Staff were not good at communicating and just had me waiting for service.

My experience here wasn’t great at all. My first appointment I sat in a room for an hour until I saw the actual dentist. I don’t even know his name because he never introduced himself he is a Asian man, and completely disregarded the concerns I had about my teeth. Even trying to ask the dental assistants nobody cared. Scheduled another appointment for filling the dentist was extremely rough and popped a blood vessel in my cheek. I wouldn’t recommend this office especially if you are scarred of the dentist they will not make you feel comfortable at all .

Constant staff turn over. Dental school students. No radiology protection for the neck. Cleaning appointment was for today. We walked out. A pano and 25+ X-rays every 6 mos is an insurance rip off as is billing for a fluoride treatment that never was.
It's a mill. We are done with this office
On a personal note, they have a radiology apron but you have to ask for it and today they didn't bother looking for it.
Resolve:
Place equipment where it is supposed to be stored
Have staff know where it is and have the motivation to look for it.
Employ staff with good job knowledge
Clean teeth examen teeth and x-ray suspicious looking areas.
Make patients aware that your staff consists of rotating students.
Watch for erroneous billing.

I came with a friend to be their escort for wisdom teeth extraction. Their appointment time was at 1230 and when asking at 130 how long until they would be seen, they were told 1 to 3 hrs. When they was finally called back I was told they would be done in in 45 minutes to an hr and it has been over an hr and they are just now starting on them at 3pm. We have been here since 12pm. I understand these things can take some time, but this is solely the result of over booking the schedule and it leading to people in the lobby standing, leaving or sleeping as they are waiting. I do not see this in anyway professional and have continued to be wrongfully informed of wait times, appointment times and completion times.

Very friendly staff. The X-ray exam didn't took long and the doctor is a no nonsense type of guy (but in a good way), tells you your next course of action one must make. They also do oral surgery at this location, which is great. With insurance, I found the price to be very reasonable with the type of surgery that I need to get done. I was really surprised because many places will charge you an arm and a leg! I will definitely plan ahead when the time comes. Updated review: had I tooth extraction, with the option of being put to sleep. The Drs are so nice and made me felt comfortable the whole time, as I was quite nervous. Updated review 6/1/26: Had a deep cleaning and it was done in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this dental office.

This place will lose a lot of money as long as the receptionist with way too large, fake eyelashes is the face of their practice. Eyelash lady was rude, and the most unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever encountered. Went in to schedule as a new patient. I politely asked, this rude young lady if she could request my dental records; she stated nastily, with a rude expression and poor body language; oh no you do that. I asked don’t you have a record release form where you could request them, again she said no, with a horrible attitude. She was the worst I’ve ever encountered with any healthcare practice. Guess I should have read their Yelp reviews first. FYI requesting medical records is a part of being a receptionist. She obviously hates her job.

I saw both the general dentist and the lady orthodontist on the ortho side, and they both did a fantastic job. The entire team was very professional, welcoming, and efficient, they got me in and out quickly, which is rare for most dental offices.

What really stood out to me was how well they explained everything. They took the time to go over my treatment and answer all my questions in great detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care.

I actually live about 45 minutes away, with plenty of dental offices closer to home, but the level of care I received here was well worth the commute. I will most definitely be going back and making them my new dentist. I truly appreciate the service I received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental and orthodontic care !

Went here to get oral surgery because my insurance would only work with certain dentists. After major surgery extracting 23 teeth, I found couple days later there are 2 big pieces left and cause extreme pain. Gave nothing but I uprophen. Best can do for me is wait 2 weeks till see doctor. Don't think they understand how much pain it causes for people dealing with teeth problems it seems

I'm rewriting my review after seeing Dr. Chi to Pull two teeth. He numbed my gums came back and started to pull my teeth. For some reason he was having a hard time. So he starts drilling deep. It was hitting a nerve and hurt. I tried to tell him. He would not listen to what I said. I just let him do what he had to do while I was gripping hard to the chair. When he was done, he just walks away. I've been in there a couple of times and I always thought it was weird He would never look at you in the eye if you try to talk to him. I think this dentist gets off on giving guys pain.
