UPDATE::: First meeting was the best. after that Doctors go home or wherever way before 5pm (closing time) and they give you the run around!! you can’t get a hold of anyone besides the front desk that could not answer any questions that I have besides transferring calls knowing all doctors have all gone for the day smdh!!!

So much have changed since Dr. Ramos left. He made sure all his patients were taken care of and was always available to answer questions.

There are clearly haters on this page. My first day here, walk-in patient and the staff here have been nothing but fabulous and accommodating. right off the gate, they helped me out and the service was good. i am a walk in patient and I didnt have to wait 2 hours to be seen. Dr Ramos, the front office staff, medical assistants were all so nice and generous. i recommend this NEM over any other office. a++++ 5 star rating here.

This medical facility having a 3.5 star rating is absurd. I've never received such excellent patient care. The front office was bright and efficient, the Medical assistant was pleasant and lovely, and Jimmy Ramos their N.P. was thorough and extremely helpful.

I never leave review's but they deserve recognition.

This place lists on my insurance as a Dr. Office and I was looking for a GP. It's a sham. They only have a P.A. They booked me like I was going to a GP. I went in to renew my anti-anxiety medicine for flying and get a prescription sleeping pills and do a regular physical and meet my new GP and I got prescribed --an Antihistamine-- For a critical fear for flying to replace my over 3 year old prescription for an anti-anxiety med (had the bottle in hand to prove it). Thank god I had some of my old medicine. Don't go to this place unless you live in the neighborhood and need urgent care.

I came in with a scheduled appointment (not walk in) and my name wasn't called for over two hours. When I finally met with the doctor he came off rude and made me feel very uncomfortable with the comments he was making. He told me that I was sitting on his desk (which wasn't a desk) all I seen was 2 doctor beds with the roll out paper on them in the doctor room, so how was I suppose to know which one to sit on? He automatically assumed that all I wanted was pills which was totally not the case. I came in to get assistance with LOA paper work so that I can take a little more time off work after my mother passed away. I was already going through enough at this point and I did not need ANYONE talking to me or treating me like that. I changed my PCP so fast...

The first I came to this clinic I had been seen by Jimmy Ramos he was over all pretty much a good Dr. I came today I haven't been seen in awhile I had many concerns of my health. Ive had tonsillitis in the past, my tonsils are very inflamed and I've been in a lot of pain. I had seen doctor Lily lero, it was my first time having her she did not even let me explain my concerns she took a quick look at my ears and throat she did not let me speak she kept talking over me she said my tonsils aren't inflamed, when clearly they are inflamed , then towards the end she's telling she's giving me paperwork to get lab work done and she said if there was anything specific that I wanted to be tested for I said no she said "what about STD's?" I feel very offended and belittled, I certainly would not recommend this doctor to anyone. It was very important to me today to be seen and I did not get the correct care needed.

Terrible place over 1 hour waiting just for them to put me in a room and wait another hour maybe more , NP just saw me for about 5 minutes maybe less didn’t even let me explain why I was seeing them, gave lab order that I did over 3 months ago and until this day I haven’t heard from them 👎🏼😡

I really like this place the wait time may seem long but it is perfect for me. The clinic I used to go to was good but I had to wait like 5 hours to get called in the. 30 minutes for the doctor to go into my room it was very annoying and here it’s not like that and they are very nice and friendly as well.

I’ve been following Dr. Jimmy Ramos for years from place to place. Very happy with him, he know his job, he is very profesional in medical feald. The office in general is very clean and stuff is profesional, fast and care full:).
To some of the negative comments bellow, when you go to a Walk In Clinic you should know better it’s not going to be in n out, you have to wait!!!
Definitely recomen this family practice. Everyone stay healthy God Bless, hopefully you never need to see a doctor, but if you do for some reason, NEM Medical is the place to go.

I called the office yesterday July 30 at 545 asking if I can come In and get shot records and if I can have a health statement filled out, Jeanette the MA told me sure as long as I make it in before 6pm. When I arrived Jeanette was mopping the office and the other MA informed me the doctor had left but she could still print my shot records for my son. I asked the MA if she could just make a copy of the health statement and have the doctor fill it out first thing in the morning and give me a call or the daycare once faxed over. I called the doctor this morning 9:15 7/31 asking if the doctor had came in Yet and Jeanette informed me he didn't come in until 930 by this time I'm already running late to my first day of work so I just go straight up to the office and wait on the doctor. It's not 1009 the doctor had came to the front of the office and I had to grab his attention in order to get him to fill my son's health statement out. He then asked Jeanette to give me a notice for my job and she still took her sweet glory time. So much for understanding your patients and being empathetic towards my sense of urgency . Jeanette is the rotten apple of this establishment, thanks Dr Ramos for getting me out your hair when asked.

Coming into this clinic you instantly feel comfortable because the staff and doctors are friendly. Was blown away the first time I went in and have enjoyed going in since. Nothing like the hospitals that have doctors who make you feel like you're a waste of time.

Like the fact that you can walk in, but there's a long wait to be called you can't make an appointment and some of the staff don't know what they're doing. The one staff that did know didn't help the one that didn't. No unity in the staff working together

El doctor esta bien,atento y se preocupa por el.bienestar de uno...perooooo el lugar no esta bien pocas sillas.donde.sentarse y incomodas son sillas de fiestas creo que para ser una clinica no estan bien,el.baño siempre esta bien sucio,las ventanas parece lugar abandonado bien sucias nada de un buen igiene y mantenimiento,muy sencillo mi recomendacion es que se vea.mas.moderno arreglado que paresca clinica no cualquier lugar publico....
