to pick them up. They offered to leave them in an envelope outside for me. I’d give this team 10 stars if I could. Long story short I’ve put my Damon braces in Europe. Unfortunately I got a broken hook that holds my elastics, which I need in order to get my bite fixed. I got anxious and shared my concern with a friend of mine who is a patient of Mountain View Orthodontics. She made a call. Next thing I know I had an appointment in less than 24 hours. Ryan, Lauren and Doctor Guirguis were just simply super cool and absolutely professional at the same time. Got in and out in 10 minutes. My new hook was installed free of charge.
These type of gestures are less and less common in these funky times that live in. Huge thank you! Definitely the place to go for braces. Btw they’re doing Damon braces. That’s the best option you can find today!

Love this Business. My family and I have been with them even when management changed a couple years back. The staff is always friendly, Doc is amazing and knows what he is doing. The whole staff is in great rythem with eachother and it shows through their teamwork. Only thing is Doc is not in Thursdays so makes it difficult to set appointments since I have a strict workplace, but nonetheless they work with you to get you checked and off with a smile.

We were visiting from out of town for a gymnastics meet. My 13-year-old had an odd bite of overcooked concession stand waffle fries and bent her wire so severely that it caused instant pain. By Saturday morning, she felt her teeth were already shifted and she was in more pain than the night before. We called Mountain View and they were able to squeeze us in immediately, and right before they closed... on a Saturday. It was a 5 minute appointment and they had us back on our way! One of my goals since I was growing up is to have the perfect smile. I did not have the luxury of getting braces as a kid, so straight teeth was something I always wanted. I was told many times I have a great smile, but I was always self conscious about my teeth— closed mouth smiles in photos and covering my mouth while I’m hysterically laughing was automatic. I've been using invisilign at Dr. Alpan's orthodontist office. I've recently finished my treatment and it took about 2 years and I am very happy with the results. The only negative thing that I could say is that Dr. Alpan does travel between Vegas and California so with my crazy work schedule it was difficult to reschedule when I needed to without waiting quite a few weeks. With that said, everyone in the office is really nice and try their best to accommodate us.

I called this office to schedule a new patient appointment. I inquired about the orthodontist being "in network". The lady who answered the phone assured me they accepted my insurance. I again asked about "in network". She refused to confirm. I asked for the spelling of the orthodontist's name, she provided. I asked how come it is not showing that on my insurance website. She told me, "Well, you can call somebody else. I dont know what else to tell you." I replied, "I know I can call someone else, but Im asking YOU about being "in network". I was so appalled by her comment, I did what she said. I called somebody else. I suggest you do the same.

Update: Same lady called me today to tell me she did not say call somebody else. She said I said contact another provider. LOL. What’s the difference? People love to lie. Just admit you were frustrated and didn’t know how to handle the conversation. I again stated I will never contact their establishment again.

I had both of my daughters treated with him. I don’t recommend this office because my youngest daughter had a Phase 1 treatment and her final retainer broke, due to the bad quality of the material. We went back to the office and the doctor wouldn’t order another one, because he said that she will need her brackets one more time. And I just found out that they used all the benefits of my insurance, and i have to pay for her next treatment. Now her teeth are all shifted

I absolutely LOVE Mountain View Orthodontics! I decided to get inner braces (Inbrace) and feel so confident in my decision! I was walked through all options that I could take in correcting the shaping and movement of my lower teeth and was also shown by Dr. Nadim how my smile would look after having them for less than a year. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision that i didn't like, and i felt like i was actually being taken care of. My procedure went smoothly! I was in and out within an hour and a half, and Dr. Nadim made sure my bite was good as well as the braces in place. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and it was great. My teeth look fantastic and I am satisfied with the results! I'm glad I corrected my bite and alignment through Dr. Alpan. Following the suggested wear time and the routine adjustments, I was able to finish sooner than expected. Love my smile!

Janelle is amazing.

I was having an insanely difficult time with my current ortho (NOT with Mountain View). My daughter's tooth expander came off one of her teeth last night (Thursday 7/14/2023), but was still attached to the other. This caused her an intense amount of pain, as well as preventing her from being able to eat.. I called our current orthodontist to secure an emergency appointment to fix or remove the expander, and I was informed that she could not be seen until Thursday 7/21/2022. Obviously, this was not okay as she cannot eat and is currently in pain. They were extremely dismissive and got off the phone advising the ortho supervisor would contact the orthodontist to seek clearance from him to fix or remove the expander. From there, I did not hear anything back for over an hour. Being a concerned parent, I started looking into other options and locations - Mountain View Orthodontics was the first to pop up, and I'm so thankful it did. I sent a message on the site asking if they could help my situation, and I was called by Janelle almost immediately. Due to the stress, I was highly emotional and broke down on the phone with her about what was going on. She took the time to listen to me and offer help. Though Mountain View could not directly help due to my current contract for ortho through Medicaid at my current location, Janelle went completely out of her way to contact the ortho I am using to see why this was not getting resolved. Within an hour of speaking with Janelle and her reaching out to my current ortho, they called me back advising they could see my daughter today to get her expander either repaired or replaced. I credit this fast turn around entirely to Janelle, as they were completely fine having her wait a week before she called. I will absolutely be looking into relocating all of my orthodontic care to this location after this! I appreciate you and your staff so much!

Dr. alpan dose a really good job, everyone is very friendly and im excited with the way my teeth are looking. I love the way they handled putting my braces on (i got the top on, then the bottom about a week later) really helped me with the pain so i didn't have to deal with the top and bottom in pain at the same time, like my friends who have treatment at other places

If you have an emergency issue with braces during your holiday the MountainViewOrthodontics in LV are the right place to go! They are profesional people with orthodontic practical knowledge that in amazing simple way resolve your braces problem. My 15 years old son was in pain because of wound caused by braces’ wire. Seamingly Straight was hired to install some Custom Murals for Mountain View Orthodontics. I was able to watch this group of workers interact with patience and each other. This group of people act more like an extended Family. They work as one unit...each person helps their co-worker while they are doing their own tasks. Dr. Nadim Guirguis is the most gentle Soul you will ever meet. I even got the Honor to meet his Father. Like I said this is a big Family working together. They way they talk to their patience with sincerity and care is refreshing. I was there for several days. If you want an Orthodontist with Amazing people .... I suggest you call Doctor Nadim and see for yourself.

I have had my Damon braces on for 24 months and even though my wish is to remove them, Dr. Alpan assured me that the wait for several more visits (final phase) will be worth it. I recently relocated to another state and traveled to see him to get an update on my results. The outcome was positive and I thank him and the staff who always make me feel good and keep me focused on what is important. Getting the smile i deserve. Next visit June 13th!
