Maria helped me get answers relating to an insurance issue. She was professional and and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at this office starting with Maria at the front desk, to Addie, the X-ray technician, to Dr. Paez himself. A picture truly is worth a thousand words—the detailed images Addie took helped me clearly see and understand the problem with my bridge. Dr. Paez took the time to show me why and how it needs repair, explained why the problem developed, and pointed out other areas that need attention.

After the examination, Maria reviewed the costs with me and wrote down what additional information I needed before another appointment could be scheduled.

The entire team was warm, courteous, and professional. I felt informed and well cared for, and I highly recommend Dr. Paez and his staff.

I had an awesome experience at my routine cleaning yesterday. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. It’s nice to see my hygienist Vanessa again. As always, she’s warm, friendly and gentle. We had a good chat and time passed by too fast. She even gave me a glimpse and explained what I’ll be going to my next visit as shown in my schedule chart.
Taylor from the front desk was also very friendly and accommodating.
Aside from the staff, I also like that the office is very clean.
I highly recommended this dental clinic to some of my friends and co workers too because Dr. Jorge Paez is very good. I’ve been coming here for the longest years.

From the moment you step into the office, you immediately realize that this is a state-of-the-art dental practice.
You are warmly greeted at the front desk. After waiting for only about 10 minutes, they are already calling your name.
For a moment, you might think you’re at the eye doctor because they have a machine similar to the one where you rest your chin for an eye exam. The device circles your head twice, taking scans of your teeth.
Afterward, a kind dental assistant—much like in a professional studio—takes photos of your teeth using a camera and a dental mirror. Within moments, you can see all the images on the screen right in front of you. Phenomenal.
Then, the head dentist arrives. He examines all your teeth and dictates the tooth numbers and the necessary procedures for each to his assistant. He then turns to the patient and explains everything once more. The dentist is a true gentleman.
Finally, just before the exit on the left side, there is an office where you can get information regarding the cost of the dental work. They explain how much your insurance covers and what your out-of-pocket expenses will be. There, you receive a payment plan and, of course, schedule your next appointment.
Fantastic.
