Dr. Lopez is amazing! The only complaint I would have is when I was brought back the second time to wait for the doctor the MA that left me in the exam room failed to close out the computer and left the screen on with patient names. As a parent I wouldn’t want a stranger seeing my child’s information in a room free for anyone to see. Computer screens should be locked when no one is at the station to ensure HIPPA is followed correctly. Other than that the doctor himself is wonderful.

I immediately liked Dr. Singh's professionalism and caring way after meeting him. He explained what to expect and asked questions about my choices. His team at the Wellness office was also very helpful and great in the scheduling stage. On the day of the surgery I was prepared at the Stone Creek Surgery Center by a team of very caring assistants. The surgery was not painful at all for both eyes. During the follow-up visits Dr. Sing told me I have 20/20 far vision and I was elated. I did have 2 set backs in my left eye and was able to get help immediately. My husband Paul and I are very happy that the facility is much closer to our residence. Since we have our Nurologist and Cardiologist in the same facility. As far as the staff goes, very efficient and polite. Our surgery scheduler Star was very efficient in her job. Explained the process for my surgery and put me much more at ease. As far as the doctor I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Dr Zamora. But, I will meet him on my follow-up appt.

It sounds like one of the feedbacks that the front desk would write you back! Because I offended your friend who works for the doctor. What a joke. Five stars for the doctor, two stars for your customer service and no reason for you to be upset in the first place. All I said is - that I absolutely adored our eye doctor for my three year old. He is so great with kids and my daughter was great all appointment with him. On the other note, when the assistant came and initially took us to do eye check first and then put her eye drops before seeing the doctor, she was kind of rough and careless, and maybe she is a better fit for adults vs kids. My baby left her hysterical and crying. I wish it was someone else who likes kids just as the doctor. Now, improve that and it would be no reason to be upset. My son had a great first experience here. We went in for his first eye exam and loved it. Dr.Lopez was the one to see us and definitely left us wanting to come back .The tech that helped us with our initial testing was also very helpful and kind. Unfortunately we had a bad experience here. There was a lack of communication and support from the staff member that examined him. We were not properly informed that it could be painful for my son to have his eyes dilated. He is autistic and is very sensitive. The employee did not show any compassion and did not make any effort to make my son more comfortable. Not even with something as simple as smile. It looked like she purposely put more eye drops than necessary out of spite when he was already screaming with fear. She did not inform us that it was not necessary to do the eye dilation. This place is not anymore supportive than any other eye doctor place. I’m not sure why they recommended this place for children with special needs. I expected that a place for special needs would have a more compassionate, kind, and supportive staff. We will not be returning here.

The visit was good. The waiting time was impressively not long. My only criticism is that upon leaving I was not offered the paper glasses needed after my eyes were dialated. I had to go back to the office to get a pair. They were definately needed. Otherwise, it was a good visit. I referred another SCAN member to Nevada Eye

Took my daughter for her first consult with Dr. Lopez. From when I first called to make an appointment the receptionist was very nice and patient she verified all our information. My phyician is excellent. However, the office is run like an assembly line. Team members are obviously instructed by management to be cold & business like. Ive never seen any empathy or anyone doing anything outside their very specific prescribed roles. The electronic sign in is hard to use & redundant. If you font know how to use it you’re unlikely to get any sympathy from the front desk

On my visit yesterday the eye doctor told me to continue xiidra eye drop and told him I’ve never used this eye drop but I guess this prescription was never send to my pharmacy. So when I left the office yesterday, I told the MA to send the prescription to the pharmacy where I go. It’s almost 24 hours now and still not heard anything from my pharmacy. Otherwise the staff were kind and nice.

I walked into the waiting room feeling super overwhelmed as it appeared to be about 40 people in there. I soon saw how fast and efficient the process was. I was called back for a prelim process, then again to see Dr. Singh (Amazing by the way), and lastly for a follow up appointment The whole process was pretty quick and the patients moved in and out with efficiency. The staff is always very professional and nice, but the wait time at this place is ridiculous...My appointment was at 8 am(I am oxygen dependent and "time" is very important 2 me) and I had my eyes dilated, sat in the lobby waiting for that 2 happen, and saw the actual Doctor for less than 5 minutes. I didn't make it back out 2 my car until after 9:30...An hour and a half for a basic eye exam with dilation is extreme...

Two days before my yearly check-up, I called the office to confirm my appt. It took more than 40 min to get a person to talk to. I found a number to make a complaint and was put on "Hold," no surprise there.
When I arrived yesterday for my appt at 12pm, noon, I found the office doors closed and locked with a note taped to the door stating in so many words that office was closed for the day and "sorry" for the inconvenience. Plus a ## to call if necessary.
I was shocked, as I had previously confirmed my appt days before. I knocked and was getting ready to leave when I looked thru the window space and saw people sitting in the waiting room!
I resorted to calling the number listed on the door-sign and was finally informed that the office was open, and that I didn't have to leave, and that the doors would now be open for me..
Upon entering, the office. The receptionist/nurse angrily told me that I was there on their lunch hour and that's what is done for them to eat. By then I was raving, but didn't want to show my "behind", so I just kept quiet.
My treatment, dilation etc took less time than the energy I spent trying to get into the office for an appt I had verified days prior..

The staff was very professional and efficient and thorough. All the testing was very thorough. The doctor Zamora was nice and cordial . He was professional. Gave me my results in all the eye test I took. I was very satisfied with my results . Rescheduled a later appointment and I was out of the office in less than one hour. I rate the office and staff an A+. I would definitely refer this office. I was referred by Dr vohra to see Dr Singh but his schedule was booked a month away so I too a next day apt with Dr Zamora who was sufficient for my needs . Walked at 8.20 for an 8.40 appt. Looked in the room and counted 18 patients. Asked in which order people would be called. Receptionist said first called to last called.i asked how appointments would be kept and she shrugged her shoulders. OSHA would shut that place down for ecceding the amount of patients in the room. It was dicussting the way they shoved 18 people in a room 8x10 feet. No room to sit, no water, no care taken. A pig stall would be better. It was illegal and emotionlly hurtful to the poor people to be treated in that manner.

Came in with a recommendation from primary physician and got 5 minutes with a doctor. He was vague but informative. Insurance made me pay half which was $341 and for the next YEAR Nevada eye tried to collect the remainder from me. Every time I got a letter or call I directed them to the file with the recommendation and all they had to do was upload it to the insurance company. They apologized each time, said they don't know how it was missed... then today almost one and a half years later I got a threatening letter from a collection agency. I paid it.... $700 for 5 minutes half of which insurance would have covered if they had uploaded the recommendation.

I had a 2:10 appointment. They asked me to come early 15 to 20 minutes. So I did. Well they wouldn’t let me check in until 1:55. I sat there waiting, it was 2:45 and they didn’t call me so I left. Everyone that came in after was waited on before me. I also don’t like the way they call you, dilate your eyes and send you back to the waiting room, then call you to see the doctor. Then after you have to sit in the waiting room again to wait for paper work or appointments. So unorganized. So I wasn’t seen. It was just a waste of time. I hope to find another doctor so I don’t have to ever go back.

Dr. Rene Zamora is one of the worst doctor i ever encountered. Upon entering the room Dr. Zamora failed to even read the patient chart. He didn't even know what we were there for. That explains he did even read the patient chart and just said you need a glasses and we were not there for glass and prescription. He has a very bad bedside manner include talking down to patients, dismissing their concerns, failing to listen to there patient and being rude. We just had an amazing experience with Dr. Singh (Durango location) and his team. My mother-in-law had her cataract surgery (blade method) and he was great from start to finish . The check-in should show that you cannot check in on the automated machine before 20 minutes. You stand there in line and then when you check in and you’re early, you have to wait again. It would be so easy just to put in a sign that says please check in 20 minutes before your. Appointment I was there yesterday and the line was almost out out of the door, trying to check in. The wait is long and the waiting room very crowded they make multiple appointments at the same time for one doctor. They need to be more organized.

The only problem I have ever had was the room freshener that was being used that s time was so strong with a flowery perfume that I had to wait in the hallway to be seen as I have severe allergies and it felt like my throat was closing. I told Dr Singh and said he would personally check into at lunchtime when there were no patients there. I appreciated his concern for my well being.

Dr. Zamora was very kind, patient, & I appreciated his time to evaluate my broken vessel in my iris. Vanessa also took her time to ask all the right questions for a history questionnaire. Front desk staff was also helpful. DR. Zamora referred me to a retina specialist because of his concerns. The only draw back I found was my experience driving home due to road construction on Charleston blvd so review readers GPS best way in & out of his location & avoid Charleston Blvd until road work done.

Dr Zamara is not a very thorough ophthalmologist. I have severe dry eyes and I've had them probably for the last 2 years. I went and saw him this last time and he says oh your eyes have improved the dryness has not. And they didn't even check for dryness they didn't put the little pieces of paper that they put one on each eye to detect how dry your eyes really are. That didn't do it didn't happen this time and it didn't happen the last time so yeah and he does not take time with this patience not impressed not impressed at all and that's sad. I told them I left eye there's something going on with my left eye it feels very strange. Then he doesn't use gloves when he's checking your eye he doesn't even use gloves he'll wear a mask but doesn't wear gloves yeah he washes his hands but doesn't work love so you're going from person to person you wash your hands fine and dandy but you don't wear gloves you're going to touch somebody especially yeah around your eye you need to wear gloves.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is So unprofessional & unorganized. The staff is unfriendly & if You set an appointment, you’ll still wait 3 hours before the doctor even calls you back. I went through countless appts, to get eye surgery, and was told my insurance approved and fully covered it deeming it medically necessary. So I set a surgery date, requested off 2 weeks for the recovery, and THE DAY BEFORE my surgery this office calls me saying they’re canceling my appt. Because they didn’t send the required proof to my insurance from my tests to get it approved in the first place. So they lied saying it was approved. I lost money taking time off for this to be cancelled less than 12 hours before the surgery we booked a month ago.
Hands down the most unprofessional & worst office to go to. Go literally ANYWHERE else.

I was recommend by Shepherd Eye Center to come here for a contact fitting exam since it is their sister company. I should have done my research and went somewhere else had I know how disappointing the visit would be. I arrive on time and get called back after 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby, which predominantly was a older group of people there. I went to an exam room where a young lady asked a few questions - didn’t give me an exam either. Sent me to a different room and waited a whole hour for the doctor. Once again he asked a few questions and was ready to send me home till I asked if there was going to be any type of exam. According to him, the young lady should have examined me but he went ahead and did it himself. Lack of communication, lack of professionalism and concern of patients time. On top of all that I had asked the lady and gentleman working at the glasses area to send my contacts to the Shepherd Eye Center on Pecos since it was closer and they confirmed they would. I knew they wouldn’t because went I approached them they were just chit chatting away. Nothing was written down, long and behold I was right. They called to tell me my contacts had arrived but not at the location I had I requested. Big disappointment, I wouldn’t recommend and I definitely wouldn’t go back.

I've had 4 appointments here for surgical procedures and follow ups. For 3 appointments I had to wait for a minimum of 1 hour past my appointment time before I was even seen by an assistant, even longer for the Dr. By the way, my wife has had this same experience 5 times.Today for my 4th appointment I waited 55 minutes past my scheduled time, was taken into a room with just a computer and an assistant that said I needed to answer a few questions, and that there was the possibility of another 30 -45 minute wait. I told him that my time, as well as the Dr's, was also valuable. I told him that I wasn't going to wait any longer and I left without seeing the Dr. I doubt that I'll use this establishment again

I was scared as hell to have a doctor cutting on my cataracts! Those are my eyes, but after meeting Dr. Singh, I knew that it would all be okay! He and his team were very professional. Dr.Singh has the most efficient staff working with him. I could ask as many questions as I needed and was given quality time with the doctor. I was afraid that my insurance would send me to some halfway decent place but got surprised to find a 5-star establishment. Dr. Singh gave me back my world of color and clarity. I have no problem with my cataract surgery on my left eye it was perfect as far as I’m concerned, my right eye is scheduled for next week. My problem is the amount of time that patients are expected to wait before they all called back by a tech or to be seen by the doctor. The first time I had to wait two hours without being seen I missed my transportation and had to take a taxi home. It happened again today but I politely just left the office. I've covered the front desk and have worked back office, it is the staff's responsibility to help keep the doctor on schedule.

For 10 minutes of MD time you are herded around for 2-3 hours for the benefit of their income and at the expense of concern for your time or health or for their own employees. My MD did very well with the short times he interacted with me for 2 separate cataract surgeries. Not concerned with patient comfort in their offices. Lots of out of pockets for Humana Patients before you get service completed. My MD was not forthcoming with information and is abrupt when you have questions of him, he was quite handsome, though.

I had a very negative encounter with Dr. Singh. It is one thing for the patient to, perhaps, ask a question that may annoy the good doctor, but it is quite another for the doctor to stop the exam and storm out because he didn't like the question. A polite, yet firm response would have sufficed. Since I had been prescribed an eye drop in the past -- by a previous Dr. far away from my home, hence I changed doctors -- I requested that perhaps I could get what I considered a refill. He stormed out.

Contact Nevada Eye back in Feb. 2024 for eye exam. After exam went into Vegas to have new glasses made up, after 3 different attempts to have eye glasses lens made they still didn't work. made another appointment with Dr. for eye exam. Day of appointment when and checked-in. Assistance came out asked what the problem was, told her and gave her the glasses I was wearing, she came back out with different RX, same as the one I had been wearing. Was told to go get new glasses made at Vegas office on Post Road. I will never go back to Nevada Eye again. Very poor business tactics. Spent over $500 for a pair of glasses.

I suggest avoiding them, or they may try to grift you and charge you more than they told you they would. I was self-pay from out of country. I paid in-person what was told to me would be full amount, even asked front desk if it was full amount - and they confirmed. Their "collections department" upon calling me also refused to send me a copy of the invoice I paid. Now conveniently they're charging me for a "different level eye exam" - and demanding an additional $81 USD. I wonder how many people they do this too, maybe they do it to insurance companies mostly so the end consumer doesn't become the wiser.

Dr. Havins is by the far the best doctor I have had. He made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to explain and answer all my question. I have never had such a great experience.

Britney also has always been amazing. I have had many appointments at Neveda Eye Physicians and from my very first appointment Britney has always been wonderful. I first saw Dr. Neibaur whom is wonderful. He then had me see Dr. Myint. Dr. Myint always spent the time to go over everything with me. I love Dr. Myint.

I have had to reschedule appointments and the staff at Nevada Physicians has always been understanding and accommodating. I have always been seen at my actual appointment time. If there is a wait its between 10-15 minutes. Im always greeted as soon as I walk into the office. The office is always clean and they have a little play area for children.

I went in, signed in, and they told me they didn't accept my insurance. That I would have to pay cash out of pocket! Initially my daughter was referred here because unfortunately it was the only place where she could get an eye exam done for being a special needs child. I recently had a baby she is a month old and I have NO ONE to watch over my girls for me to be able to leave my one month old. I was told to reschedule because they cant allow my 1 month old in, because they too afraid of the risk of the spread of virus. She is a one month old for Gods sake!!! where am I supposed to leave my 1 month old baby girl for my other daughter to get her eye exam done? You must know before you go the centennial office, they don’t have contact lenses for you to try on. I was referred by my doctor from shepherd eye center, Dr. Reddy. She prescribed my contact lenses last time. Had I known Nevada Eye physicians at CENTENNIAL didn’t have contact lenses for me to try on I would have not gone to them. What I don’t understand is how can Nevada eye physicians be use as referral for contact lense fitting if they don’t have contact lenses? It’s best to go to Walmart or target. Dr. Gassen prescribed me the wrong contact lenses. There should have been follow up appointment to see how the contact lenses is working.

Unsanitary and unfriendly. The kiosk is greasy (they have a kiosk in the lobby for patients to check in). The technician did not wear gloves (she just touched my face with her bare hands).
